本发明涉及日常用品领域,具体地说涉及一种方便欣赏和阅读可视媒介机体所显现的音频或文字图像并用作支撑所述机体的卡片架,尤指一种用于支撑手机或平板计算机的卡片架。

市面上常见使用者利用电子装置如智能型手机或平板计算机观赏影片时,手持该电子装置以保持适合观赏的角度,如此不仅不方便也容易造成手部姿势僵硬,为解决此问题,市场上公开了一种与之相关的电子产品支撑架,如中华民国专利公开公报第201209317号「可变化之组合式产品承放座」,请参阅本发明附图1所示,它由底座11、支撑块12、连结块13与延伸块14所构成,其中,所述底座11为L形挠性块体,且其较长端边内侧设有滑槽21;所述支撑块12、连结块13与延伸块14分别设有轨条22,所述支撑块12与连结块13上分别设有滑槽21,该发明通过设置轨条22与滑槽21而使所述底座11、支撑块12、连结块13与延伸块14可相互组合,并能使所述支撑块12、连结块13及延伸块14的轨条22皆能在底座11的滑槽21内任意滑移,以调整底座11与支撑块12、连结块13及延伸块14的间距,从而可控制电子产品23的夹固倾斜角度,进而使该发明可达到支撑电子产品23之目的。
该发明虽可达到支撑电子产品23之目的,但其各部件皆为块状结构,致使其厚度较厚,故不利于收纳携带,进而造成其使用便利性较差;此外,所述底座11、支撑块12、连结块13或延伸块14系直接支撑该电子产品23并受力,又因该支撑块12、连结块13及延伸块14的轨条22可在底座11的滑槽21内任意滑移,故为避免电子产品23移位导致其倾斜角度偏移,所述底座11、支撑块12、连结块13或延伸块14必须额外设计为防滑材质或需另行设有防滑定位的机构,进而造成产品结构较复杂且制作成本提高,因此必须在此基础上加以改进。
发明内容
有鉴于前述「可变化之组合式产品承放座」,因产品厚度较厚,不利携带或收纳,导致使用便利性较差的缺陷;因此本发明的目的旨在提供一种可便于使用者插置收纳于皮包内,大幅缩小产品体积、便于收纳携带及组装快速的卡片架。
本发明的技术方案如下:
提供一种卡片架,其特征在于:
它包含:
一第一板体,所述第一板体设有结合部,该结合部与所述第一板体的最长侧边之间设置有间距,且该结合部与所述第一板体的最长侧边之间构成被限位部,所述第一板体上设置有至少一个第一凹口;
一第二板体,所述第二板体与所述第一板体相穿设卡合,所述第二板体设有被结合部,所述被结合部一侧设有限位部,所述第二板体的限位部与所述第一板体的被限位部相卡合,所述第二板体设置有至少一个第二凹口。
本发明将所述第一板体与第二板体组装结合而构成电子装置的支撑架,可大幅缩小该第一板体与第二板体之厚度,且于平时可迅速将该第一板体与第二板体套合成单一卡片,便于供使用者插置收纳于皮包内,进而使本发明可达到大幅缩小产品体积、便于收纳携带及组装快速的效果。

一第二板体4,该第二板体4与该第一板体3相穿设卡合,该第二板体4设有被结合部41,该第二板体4的被结合部41的形状尺寸可与该第一板体3的结合部31的形状尺寸相对应,又该被结合部41一侧设有限位部42,该第二板体4的限位部42的形状尺寸可与该第一板体3的被限位部32的形状尺寸相对应,又该第二板体4的限位部42可为缺口,且该缺口与该第二板体4的最长侧边45相贯通,也即该第二板体4的被结合部41可与该第一板体3的结合部31相穿设,且该第二板体4其限位部42与该第一板体3其被限位部32相卡合,该第二板体4设有被卡合部44,该被卡合部44包含有第二支撑部441与第二卡合口442,其中该第二卡合口442位于该第二支撑部441一侧,又该第二支撑部441可设置为末端呈倒勾状的长条支臂,且该第二卡合口442及第一卡合口342的形状尺寸可分别与该第一支撑部341及第二支撑部441的形状尺寸相对应;参见附图5,该第一板体3的卡合部34与该第二板体4的被卡合部44可形成凹凸互补卡合,便于不使用本发明时可将该第一板体3与第二板体4两者相套合为单一卡片,而可便于收纳,通过将所述第一支撑部341与第二支撑部441的末端设置为倒勾状的长条支臂,仍可产生卡扣效果,而使该第一板体3与第二板体4套合后不易分离或散开,进而使本发明可兼具提升使用便利性的效果,又该第二板体4的被卡合部44的第二支撑部441另一侧设有至少一个第二凹口43,另该第二板体4还可进一步设有至少一个第二卡片插槽46;

参见图7,图7所示为本发明的另一实施例,其中所述第一板体3的最长侧边35与第二板体4的最长侧边45可分别设有挡墙6,当所述第一板体3与第二板体4两者套合成单一卡片后,通过该挡墙6即可供外部的卡片型对象7滑置收纳,其中该卡片型对象7可为IC卡、名片、信用卡、身份证件等物品,这样,而使本发明可额外提供收纳该卡片型对象7的功能,同时,本发明与卡片型对象7结合后,该卡片型对象7可对所述第一板体3与第二板体4提供止挡效果,而可避免所述第一板体3与第二板体4易于产生上下相对运动而移位分离的问题,从而使得当使用者从皮包中取放本发明时,所述第一板体3与第二板体4将更不易分离或散开,进而使本发明可兼具达到更佳使用便利性的效果。

一第二板体,所述第二板体与所述第一板体相穿设卡合,所述第二板体设有被结合部,所述被结合部一侧设有限位部,所述第二板体的限位部与所述第一板体的被限位部相卡合,所述第二板体设置有至少一个第二凹口。
2、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述结合部为长条孔或为凹口,所述限位部为缺口。
3、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第二板体的被结合部的形状尺寸与所述第一板体的结合部之形状尺寸相对应,所述第二板体的限位部的形状尺寸与所述第一板体的被限位部的形状尺寸相对应。
4、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第二板体的被结合部与所述第一板体的结合部相穿设。
5、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第一板体设有卡合部,且该卡合部包含有第一支撑部与第一卡合口,所述第一卡合口位于所述第一支撑部一侧。
6、如权利要求5所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第一支撑部为末端呈倒勾状的长条支臂。
7、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第二板体设有被卡合部,且该被卡合部包含有第二支撑部与第二卡合口,所述第二卡合口位于所述第二支撑部一侧。
8、如权利要求7所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第二支撑部为末端呈倒勾状的长条支臂。
9、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第一板体上还设有至少一个第一卡片插槽。
10、如权利要求1所述的卡片架,其特征在于:所述第二板体上设有至少一个第二卡片插槽。
