一种手持设备的固定支架,包括一固定板、一活动板、一支撑板及一卡扣,该活动板的一端与固定板枢接,该卡扣设于活动板的另一端,该支撑板的一端与固定板枢接,该支撑板的另一端设有至少一扣孔,该固定板上于支撑板的前端设有一挡片,该固定支架在非使用状态下整体呈平板状,该活动板与固定板围成一收容空间,该支撑板设于所述收容空间内,当使用该固定支架固定一手持设备时,该支撑板相对于固定板枢转,该活动板相对于固定板枢转,该卡扣卡合于支撑板的扣孔内,该支撑板设有扣孔的端部支撑在活动板上,使该手持设备支撑在支撑板上并夹设于固定板的挡片与支撑板之间。该固定支架具有方便携带的优点。

手持设备的固定支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定支架,特别是关于一种用于固定手持设备的固定支架。
背景技术
随着视频技术的不断发展,许多手持设备例如手机、个人数码助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、便携式媒体播放器(Portable Media Player,PMP)等均配置有视频播放功能。当用户使用这些手持设备播放视频时,需要用双手长时间拿着该手持设备,容易造成双手疲惫,并且在播放视频的过程中双手容易晃动,从而影响观赏效果。为解决这一问题,通常会采用一座体来放置该手持设备。然而,现有技术中所用的座体占用空间较大,不便于携带。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种用于固定手持设备的固定支架。
一种手持设备的固定支架,包括一固定板、一活动板、一支撑板以及一卡扣,该活动板的一端与固定板枢接,该卡扣设于活动板的另一端,该支撑板的一端与固定板枢接,该支撑板的另一端设有至少一扣孔,该固定板上于支撑板的前端设有一挡片,该固定支架在非使用状态下整体呈平板状,该活动板与固定板围成一收容空间,该支撑板设于所述收容空间内,当使用该固定支架固定一手持设备时,该支撑板相对于固定板枢转,该活动板相对于固定板枢转,该卡扣卡合于支撑板的扣孔内,该支撑板设有扣孔的端部支撑在活动板上,使该手持设备支撑在支撑板上并夹设于固定板的挡片与支撑板之间。
与现有技术相比,该手持设备的固定支架在非使用状态时可折成平板状,其结构简单且携带方便,并且该固定支架可以用来固定多种手持设备,具较强的通用性。

具体实施方式
图1及图2所示为本发明手持设备的固定支架100的一较佳实施例。该固定支架100可用于放置手机、个人数码助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、便携式媒体播放器(Portable Media Player,PMP)等手持设备,以方便用户使用这些手持设备观看视频。如图1所示,在非使用状态下,该固定支架100整体呈平板状,从而具有方便携带的优点。所述固定支架100该包括一固定板10、一活动板20、一支撑板30及一卡扣40。
该固定板10呈U形,包括一位于前端的本体11及由该本体11的后端两侧分别向后延伸的两连接部12,该两连接部12之间形成一凹槽14。该本体11的一上表面上设有一向后倾斜的挡片13。
该活动板20呈H形,包括一支撑部21、由该支撑部21的前端两侧分别向前延伸的两连接部22及由该支撑部21的后端两侧分别向后延伸的两挡止部23,该两连接部22之间形成一凹槽24,该两挡止部23之间形成一凹槽26。该活动板20的两连接部22的自由端(即前端)分别与固定板10的两连接部12的自由端(即后端)通过两枢轴50相枢接,从而由该活动板20与固定板10合围形成一矩形的收容空间101,该收容空间101由凹槽14与凹槽24组成,活动板20可相对于固定板10绕枢轴50转动。
该支撑板30呈矩形,其收容于由活动板20与固定板10所围成的收容空间101内。该支撑板30具有一前端31与一后端32,支撑板30的前端31夹设于固定板10的两连接部12之间并通过一枢轴60与固定板10的本体11的后端中部相枢接,从而该支撑板30可相对于固定板10绕枢轴60转动。支撑板30于靠近其后端32的位置设置有若干纵长形的扣孔33,这些扣孔33相互平行。
该卡扣40呈矩形,其设于活动板20的两挡止部23之间,该卡扣40的一端通过一枢轴70与活动板20的后端中部相枢接,从而该卡扣40可相对于活动板20绕枢轴70转动。
图3所示为固定支架100的使用状态图。使用该固定支架100时,首先将支撑板30绕枢轴60相对于固定板10向上转动一角度,然后将活动板20绕枢轴50相对于固定板10向上转动另一角度,再转动卡扣40,当卡扣40调整到适当位置后,将该卡扣40卡设并锁紧于支撑板30的一扣孔33内。此时,由该固定板10、活动板20及支撑板30围成一三角形形态,该支撑板30的后端32夹设于活动板20的两挡止部23之间,并位于凹槽26内且由该活动板20的支撑部21进行稳定支撑。
如图4所示,当一手持设备200放置于图3所示状态的固定支架100时,该手持设备200置于固定支架100的固定板10的本体11上并夹设于挡片13与支撑板30之间。手持设备200由固定板10及支撑板30进行支撑,并由挡片13进行阻挡以防止手持设备200向前滑动。本使用状态中,卡扣40卡设于支撑板30最后一个扣孔33内,此时支撑板30的倾斜角度为40度。该卡扣40还可以卡设于支撑板30的其它扣孔33内,以调节支撑板30的倾斜角度,从而在使用该手持设备200播放视频时能够使用户获得最佳的观赏角度。
图5所示为固定支架100的另一使用状态图,本使用状态中,卡扣40卡设于支撑板30的倒数第二个扣孔33内,支撑板30的倾斜角度为45度。
上述实施例中的固定支架100由固定板10、活动板20、支撑板30及卡扣40枢接而成,在非使用状态时,固定支架100可折成平板状,其结构简单且携带方便。当使用该固定支架100时,通过简单的操作即可将该固定支架100折成一三角形,可以用来固定多种手持设备,具较强的通用性。另外,支撑板30上设有若干扣孔33,通过调节卡扣40与扣孔33的扣合位置,使用手持设备播放视频时能够使用户获得多种观赏角度,从而选择一最佳的观赏角度。

Claims (9)

1.一种手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:包括一固定板、一活动板、一支撑板及一卡扣,该活动板的一端与固定板枢接,该卡扣设于活动板的另一端,该支撑板的一端与固定板枢接,该支撑板的另一端设有至少一扣孔,该固定板上于支撑板的前端设有一挡片,该固定支架在非使用状态下整体呈平板状,该活动板与固定板围成一收容空间,该支撑板设于所述收容空间内,当使用该固定支架固定一手持设备时,该支撑板相对于固定板枢转,该活动板相对于固定板枢转,该卡扣卡合于支撑板的扣孔内,该支撑板设有扣孔的端部支撑在活动板上,使该手持设备支撑在支撑板上并夹设于固定板的挡片与支撑板之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该固定板呈U形,包括一位于前端的本体及由该本体的后端两侧分别向后延伸的两连接部,所述挡板设于固定板的本体上,该活动板包括一支撑部及由该支撑部的前端两侧分别向前延伸的两连接部,该活动板的两连接部的前端分别与固定板的两连接部的后端相枢接。
3.如权利要求2所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该活动板呈H形,还包括由该支撑部的后端两侧分别向后延伸的两挡止部,该卡扣设于活动板的两挡止部之间并与活动板的后端中部相枢接。
4.如权利要求2所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该支撑板靠近固定板的一端夹设于固定板的两连接部之间并与固定板的本体的后端中部相枢接。
5.如权利要求3所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该固定支架在使用状态时,支撑板靠近活动板的一端夹设于活动板的两挡止部之间并由活动板的支撑部支撑。
6.如权利要求1所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该支撑板上扣孔的数量为多个,通过调节卡扣与扣孔的扣合位置可以调整支撑板的倾斜角度。
7.如权利要求1所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该固定支架在使用状态时,由该固定板、活动板及支撑板围成一三角形形态。
8.如权利要求1所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该卡扣枢接于活动板上。
9.如权利要求1所述的手持设备的固定支架,其特征在于:该挡片朝向支撑板一侧倾斜设置。
