Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : l'équipement utilisateur reçoit un message de configuration spécifique transmis par la station de base, le message de configuration spécifique acheminant une émission spectrale supplémentaire d'au moins une cellule et des informations d'indication concernant au moins une cellule; l'équipement utilisateur détermine une valeur de signalisation de réseau de l'A-MPR pour la cellule correspondante conformément à l'émission spectrale supplémentaire et aux informations d'indication; l'équipement utilisateur met en œuvre l'A-MPR pour la cellule correspondante conformément à la valeur de signalisation du réseau. Le procédé, la station de base et l'équipement utilisateur destinés à l'A-MPR des modes de réalisation de la présente invention font en sorte que l'UE puisse obtenir la valeur de signalisation précise du réseau afin d'effectuer une réduction précise de la puissance, cela permettant de réduire le brouillage d'autres réseaux.
