本发明实施例提供一种向桌面云终端发送云服务器地址的方法, 当桌 面云终端接入桌面云系统后, 终端管理服务器可以主动要求所述桌面云终 端加入管理, 触发桌面云终端发起注册流程以获取云服务器的地址。 如图 3所示, 本发明实施例具体如下:
步骤 200: 终端管理服务器向桌面云终端发送加入管理请求。
预先在终端管理服务器设置所述终端管理服务器可管理的桌面云终 端的地址范围, 本发明实施例中, 所述桌面云终端的地址范围可以是 IP 地址范围、 或 MAC地址范围, 下面, 以桌面云终端的 IP地址范围为例详 细阐述本发明实施例。 例如, 本发明实施例中, 可在所述终端管理服务器 中保存一张状态表, 用于记录所述终端管理服务器可管理的桌面云终端的 IP地址范围以及在所述 IP地址范围内每个 IP地址所对应的桌面云终端是 否处于被管理状态。 所述终端管理服务器扫描所述状态表, 查找处于未被 管理状态的桌面云终端对应的 IP地址, 所述终端管理服务器以该 IP地址 为目的地址生成并发送加入管理请求。 如表二所示, 为本发明实施例提供 的一种状态表的实施方式, 本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 表二不会对状 态表的具体实现构成任何限制。

本发明实施例中, 所述终端管理服务器可以是周期性地扫描所述状态 表以查找处于未被管理状态的桌面云终端对应的 IP地址, 并以所述 IP地 址为目的地址发送加入管理请求。 该扫描的周期可根据网络环境具体设 置, 如可以是 10秒, 1分钟、 10分钟, 30分钟, 甚至是 1小时或多个小 时, 本发明实施例不限制周期的大小, 根据实践, 该周期设置为 10分钟 至 30分钟是较优的实现方式。 所述终端管理服务器也可以是不定期地扫 描所述状态表以查找处于未被管理状态的桌面云终端对应的 IP地址, 并 以所述 IP地址为目的地址发送加入管理请求。
经过扫描查找到可能有 1个或多个 IP地址对应的桌面云终端都处于 未被管理状态, 所述终端管理服务器可以是以多播的方式发送加入管理请 求, 所述加入管理请求的目的地址为所述 1个或多个 IP地址; 也可以是 以单播的方式分别以所述 1个或多个 IP地址中的每个 IP地址为目的地址 发送加入管理请求。
步骤 202 : 桌面云终端向终端管理服务器发送注册请求。
所述桌面云终端接收到来自所述终端管理服务器的加入管理请求后, 向所述终端管理服务器发送注册请求, 所述注册请求中携带有桌面云终端 的地址, 本发明实施例中, 所述桌面云终端的地址可以是桌面云终端的 IP 地址、 或 MAC地址。 下面以桌面云终端的 I P地址为例来详细阐述本发明 实施例。
步骤 204 : 终端管理服务器向桌面云终端返回注册应答。

本发明实施例中, 所述映射表也可以是记录桌面云终端的 MAC地址与 该桌面云终端可访问的云服务器的地址的映射关系, 在这种情况下, 所述 桌面云终端的注册请求中则携带所述桌面云终端的 M A C地址。
本发明实施例中, 所述桌面云终端接收所述注册应答后, 解析出所述 注册应答中携带的所述云服务器的地址, 所述桌面云终端可以根据所述云 服务器的地址访问所述云服务器。 所述桌面云终端还可以保存所述云服务 器的地址, 以供后续访问所述云服务器所用。

本发明实施例中, 如果所述映射表中是记录桌面云终端的完整的 IP 地址同云服务器的地址的映射关系, 则所述映射表和所述状态表可以是合 为一张表, 该表包含三列信息: 桌面云终端的 IP地址、 所述 IP地址对应 的桌面云终端是否处于被管理状态、 所述桌面云终端的 IP地址对应的云 服务器的地址。 这样, 在执行本发明实施例的过程中就直接在这一张表上 进行查找或修改。 通过将所述状态表和映射表合为一张表, 可以节约所述 终端管理服务器的存储空间。
在本发明实施例中, 所述终端管理服务器通过主动向处于未被管理状 态的桌面云终端发送加入管理请求, 从而触发所述桌面云终端执行注册流 程以自动获取云服务器地址, 这样所述桌面云终端就可以根据所述云服务 器地址访问云服务器, 使用桌面云业务。 这样不需要由系统管理员在终端 管理服务器上手动对桌面云终端进行配置, 也不需要由桌面云终端用户手 动配置桌面云终端, 提升了业务体验。
实施例 3
本发明实施例提供一种桌面云终端获取云服务器地址的方法, 如图 4 所示, 具体包括:
步骤 300: 桌面云终端向终端管理服务器发送云服务器地址请求。 在本发明实施例中, 如果桌面云终端的用户因为误操作或其他原因导 致所述桌面云终端保存的云服务器地址被删除或修改, 从而最终导致所述 桌面云终端无法访问所述云服务器; 也可能是因为网络重新规划或其他原 因, 从而导致云服务器地址发生变化, 这时桌面云终端如果继续使用原保 存的云服务器地址则无法访问所述云服务器。 所述桌面云终端可以主动向 终端管理服务器发送请求以获取所述云服务器的地址。 例如, 所述桌面云 终端在访问云服务器时检测到云服务器地址为空或所述云服务器地址非 法, 则所述桌面云终端向终端管理服务器发送云服务器地址请求, 所述云 服务器地址请求包括所述桌面云终端的地址, 本发明实施例中, 所述桌面 云终端的地址可以是桌面云终端的 IP地址、 或 MAC地址。 下面以桌面云 终端的 I P地址为例来详细阐述本发明实施例。

本发明实施例中, 所述映射表也可以是记录桌面云终端的 MAC地址与 该桌面云终端可访问的云服务器的地址的映射关系, 在这种情况下, 所述 桌面云终端的注册请求中则携带所述桌面云终端的 MAC地址。

本发明实施例提供一种为桌面云终端更新云服务器地址的方法, 在本 发明实施例中, 如果因为网络重新规划或其他原因, 从而导致云服务器的 地址发生变化, 由变化前的云服务器第一地址变为云服务器第二地址, 这 时桌面云终端如果继续使用所述云服务器第一地址则无法访问所述云服 务器, 终端管理服务器可以主动向桌面云终端发起云服务器地址更新流 程, 如图 5所示, 具体包括:

修改模块: 用于在所述通信模块接收到来自桌面云终端的请求消息 或所述通信模块接收来自所述桌面云终端的加入管理确认后修改所述存 储模块存储的状态表, 记录所述桌面云终端处于被管理状态。
21、 一种终端管理服务器, 其特征在于, 所述终端管理服务器包括: 存储模块: 用于存储映射表和状态表;
更新模块: 用于用云服务器第二地址替换映射表中的云服务器第一地 址以更新所述映射表;
查询模块: 根据所述云服务器第二地址查找所述映射表, 获取可访问 所述云服务器的桌面云终端的地址, 根据所述桌面云终端的地址查找所述 状态表, 识别处于被管理状态的桌面云终端;
消息生成模块: 用于生成云服务器地址更新消息, 所述云服务器地址 更新消息携带所述云服务器第二地址, 所述云服务器地址更新消息的目的 地址为处于被管理状态的桌面云终端的地址;
通信模块: 用于发送所述云服务器地址更新消息。
22、 一种桌面云终端, 其特征在于, 该桌面云终端包括: 发送模块: 用于向终端管理服务器发送请求消息, 所述请求消息携带 有所述桌面云终端的地址;
接收模块: 用于接收来自所述终端管理服务器请求响应消息, 所述请 求响应消息中携带有云服务器的地址。
2 3、 一种终端管理服务器, 其特征在于, 该终端管理服务器包括处理 器、 通信接口、 存储器、 通信总线, 其中所述处理器, 所述通信接口, 所 述存储器通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
所述通信接口: 用于接收来自桌面云终端的请求消息, 所述请求消息 中携带有所述桌面云终端的地址;
所述存储器: 用于存放程序和映射表;
所述处理器: 用于执行所述程序;
其中, 所述程序具体包括:
查询模块: 用于根据所述桌面云终端的地址查询所述映射表, 获取所 述桌面云终端可访问的云服务器的地址;
消息生成模块: 用于根据所述桌面云终端可访问的云服务器的地址生 成请求响应消息;
所述通信接口: 还用于向所述桌面云终端发送所述请求响应消息。
24、 如权利要求 2 3所述的终端管理服务器, 其特征在于:
所述存储器: 还用于存放状态表;
所述查询模块: 还用于扫描所述存储模块存储的状态表, 查找处于未 被管理状态的桌面云终端的地址, 所述未被管理状态的桌面云终端包括所 述桌面云终端;
所述消息生成模块: 还用于生成加入管理请求, 所述加入管理请求的 目的地址为所述处于未被管理状态的桌面云终端的地址;
所述通信接口: 还用于向所述处于未被管理状态的桌面云终端发送所 述加入管理请求;
则所述通信接口接收来自桌面云终端的请求消息具体为:
所述通信接口: 用于接收所述桌面云终端在收到所述加入管理请求后 发送的所述请求消息。
25、 如权利要求 24所述的终端管理服务器, 其特征在于, 所述通信接口: 还用于接收来自所述桌面云终端的加入管理确认。
26、 如权利要求 24或 25所述的终端管理服务器, 所述程序还包括: 修改模块: 用于在所述通信接口接收到来自桌面云终端的请求消息或 所述通信接口接收来自所述桌面云终端的加入管理确认后修改所述存储 器存放的状态表, 记录所述桌面云终端处于被管理状态。
27、 一种终端管理服务器, 其特征在于, 该终端管理服务器包括处理 器、 通信接口、 存储器、 通信总线, 其中所述处理器、 所述通信接口、 所 述存储器通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
所述通信接口: 用于与桌面云终端通信;
所述存储器: 用于存放程序、 映射表和状态表;
所述处理器: 用于执行所述程序;
其中, 所述程序具体包括:
更新模块: 用于用云服务器第二地址替换所述映射表中的云服务器第 一地址以更新所述映射表;
查询模块: 用于根据所述云服务器第二地址查找所述映射表, 获取可 访问所述云服务器的桌面云终端的地址, 根据所述桌面云终端的地址查找 所述状态表, 识别处于被管理状态的桌面云终端;
消息生成模块: 用于生成云服务器地址更新消息, 所述云服务器地址 更新消息携带所述云服务器第二地址, 所述云服务器地址更新消息的目的 地址为处于被管理状态的桌面云终端的地址;
所述通信接口: 用于发送所述云服务器地址更新消息。
