立体拼图 技术领域
本发明涉及一种智力玩具,特别是一种立体拼图。
背景技术
拼图作为一种益智玩具和家居摆设,越来越受到人们的欢迎和喜爱。但现有的拼图多是由各种图案的拼板组成,通过带有凹凸块的拼块相互结合,来拼成一副平面图案,或立体模型,将图案印刷在纸板和其它的材料的表面上,但都是单面的图案印刷,或者平面图案的拼图。对于拼图技巧较熟练的人来说,常常能够很快在短时间内拼凑完成,这种单纯的拼图装置已渐渐的失去了吸引力和挑战力。每一组拼片都只能组合一个模型和一幅图案,益智性功能上比较欠缺。
中国专利02115530.5公开了一种“可方便拼装的足球模型”,主要是将拼块的每个侧面上的相互对应位置开有供连接棒插入的小孔。拼块由连接棒连接成一个空心球体,此模型的相连片拼块之间会形成一道内小外大的具有夹角的沟槽。连接棒也部分暴露在沟槽内,此模型是属于多面体。各拼块是不具有曲率的,沟槽也影响美观。
中国专利03146902.7公开了一种“立体拼图”,主要是由空腔立体产品分割成的多个片体,且多个片体的形状尺寸相同。此立体拼图实际上是各不相同的片体拼成的球状图案,片状较多,各拼片在拼成球体时,很容易掉入空腔。力学结构并不是很稳定,片块也很容易丢失。小孩在玩耍时,也难免会吞食,没有安全保障。其实施例二,就是将实施例一中能组成三角形的相邻三块拼图组合成一个拼图,可变性比较局限。
中国专利200420028920.6公开了一种“可做拼图游戏的球”,主要是由各依球体纬线设置的纬线段以及球体经线设置的经线段划分拼块的边,并通过纬线段不同方向的安排,凹凸拼片的组装而成,各拼片装有磁石.根据球体的经纬线来分切的凹凸块拼片,在冲压拼片时,需要多套模具,且各拼片的磁石,造价成本较高。
技术问题
为了克服现有的拼图式立体模型存在的适用范围和趣味性受到的限制,本发明提供一种多种拼法的立体拼图。通过拼片的拼装,组合而能产生众多种模型,且适合任何年龄层使用。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种立体拼图,包括由多片多边形拼片组合成的空腔立体产品,所述的多边形拼片的外表面有相同的曲率。拼片每边边缘有两个或者两个以上的凹凸部分,每块拼片的凹入部分形状、尺寸相同,凸出部分的形状、尺寸相同。
所述的多边形拼片凹入部分形状和尺寸同凸出部分的形状和尺寸互补。
所述的多边形拼片是奇数边形或偶数边形,每两两连接的拼片,其连接边长相等。
所述的多边形拼片为厚度大于0.5毫米的半透明、不透明、透明的片状。
所述的多边形拼片组合成的拼图为球状、椭圆球状、多面体状、异形立体模型。
有益效果
此立体模型可分解装盒,体积小,便于包装,在模型的拼装、拆卸比较方便,拼装方式有多种选择,由易到难,适合各种年龄层次的人群。外观上为镂空造型,具有独特的立体效果,用料比较省,成本低结构稳定。拼装成的立体模型可直接作为装饰品或教学用具。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对发明作进一步详细的说明:
图1至图13和图17所示的为本发明的第一种实施方式
图17所示为结合成球体模型的示意图,此球体模型的拼片是由材质为厚度大于0.5毫米的硬质材料拼合而成,硬质材料在一定的温度和压力作用下,表面可变形,但是不会破坏材料表面纹理和光洁度。
图1至图3所示的多边形拼片的边长都相等,外表面有相同的曲率。每拼片的边上有凸缘(111)或凹缘部分(110),各拼片的周缘均为圆弧形,避免挂伤皮肤或利手。凸缘(111)和凹缘(110)部分的形状互补恰好稳合, 凸缘部分的形状是顶部比和主体相连的颈部的要大,形状便于凸缘(111)凹缘(110)相结合得紧密。
图1所示的五边形拼片,有10个凹入部分(110)。
图2所示的六边形拼片,有6个凸出部分(111)和6个凹入部分(110)。
图3所示的六边形拼片,有10个凸出部分(111)和2个凹入部分(110)。
此球体模型是由十二片图1所示的五边形,五片图2所示的六边形拼片,十五片图3所示的六边形拼片相互嵌合而成的完整球形结构。
图14至图16所示的为本发明的第二种实施方式.
图14至图16所示的多边形拼片是每边有两个以上的凸出部分和凹入部分,拼块上的凹凸部分互补。多边形拼片材质必须有可塑性,且厚度大于0.5毫米,拼片的外表面曲率相同,通过各拼片的组合,能拼合成各种球体模型。
实施方式三
多边形拼片是每边有一个以上的凸出部分和凹入部分,拼块上的凹凸部分互补。多边形拼片材质必须有可塑性,且厚度大于0.5毫米,拼片的外表面曲率各不相同,通过各拼片的组合,能拼合成各种非规则球体模型和其他异型立体模型。
综上所述,由上述各多边形拼片拼合成的各种球体模型和或者异型立体模型,结构稳定,可观性强,且此立体模型可分解装盒。体积小,便于包装,拼装方式有多种选择,由易到难。各年龄层次的人群均能找到其所爱。减少人们在选购玩具,选择拼图作为室内装饰、益智类玩具的困扰。一组拼片多用,用料比较节省,结构稳定。成本较低,在儿童玩耍也不易吞食,易于推广。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种立体拼图,包括由多片多边形拼片组合成的空腔立体产品,其特征在于:所述的多边形拼片的外表面有相同的曲率。
  2. 根据1所述的多边形拼片,其特征是所述的拼片每边边缘有两个或者两个以上的凹凸部分,每块拼片的凹入部分形状、尺寸相同,凸出部分的形状、尺寸相同。
  3. 根据1所述的多边形拼片,其特征是所述的拼片凹入部分形状和尺寸同凸出部分的形状和尺寸互补。
  4. 根据1所述的多边形拼片,其特征是所述的拼片是奇数边形或偶数边形,每两两连接的拼片,其连接边长相等。
  5. 根据1所述的多边形拼片,其特征是所述的拼片厚度大于0.5毫米。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拼片, 其特征在于拼片为半透明、不透明、透明的片状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的拼片,其特征在于由拼片组合成的拼图为球状、椭圆球状、多面体状、异形立体模型。
