无线网络适配器及其自配置方法 技术领域
本发明涉及无线网络技术领域, 并且更具体地涉及一种无线网络适配器 及其自配置方法。 背景技术
目前存在一些仅具备有线网络连接功能的电器设备。 随着无线网络技术 的发展, 通过无线连接方式将这些具有有线网络连接功能的电器设备互联逐 渐成为一种趋势。

考虑到上述问题而提出了本发明。 本发明的目的是提供一种无线网络适 配器及其配置方法, 其仅仅需要将待配置的多个无线网络适配器彼此连接并 且在其中选择接入点适配器,便可触发所述多个无线网络适配器的配置过程, 即实现了多个无线网络适配器的自配置。 在该自配置过程中, 无需通过计算 机分别设置各个无线网络适配器的配置参数。
根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种无线网络适配器, 包括: 自配置部 件, 用于将该无线网络适配器配置为无线网络接入点适配器, 并且产生该无 线网络接入点适配器的接入信息, 所述接入信息包括服务集标识、验证模式、 加密类型以及安全密钥; 第一电缆连接部件, 用于经由电缆连接与第二无线 网络适配器连接, 用于从所述自配置部件接收所述接入信息并经由电缆连接 将所述接入信息传递给第二无线网络适配器, 并且用于经由电缆连接从所述 第二无线网络适配器接收所述第二无线网络适配器的应答消息; 以及无线收 发器, 用于经由无线连接与所述第二无线网络适配器连接。

根据本发明实施例的无线网络适配器的配置过程相当筒单, 而且可以无 需计算机和网页浏览器的辅助。
将参考图 1来描述根据本发明实施例的无线网络适配器的配置过程。 如图 1所示, 在步骤 1中, 首先将待配置的多个无线网络适配器彼此连 接, 例如, 可以将待配置的多个无线网络适配器连接成串, 如图 6所示。 替 代地, 还可以将一个无线网络适配器与多于两个无线网络适配器连接。

适配器 "3"上的指示灯闪烁或常亮, 以指示自配置完成(如图 6中的 e ) 所示)。
接下来, 适配器 "3" 与适配器 "1" 无线连接, 并且适配器 "3" 经由电 缆连接向适配器 "2" 发送应答消息。 然后, 适配器 "2" 经由电缆连接向适 配器 "1" 转发该适配器 "3" 的应答消息。
重复上述操作, 直至所有的无线网络适配器配置完成。
在所述多个彼此连接的无线网络适配器的自配置完成之后, 断开所述多 个无线网络适配器的连接。 然后, 将每个无线网络适配器与其相应的有线网 络设备连接, 由此多个有线网络设备可以通过无线连接而彼此通信(如图 7 所示)。
根据本发明实施例, 通过访问每个适配器的对话网页, 可以显示出所有 无线网络适配器的列表, 该列表可以包括接入点适配器和客户端适配器。
根据本发明实施例, 对于所述接入点适配器, 仍然可以通过专用的网页 来得到高级设置, 诸如 SSID名称、 验证模式、 加密类型、 SSID网络是否隐 藏等等。 然而, 无论是否对接入点适配器进行高级设置, 根据本发明实施例, 都大大筒化了客户端适配器的配置过程。
根据本发明实施例的无线网络适配器可以例如与 PLC系统、 HMI系统、 运动与驱动系统连接, 所述 PLC系统、 HMI系统、 运动与驱动系统均配备有 有线网络连接端口。 然而, 根据本发明实施例的无线网络适配器还可以与其 它配备有有线网络连接端口的系统连接。
根据本发明实施例,如上所述的接入信息和应答消息可以符合 TCP或者 UDP协议, 或者可以符合基于以太网 IP协议的其它自定义的协议。
应注意, 根据本发明实施例的无线网络适配器可以同时包括根据本发明 第一实施例的无线网络适配器 400中的组成部件、 以及根据本发明第二实施 例的无线网络适配器 500中的组成部件。 在此情况下, 可以将所述多个彼此 连接的无线网络适配器中的任何一个无线网络适配器设置为接入点适配器, 而不限于将无线网络适配器串中的第一个无线网络适配器设置为接入点适配 器。
替代地, 可以将一个根据本发明第一实施例的无线网络适配器 400、 与 多个根据本发明第二实施例的无线网络适配器 500 (也可以是如下的无线网 络适配器 500同时包括根据本发明第一实施例的无线网络适配器 400中的组 成部件、 以及根据本发明第二实施例的无线网络适配器 500中的组成部件) 彼此连接。 在此情况下, 仅仅可以将所述无线网络适配器 400设置为接入点 适配器, 并且所述无线网络适配器 400中的配置触发部件 440可以通过所述 无线网络适配器 400中的处理器来实现, 例如, 在彼此连接完成之后, 在判 断经过预定时段时自动开始所述无线网络适配器 400的自配置。 因此, 所述 配置触发部件 440也不限于有形的开关、 按钮或设置菜单等。
根据本发明实施例, 接入点适配器通过电缆连接和无线网络连接两者检 测客户端适配器, 从而可靠地确定所有的客户端适配器已经被正确的配置。
经过上述配置之后, 在每次开机之后, 所述客户端适配器都将利用所存 储的 SSID、 验证模式、 加密类型以及安全密钥连接到接入点适配器所配置的 无线网络接入点。
尽管上面对接入点适配器和客户端适配器的配置过程分别进行描述, 然 而, 应了解: 在一个无线网络适配器 A同时包括根据本发明第一实施例的无 线网络适配器 400中的组成部件、 以及根据本发明第二实施例的无线网络适 配器 500中的组成部件的情况下, 所述无线网络适配器 A既可能被配置为接 入点适配器也可能被配置为客户端适配器, 并且仅在被选择为接入点适配器 时才实现接入点适配器的功能, 仅在被选择为客户端适配器时才实现客户端 适配器的功能。
根据本发明实施例的无线网络适配器及其配置方法大大筒化了现有无线 网络适配器的配置过程, 可以在无需通过计算机访问配置网页的情况下, 以 零输入参数地实现多个待联网的无线网络适配器的配置。
上述实施例只是例示性的, 并且不希望它们限制本发明的技术方法。 虽 然已参照优选实施例详细描述了本发明, 但所属领域的技术人员将了解, 可 在不偏离本发明技术方法的精神和范畴的情况下修改或等同替换本发明的技 术方法, 这些修改和等同替换也属于本发明权利要求书的保护范畴。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种无线网络适配器, 包括:
自配置部件, 用于将该无线网络适配器配置为无线网络接入点适配器, 并且产生该无线网络接入点适配器的接入信息, 所述接入信息包括服务集标 识、 验证模式、 加密类型以及安全密钥;
第一电缆连接部件, 用于经由电缆连接与第二无线网络适配器连接, 用 于从所述自配置部件接收所述接入信息并经由电缆连接将所述接入信息传递 给第二无线网络适配器, 并且用于经由电缆连接从所述第二无线网络适配器 接收所述第二无线网络适配器的应答消息; 以及
无线收发器, 用于经由无线连接与所述第二无线网络适配器连接。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的无线网络适配器, 还包括:
配置触发部件, 用于生成触发信号以触发所述无线网络适配器的自配置 部件进行自配置。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的无线网络适配器, 其中, 所述配置触发部件包括 硬件按钮或开关, 用于在所述硬件按钮或开关被置于触发状态时生成触发信 号。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的无线网络适配器, 其中, 所述配置触发部件包括 所述无线网络适配器上的可设置菜单选项, 用于在所述可设置菜单选项被置 于触发状态时生成触发信号。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的无线网络适配器, 还包括:
第二电缆连接部件, 用于经由电缆连接与第三无线网络适配器连接, 用 于从所述自配置部件接收所述接入信息并经由电缆连接将所述接入信息传递 给第三无线网络适配器, 并且用于经由电缆连接从所述第三无线网络适配器 接收所述第三无线网络适配器的应答消息,
所述无线收发器还经由无线连接与所述第三无线网络适配器连接。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的无线网络适配器, 还包括:
指示部件, 用于指示所述无线网络适配器的自配置完成。
7. 一种无线网络适配器, 包括:
第一电缆连接部件, 用于经由电缆连接从无线网络接入点适配器接收所 述无线网络接入点适配器的接入信息, 所述接入信息包括服务集标识、 验证 模式、 加密类型以及安全密钥;
参数存储部件, 用于将所述接入信息存储为设置参数;
自配置部件, 用于在所述第一电缆连接部件接收到所述接入信息的情况 下将所述无线网络适配器配置为操作于客户端模式, 并且在自配置完成后生 成应答消息; 以及
无线收发器, 用于利用所述服务集标识以及所述安全密钥连接到所述无 线网络接入点适配器所配置的无线网络接入点,
其中, 所述第一电缆连接部件还通过所述电缆连接向所述无线网络接入 点适配器发送所述应答消息。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的无线网络适配器, 其中, 所述第一电缆连接部件 通过所述电缆连接直接与所述无线网络接入点适配器连接, 或者通过所述电 缆连接与第二无线网络适配器连接且从所述第二无线网络适配器接收所述无 线网络接入点适配器的所述接入信息。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的无线网络适配器, 还包括:
第二电缆连接部件, 用于经由电缆连接与第三无线网络适配器连接, 用 于经由电缆连接将所述接入信息传递给所述第三无线网络适配器, 并且用于 经由电缆连接从所述第三无线网络适配器接收所述第三无线网络适配器的应 答消息,
其中, 所述第一电缆连接部件还用于将所述第三无线网络适配器的应答 消息向所述无线网络接入点适配器转发。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的无线网络适配器, 还包括:
指示部件, 用于指示所述无线网络适配器的自配置完成。
11. 一种无线网络适配器的自配置方法, 包括:
无线网络适配器在接收到自配置指令后, 将其自身配置为无线网络接入 点适配器, 并且产生该无线网络接入点适配器的接入信息, 所述接入信息包 括服务集标识、 验证模式、 加密类型以及安全密钥;
所述无线网络适配器经由电缆连接将所述接入信息传递给第二无线网络 适配器;
所述无线网络适配器经由电缆连接从所述第二无线网络适配器接收应答 消息; 以及
所述无线网络适配器经由无线连接与所述第二无线网络适配器连接。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的自配置方法, 其中, 所述自配置指令是通过用 户将硬件按钮或开关置于触发状态而生成的。
13. 如权利要求 11所述的自配置方法, 其中, 所述自配置指令是通过用 户将所述无线网络适配器上的可设置菜单选项置于触发状态而生成的。
14. 如权利要求 11所述的自配置方法, 还包括:
所述无线网络适配器在完成自配置之后, 指示其自配置完成。
15. 一种无线网络适配器的自配置方法, 包括:
无线网络适配器经由电缆连接从无线网络接入点适配器接收所述无线网 络接入点适配器的接入信息, 并且将所述接入信息存储为设置参数, 所述接 入信息包括服务集标识、 验证模式、 加密类型以及安全密钥;
所述无线网络适配器在接收到所述接入信息的情况下将所述无线网络适 配器配置为操作于客户端模式, 并且在自配置完成后生成应答消息;
所述无线网络适配器利用所述服务集标识以及所述安全密钥连接到所述 无线网络接入点适配器所配置的无线网络接入点; 以及
所述无线网络适配器通过电缆连接向所述无线网络接入点适配器发送应 答消息。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的自配置方法, 还包括:
经由电缆连接将所述接入信息传递给第三无线网络适配器;
经由电缆连接从所述第三无线网络适配器接收所述第三无线网络适配器 的应答消息; 以及
经由电缆连接向所述无线网络接入点适配器转发所述第三无线网络适配 器的应答消息。
17. 如权利要求 15所述的自配置方法, 还包括:
所述无线网络适配器在完成自配置之后, 指示其自配置完成。
