Le modèle d'utilité se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et notamment des dispositifs de correction et de traitement de la colonne vertébrale qui comprennent une base avec des guides posée sur une surface d'appui sur laquelle est monté un chariot avec un appui-tête, avec possibilité de déplacement par rapport à la base et un élément souple entre la base et le chariot, et peut s'utiliser dans la prévention et le traitement de la colonne vertébrale dans des établissements médicaux, sportifs, de cure et d'autre établissements, ainsi qu'à domicile. Dans le modèle d'utilité, les guides sont fixés le long de l'axe de direction de la colonne vertébrale dans le rachis cervical. L'élément souple n'est pas précontraint en position initiale du dispositif pour la correction et le traitement de la colonne vertébrale. L'élément souple comprend des moyens pour agir sur le chariot vers la lombes - tête en position de traction. L'appui-tête possède des moyens de fixation au chariot. Le résultat technique obtenu est la possibilité d'élargir les possibilités d'utilisation du dispositif.
