手机通讯录作为手机最基本的一个功能, 也是人们应用最多的一个功 能。 人们记录联系方式, 拨打电话以及发送短信时都离不开通讯录。 目前 的通讯录分为卡通讯录和手机通讯录, 卡通讯录存储数量有限, 存储内容 也相对较少, 所以现在人们大都把通讯录直接存在手机上, 手机上的通讯 录可以存储大量信息, 方便人们使用。 目前手机上的联系人排序方法主要 是应用字母排序或者按照联系频率排序, 也有的采用分组方式, 可以根据 用户设定的分组去分配联系人。
目前的通讯录属于固定查看的方式, 点击到某个联系人, 就只能查看 到该联系人的联系方式。 在一些手机中也有采用分组的方法, 但是手动分 组很麻烦, 而且有时也比较难于把某个联系人分到具体的某一组, 例如很 多联系人的信息只是通过名片等信息导入, 或者用户与这些联系人的关系 并不熟。 在这些联系人中, 用户不会去刻意去记忆他们的相关信息, 因此 在查看联系人时, 就很难把与其信息相同或者相近的联系人给寻找出来。 这使得通讯录一般只有存储联系方式的功能, 很难提供更多的功能。
因此, 需要一种新的联系人显示技术, 能够在终端处理与某个联系人 相关的事件时, 显示与该联系人相关联的其他联系人的信息, 便于查找信 息, 使通讯录可具有更多的功能。 发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题, 提出了一种联系人显示技术, 能够在终端 处理与某个联系人相关的事件时, 显示与该联系人相关联的其他联系人的 信息。

在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括匹配单元, 用于在所述查找单元 未查找到与所述目标联系人相关联的联系人时, 判断所述目标联系人的信 息与预存于所述终端中的所述其他联系人的信息是否存在部分信息相同, 若存在, 则判定所述其他联系人的信息与所述目标联系人的信息相匹配, 所述显示单元显示所述其他联系人的信息。

除了可以对相匹配的部分信息进行标识之外, 终端 100还可以包括分 类单元 (图中未示出) , 根据相匹配的部分信息, 对关联联系人进行归 类, 即对于查找到的关联联系人进行二次归类。 在相匹配的部分信息为所 属公司时, 将属于同一公司的关联联系人归类为同事, 同理, 当相匹配的 部分信息为同一倶乐部时, 将属于同一倶乐部的关联联系人归类为同一社 交圏子, 以此类推, 可将关联联系人归类为亲属、 同学、 位于相同圏子 等。 在对查找出的关联联系人进行二次归类后, 可根据用户选择进行显 示。 例如, 当用户选择同一社交圏子时, 显示同一社交圏子的所有关联联 系人。
优选地, 显示单元 106还用于在查找出相关联的联系人时, 显示查看 标识, 以及在接收到触发查看标识的信号时, 显示相关联的联系人的信 息。 通过点击查看标识以调出显示关联联系人的详细信息, 当双击该查看 标识时, 隐藏该关联联系人的详细信息。
优选地, 通知包括以下至少之一: 短信、 邮件、 来电; 与目标联系人 相关的命令包括以下至少之一: 呼叫命令、 查看命令。
图 2示出了根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法的流程图。
如图 2 所示, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法包括: 步骤 202 , 将联系人的信息以及联系人之间的关联关系保存至数据库; 步骤 204 , 在接收到来自目标联系人的终端的通知或处理与目标联系人相关的 命令时, 查找出与目标联系人相关联的联系人以及对应的关联信息; 步骤 206 , 根据查找结果显示与目标联系人相关联的联系人以及对应的关联信 息。
用户在保存联系人的信息时, 在设置界面增加了一个与其他联系人之 间的关系选项, 例如, 在保存联系人 A 时, 可设置联系人 A与联系人 B 是高中同学关系, 该高中同学关系即关联关系, 这样在保存联系人 A的信 息的同时, 也可保存联系人 A与其他联系人之间的关联关系。 当接收到与 目标联系人相关的操作时 (例如用户被目标联系人呼叫, 用户查阅目标联 系人信息等) , 终端能够显示与目标联系人相关联的其他联系人的信息, 使用户能够方便地获取目标联系人的相关信息, 或在执行其他操作时使 用。 例如当呼叫联系人 A时, 查找出联系人 B与联系人 A是高中同学关 系, 显示联系人 B的信息以及与联系人 A之间的关系。
例如用户通讯录中存储了联系人 A、 B、 C、 D、 E、 F, 其相应信息如 上述表 1 所示。 根据表 1存储的信息得知, 联系人 A与联系人 F存储的 住址相同, 联系人 A 与联系人 D存储的公司名称相同, 那么在用户查看 联系人 A 时 (即联系人 A 为目标联系人) , 可以将与其存在关联信息的 联系人 F和联系人 D的信息也进行显示, 便于用户获取与联系人 A相关 的信息。
而在通讯录中看起来不相关的一些人, 事实上可能存在一些潜在关 系, 根据存储的关联信息, 用户能够获悉各个联系人之间可能的潜在关 系, 例如上表 1所示的各联系人的潜在关系如上表 2所示。
由于联系人 F与联系人 A的住址相同, 那么可以推知联系人 F可能 是联系人 A的亲属, 而联系人 D与联系人 A的公司名称相同, 那么可以 推知联系人 D 与联系人 A可能是同事。 应理解, 上述潜在关系即可以在 保存联系人信息时设置得到, 也可以根据联系人的信息自动获取得到。
当用户准备联系客户 A的业务时, 可以显示联系人 F与联系人 D的 信息, 而用户与联系人 F是同学, 可形成一个关系圏。
优选地, 步骤 204还可以包括: 在未查找到与目标联系人相关联的联 系人时, 判断目标联系人的信息与预存于终端中的其他联系人的信息是否 存在部分信息相同, 若存在, 则判定其他联系人的信息与目标联系人的信 息相匹配, 显示其他联系人的信息。
联系人之间存在部分信息相同时, 可以判定他们的信息相匹配, 例如 存储的两个联系人为姓名分别 "张三的妈妈" 和 "张三的舅舅" , 那么可 以判断出姓名中存在部分相同的信息 "张三" , 则判定 "张三的妈妈" 和 "张三的舅舅" 的信息相匹配, 显示 "张三的妈妈" 和 "张三的舅舅" 的 信息。
优选地, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法进一步可以包括: 在 步骤 202之前, 从存储于用户终端的联系人信息中提取每个联系人的关键 信息并按照信息分类进行分类保存; 步骤 202还包括: 按照信息分类, 将 目标联系人的信息与其他联系人的信息进行逐类比较, 以确定相同的部分 信息。
通过对关联信息进行分类保存, 可以达到逐类比较的目的。 例如目标 联系人为联系人 A, 通讯录中还存储有联系人 B 和联系人 C 的信息, 其 中, 联系人 A和联系人 C的信息中包含住址信息, 联系人 B的信息中不 包含住址信息, 那么在将联系人 A的住址信息与其他联系人的住址信息进 行匹配时, 只将联系人 A 的住址信息与包含住址信息的联系人信息相匹 配, 即只与联系人 C 的住址信息相匹配, 从而避免了将联系人 A 的每条 信息与所有其他联系人的信息逐一匹配, 提高了关联联系人的查找速度。
优选地, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法还包括: 判断是否对 存储于用户终端中的联系人信息进行了更新, 若判断结果为是, 则根据更 新后的联系人信息对已分类保存的关键信息进行更新。
当存储于终端中的联系人信息发生了更新 (例如用户修改存储的联系 人信息或根据网络同步的联系人信息来更新) , 若用户在预设时间内未做 出修改操作, 那么终端可以自动根据更新的信息对关键信息进行更新, 当 然, 用户也可以设置只能对关键信息进行手动更新, 而不进行自动更新。
优选地, 根据关联联系人的信息与目标联系人的匹配度对关联联系人 的信息进行排序。
存在相同的信息较多的关联联系人与目标联系人的匹配度较高, 可以 设置匹配度较高的关联联系人在显示时排在相对靠上或靠前的位置, 便于 用户查找匹配度最高的关联联系人, 或者, 可以设置联系人信息中的不同 分类信息的优先级, 在相同的信息中存在分类信息优先级较高的关联联系 人与目标联系人的匹配度较高。 优选地, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法还可以包括以下步 骤: 根据对应的关联信息绘制目标联系人与相关联的联系人之间的关系图 并显示。
在联系人较多时, 联系人之间的关联关系可能比较复杂, 通过图示形 式的关系图可直观表示出联系人之间的关联关系。
优选地, 在接收到选择信号时, 显示相关联的联系人中的一个联系人 的详细信息, 并对详细信息中与目标联系人的信息相匹配的部分信息进行 标识。
当显示关联联系人的详细信息时, 可以标识详细信息中与目标联系人 相匹配的信息, 便于用户查看相匹配的信息。
除了可以对相匹配的部分信息进行标识之外, 还可以根据相匹配的部 分信息, 对关联联系人进行归类, 即对于查找到的关联联系人进行二次归 类, 在相匹配的部分信息为所属公司时, 将属于同一公司的关联联系人归 类为同事, 同理, 当相匹配的部分信息为同一倶乐部时, 将属于同一倶乐 部的关联联系人归类为同一社交圏子, 以此类推, 可将关联联系人归类为 亲属、 同学、 位于相同圏子等。 在对查找出的关联联系人进行二次归类 后, 可根据用户选择进行显示。 例如, 当用户选择同一社交圏子时, 显示 同一社交圏子的所有关联联系人。
优选地, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法进一步包括: 在查找 出相关联的联系人的信息时, 显示查看标识, 在接收到触发查看标识的信 号时, 显示相关联的联系人的信息。
可以点击关联联系人或选中关联联系人再点击查看标志以显示关联联 系人的详细信息。
优选地, 上述通知包括以下至少之一: 短信、 邮件、 来电; 与目标联 系人相关的命令包括以下至少之一: 呼叫命令、 查看命令、 编辑命令。
图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法的具体流程图。 如图 3所示, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人显示方法的具体包括: 步骤 302 , 接收与目标联系人相关联的命令, 例如查看目标联系人的 命令; 步骤 304 , 根据存储于数据库中的联系人之间的关联关系, 查找与目 标联系人相关联的联系人;
步骤 306 , 判断用户是否查看关联联系人的详细信息;
步骤 308 , 若查看关联联系人的详细信息, 则显示关联联系人的详细 信息, 例如电话、 公司地址、 邮箱地址等, 可执行与该关联联系人相关的 操作, 例如呼叫从中选择的关联联系人;
步骤 310, 若不查看关联联系人的详细信息, 则根据命令执行其他相 关操作。
图 4A 至图 4E 示出了根据本发明的实施例的显示关联联系人的示意 图。
如图 4A 所示, 用户查阅通讯录, 通讯录中包含联系人的信息。 如图 4B所示, 选择目标联系人, 查看其详细信息。
如图 4C 所示, 在目标联系人的详细信息界面选择 "关联联系人" 标 识, 终端将目标联系人的信息与存储的其他联系人的信息进行匹配, 即将 张三的信息与通讯录中其他联系人的信息进行匹配比较, 并将相匹配的关 联联系人的信息进行显示, 关联联系人的信息可以以列表的形式显示, 也 可以根据设置以其他形式显示。
可从如图 4C 中所示的关联联系人列表中选择一个关联联系人, 则显 示该关联联系人的详细信息, 如图 4D 所示, 假设 "公司: 宇龙计算机有 限公司" 是该关联联系人与张三所具有的共同信息, 则可以对该部分信息 进行突出显示, 例如字号大于其他信息或采用不同的背景颜色等, 以便用 户查看关联信息。
除了可以对相匹配的部分信息进行突出显示之外, 还可以根据相匹配 的部分信息, 对关联联系人进行归类, 即对于查找到的关联联系人进行二 次归类, 在相匹配的部分信息为所属公司时, 将属于同一公司的关联联系 人归类为同事, 同理, 当相匹配的部分信息为同一倶乐部时, 将属于同一 倶乐部的关联联系人归类为同一社交圏子, 以此类推, 可将关联联系人归 类为亲属、 同学、 位于相同圏子等。 在对查找出的关联联系人进行二次归 类后, 可根据用户选择进行显示。 例如, 当用户选择同一社交圏子时, 显 示同一社交圏子的所有关联联系人。 例如图 4E 所示, 当用户选择关联联 系人标识时, 弹出经过二次归类的关联联系人归类列表, 在该示例中, 关 联联系人归类列表包括亲属、 同事、 游戏倶乐部等。 接着, 用户可从该关 联联系人归类列表选择 "同事" 分类, 于是显示属于同事分类中的所有关 联联系人。
在一种优选方案中, 在比较匹配之前, 可提取每个联系人的关键信 息, 该关键信息可以包括很多信息, 联系人的电话, 住址, 公司信息, 以 及存储联系人的地理位置信息, 省份信息等, 随着手机的发展和联系人存 储信息的增加, 这些关键信息也将扩展。 对于联系人的关键信息的提取, 为了保证手机使用的流畅性, 把联系人关键信息的提取作为后台服务, 默 认更新方式是自动更新。 在提取的过程中, 将分类提取这些关键信息进行 分类保存, 这样便于在匹配过程中逐类进行比较, 可提高提取速度和匹配 速度。
图 5示出了根据本发明的实施例的关键信息更新的流程图。
如图 5所示, 根据本发明的实施例的关键信息更新的过程包括: 步骤 502 , 判断联系人的信息是否发生更新;
步骤 504 , 若联系人的信息发生了更新, 则进一步判断用户是否进对 该联系人信息所包含的关键信息行了手动更新;
步骤 506 , 若用户没有手动更新, 终端则根据更新后的联系人信息对 该联系人信息所包含的关键信息进行自动更新。
当然, 用户也可以设置只能对关键信息进行手动更新, 而不进行自动 更新。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到相关技术中, 终 端通讯录的查看方式固定, 用途单一, 难以提供给用户更多的功能和便 利。 通过本发明的技术方案, 能够在终端执行与联系人相关的操作命令 时, 显示与该联系人相关联的其他联系人的信息, 便于用户查找信息。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储单元, 保存联系人的信息以及联系人之间的关联关系;
查找单元, 用于在接收到来自目标联系人的终端的通知或处理与所述 目标联系人相关的命令时, 从所述存储单元中查找出与所述目标联系人相 关联的联系人以及对应的关联信息;
显示单元, 根据所述匹配查找单元的匹配查找结果显示与所述目标联 系人相关联的联系人以及对应的关联信息相匹配的关联联系人的信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括匹配单元, 用 于在所述查找单元未查找到与所述目标联系人相关联的联系人时, 判断所 述目标联系人的信息与预存于所述终端中的其他联系人的信息是否存在部 分信息相同, 若存在, 则判定所述其他联系人的信息与所述目标联系人的 信息相匹配, 所述显示单元显示所述其他联系人的信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述匹配单元包括: 提取子单元, 从存储于所述终端的联系人信息中提取每个联系人的关键信 息并按照信息分类进行分类保存;
判断子单元, 按照信息分类, 将所述目标联系人的信息与所述其他联 系人的信息进行逐类比较, 以确定相同的所述部分信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 更新判定单 元, 判断是否对存储于所述终端中的联系人信息进行了更新;
更新单元, 根据更新后的联系人信息对已分类保存的所述关键信息进 行更新。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
绘图单元, 用于根据所述对应的关联信息绘制所述目标联系人与所述 相关联的联系人之间的关系图, 供所述显示单元显示。
6. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元还用 于, 在接收到选择信号时, 显示所述相关联的联系人中的一个联系人的详 细信息; 所述终端还包括: 标识单元, 用于对所述详细信息中与所述目标联系 人的信息相匹配的部分信息进行标识。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元还用 于, 在查找出所述相关联的联系人时, 显示查看标识; 以及在接收到触发 所述查看标识的信号时, 显示所述相关联的联系人的信息。
8. 根据权利要求 1 至 7 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述通 知包括以下至少之一: 短信、 邮件、 来电; 所述与所述目标联系人相关的 命令包括以下至少之一: 呼叫命令、 查看命令。
9. 一种联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
将联系人的信息以及联系人之间的关联关系保存至数据库;
在接收到来自目标联系人的终端的通知或处理与所述目标联系人相关 的命令时, 查找出与所述目标联系人相关联的联系人以及对应的关联信 息;
根据查找结果显示与所述目标联系人相关联的联系人以及对应的关联 信息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 在未查找 到与所述目标联系人相关联的联系人时, 判断所述目标联系人的信息与预 存于所述终端中的其他联系人的信息是否存在部分信息相同, 若存在, 则 判定所述其他联系人的信息与所述目标联系人的信息相匹配, 显示所述其 他联系人的信息。
11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 进一步 包括: 在匹配之前, 从存储于终端的联系人信息中提取每个联系人的关键 信息并按照信息分类进行分类保存;
在匹配时, 按照信息分类, 将所述目标联系人的信息与所述其他联系 人的信息进行逐类比较, 以确定相同的所述部分信息。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
判断是否对存储于所述终端中的联系人信息进行了更新, 若判断结果 为是, 则根据更新后的联系人信息对已分类保存的所述关键信息进行更 新。
13. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述 对应的关联信息绘制所述目标联系人与所述相关联的联系人之间的关系图 并显示。
14. 根据权利要求 10 所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 在接收 到选择信号时, 显示所述相关联的联系人中的一个联系人的详细信息, 并 对所述详细信息中与所述目标联系人的信息相匹配的部分信息进行标识。
15. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包 括: 在查找出所述相关联的联系人时, 显示查看标识, 在接收到触发所述 查看标识的信号时, 显示所述相关联的联系人的信息。
16. 根据权利要求 9 至 15 中任一项所述的联系人显示方法, 其特征 在于, 所述通知包括以下至少之一: 短信、 邮件、 来电; 所述与所述目标 联系人相关的命令包括以下至少之一: 呼叫命令、 查看命令。
