参见图 1, 为本发明实施例应用的网络架构示意图。 其中, 图中的上方为 2G/3G网络。 2G网络即 GERAN (GSM EDGE Radio Access Network, GSM EDGE无线接入网), 3G网 络艮卩 UTRAN (UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, UMTS 陆地无线接入网) 网络。 其 中, 包括 MSC等设备, 本发明实施例中, MSC也可以称为 MSC Server服务器, 为了描述 方便, 统一称为 MSC, 下文不再特别声明。 在 2G/3G 网络中, 语音业务一般都是承载在 CS域上,数据业务一般承载在 PS域上。图中的中部和下方为 SAE和 LTE网络,包括 SGSN、 MME、 HSS (Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器)、 服务网关和 PDN网关等设备。 SAE/LTE网络作为一种 PS域承载的分组交换系统, 语音业务只能承载在 PS域上传输, 并 由 IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多媒体子系统)通过基于 IP承载的网络来对语音业务 进行控制。 当 UE位于 PS域时, 由 MME为 UE提供服务; 当 UE位于 CS域时, 由 MSC 为 UE提供服务。 实施例一

参见图 4, 本实施例提供了一种用于切换到电路交换域的方法, 该方法具体包括: 401: MME接收 eNB发送的用于触发 SRVCC流程的第一通知消息。
具体地, MME接收 eNB发送的用于触发 SRVCC流程的第一通知消息, 可以包括: MME接收 eNB检测到 UE在第一网络的 PS域进行 VOIP业务且 UE的地理位置从第 一网络切换到第二网络时发送的第一通知消息。
其中, 第一网络可以是 SAE/LTE网络, 第二网络可以是 2G/3G网络。 所述 VOIP业务 是指将模拟声音信号数字化, 将数字化之后的信号以数据包的形式在网络之间进行传输的 业务。 其中, 在 SAE/LTE网络中, VOIP为 UE在 PS域内的业务; 在 2G/3G网络中, VOIP 为 UE在 CS域内的业务。
由于第一网络和第二网络的地理覆盖范围有限, 因此, 如果 UE的地理位置从第一网络 切换为第二网络, 相应的, 进行的 VOIP业务也需要从第一网络的 PS域切换到第二网络的 CS域。 具体地, 当第一网络侧的 eNB检测到 UE的地理位置发生变化时, 向 MME发送触 发 SRVCC流程的第一通知消息。 当 MME接收到所述第一通知消息时, 执行相应的切换流 程以实现对 VOIP业务进行切换。
402: 根据所述第一通知消息, MME向联合附着过程中选择的服务 MSC发送第二通知 消息。
通常, UE会在开机启动时执行联合附着流程。 在该联合附着过程中, 首先执行 UE附 着到第一网络的 PS域的 MME, 然后 MME会为 UE选择一个服务 MSC, 并执行 UE附着 到该服务 MSC, 这个 UE既附着到 MME又附着到服务 MSC的过程就是联合附着过程。
本实施例中,服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,该 SRVCC MSC为 MME选择的。具体地, UE的地理位置从第一网络切换到第二网络, 在联合附着过 程中为 UE选定的服务 MSC不能为 UE提供服务,因此, MME选择一个 MSC来进行 SRVCC 切换, 该 MSC称为 SRVCC MSC。 其中, SRVCC流程包括 SRVCC切换, 且 SRVCC切换 是指将 UE从 PS域切换到 CS域。
进一步地,如果 UE回退到 CS域时不能与该 SRVCC MSC建立连接,则该 SRVCC MSC 选择一个 MSC作为目标 MSC来进行 MSC间切换,使得该目标 MSC可以与 UE建立连接, 从而为 UE提供服务。 其中, SRVCC流程包括 MSC间切换, 且 MSC间切换是 2G/3G网络 中 MSC之间的切换。 本实施例中涉及的 MSC间切换为基本切换, 即从 SRVCC MSC间切 换到目标 MSC。 具体地, 第二网络侧的基站向 SRVCC MSC发送 HANDOVER REQUIRED 切换请求 , SRVCC MSC 选择一个 目 标 MSC 并 向 该 目 标 MSC 发送 MAP-PREPARE-HANDOVER消息, 以完成 MSC间切换。
403: 服务 MSC接收 MME发送的所述第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息用于通知服 务 MSC对在 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理。
本实施例中, 所述异常消息可以包括:
SRVCC MSC向服务 MSC发送的切换准备消息; 或者,
HSS向服务 MSC发送的删除位置信息消息。
其中, 切换准备消息可以是上述提及的 MAP-PREPARE-HANDOVER消息, 删除位置 信息消息可以是上述提及的 CANCEL LOCATION消息。具体地, 如果 SRVCC MSC选择服 务 MSC作为目标 MSC, 则在进行 MSC间切换时, 服务 MSC会接收到 SRVCC MSC发送 的 MAP-PREPARE-HANDOVER消息, 虽然服务 MSC能够处理该消息,但是认为此时不应 该收到该消息, 因此, 服务 MSC接收到 MAP-PREPARE-HANDOVER消息时会报错。 同样 的, MSC间切换完成时 SRVCC MSC会发送位置更新给 HSS, HSS会向服务 MSC发送 CANCEL LOCATION消息, 虽然服务 MSC能够处理该消息, 但认为此时不应该收到该消 息,因此,服务 MSC接收到 CANCEL LOCATION消息时也会报错,导致 MSC间切换失败, 进而导致执行 SRVCC流程失败。
404: 服务 MSC对在 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理。
当服务 MSC接收到上述异常消息时, 根据第二通知消息的指示对所述异常消息进行处 理。 例如, 当接收到 MAP-PREPARE-HANDOVER消息时, 向 SRVCC MSC发送切换完成 应答, 或者, 当接收到 CANCEL LOCATION消息时, 向 HSS发送删除位置成功应答, 以 继续执行 SRVCC流程。

移动管理实体 MME接收演进型基站 eNB 发送的用于触发单信道无线语音呼叫连续性 SRVCC流程的第一通知消息;
根据所述第一通知消息, 所述 MME通知联合附着过程中选择的服务移动交换中心 MSC 对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
其中,所述服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,所述 SRVCC MSC为所述 MME选择的。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME通知联合附着过程中选择的服 务移动交换中心 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理, 包括:
所述 MME 向所述服务 MSC发送第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息用于通知所述服务 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME通知联合附着过程中选择的服 务移动交换中心 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理, 包括:

4、 根据权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述异常消息包括: 所述 SRVCC MSC向所述服务 MSC发送的切换准备消息; 或者,
归属用户服务器 HSS向所述服务 MSC发送的删除位置信息消息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动管理实体 MME接收演进型基站 eNB发送的用于触发单信道无线语音呼叫连续性 SRVCC流程的第一通知消息, 包括:
所述 MME接收所述 eNB检测到用户设备 UE在第一网络的分组交换 PS域进行网络电 话 VOIP业务且所述 UE的地理位置从所述第一网络切换到第二网络时发送的所述第一通知 消息。
6、 一种用于切换到电路交换域的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
联合附着过程中选择的服务移动交换中心 MSC接收通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所 述服务 MSC对在单信道无线语音呼叫连续性 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理; 所述服务 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
其中,所述服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,所述 SRVCC
MSC为移动管理实体 MME选择的。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述联合附着过程中选择的服务移动交换 中心 MSC接收通知消息, 包括:

归属用户服务器 HSS发送的删除位置信息消息。
10、 一种移动管理实体 MME, 其特征在于, 所述 MME包括:
接收模块,用于接收演进型基站 eNB发送的用于触发单信道无线语音呼叫连续性 SRVCC 流程的第一通知消息;
通知模块, 用于根据所述第一通知消息, 通知联合附着过程中选择的服务移动交换中心 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
其中,所述服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,所述 SRVCC
MSC为所述 MME选择的。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述通知模块包括:
第一发送单元,用于向所述服务 MSC发送第二通知消息,所述第二通知消息用于通知所 述服务 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述通知模块包括:
第二发送单元, 用于向所述 SRVCC MSC发送切换消息, 所述切换消息中包含所述服务 MSC的标识 ID,所述服务 MSC的 ID用于指示所述 SRVCC MSC向所述服务 MSC发送第三 通知消息, 所述第三通知消息用于通知所述服务 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消 息进行处理。
13、 根据权利要求 10-12中任一项所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述异常消息包括: 所述 SRVCC MSC向所述服务 MSC发送的切换准备消息; 或者,
归属用户服务器 HSS向所述服务 MSC发送的删除位置信息消息。
14、 根据权利要求 1所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块, 用于接收所述 eNB检 测到用户设备 UE在第一网络的分组交换 PS域进行网络电话 VOIP业务且所述 UE的地理位 置从所述第一网络切换到第二网络时发送的所述第一通知消息。
15、 一种移动管理实体 MME, 其特征在于, 所述 MME包括:
接收机, 用于接收演进型基站 eNB发送的用于触发单信道无线语音呼叫连续性 SRVCC 流程的第一通知消息;
发射机, 用于根据所述第一通知消息, 通知联合附着过程中选择的服务移动交换中心
MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
其中,所述服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,所述 SRVCC MSC为所述 MME选择的。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述发射机, 用于根据所述第一通知 消息, 向所述服务 MSC发送第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息用于通知所述服务 MSC对在 所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述发射机, 用于根据所述第一通知 消息, 向所述 SRVCC MSC发送切换消息, 所述切换消息中包含所述服务 MSC的标识 ID, 所述服务 MSC的 ID用于指示所述 SRVCC MSC向所述服务 MSC发送第三通知消息, 所述 第三通知消息用于通知所述服务 MSC对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理。
18、 根据权利要求 15-17中任一项所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述异常消息包括: 所述 SRVCC MSC向所述服务 MSC发送的切换准备消息; 或者,
归属用户服务器 HSS向所述服务 MSC发送的删除位置信息消息。
19、 根据权利要求 15所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述接收机, 用于接收所述 eNB检测 到用户设备 UE在第一网络的分组交换 PS域进行网络电话 VOIP业务且所述 UE的地理位置 从所述第一网络切换到第二网络时发送的所述第一通知消息。
20、 一种服务移动交换中心 MSC, 其特征在于, 所述服务 MSC包括:
接收模块,用于接收通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述服务 MSC对在单信道无线语 音呼叫连续性 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理; 处理模块, 用于对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
其中,所述服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,所述 SRVCC MSC为移动管理实体 MME选择的。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的服务 MSC, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块, 包括: 第一接收单元, 用于接收所述 MME发送的所述通知消息。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的服务 MSC, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块, 包括: 第二接收单元, 用于接收所述 SRVCC MSC发送的所述通知消息, 所述通知消息是所述 SRVCC MSC根据所述 MME发送的所述服务 MSC的标识 ID而发送的。
23、 根据权利要求 20-22中任一项所述的服务 MSC, 其特征在于, 所述异常消息包括: 所述 SRVCC MSC发送的切换准备消息; 或者,
归属用户服务器 HSS发送的删除位置信息消息。
24、 一种服务移动交换中心 MSC, 其特征在于, 所述服务 MSC包括:
接收机,用于接收通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述服务 MSC对在单信道无线语音 呼叫连续性 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
处理器, 用于对在所述 SRVCC流程中接收的异常消息进行处理;
其中,所述服务 MSC为 SRVCC MSC选择的作为 MSC间切换的目标 MSC,所述 SRVCC MSC为移动管理实体 MME选择的。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的服务 MSC, 其特征在于, 所述接收机, 用于接收所述 MME 发送的所述通知消息。
26、根据权利要求 24所述的服务 MSC,其特征在于,所述接收机,用于接收所述 SRVCC
