Description

스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치 및 방법
본 발명은 스마트 디바이스에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
태블릿 PC나 스마트 폰 등과 같은 스마트 디바이스에는 개인 정보나 중요한 컨텐츠들이 저장되어 있어서 잠금 설정 기능이 내장되어 있는 경우가 많다.
이러한 잠금 화면 설정은 특정 패턴의 사용자 터치나 비밀번호 입력 등의 조작에 의해 잠금 설정이 해제되어 홈 화면으로 변경되기도 하며, 별도의 패턴이나 비밀번호 설정없이도 바로 홈화면으로 변경되기도 한다.
이러한 잠금 화면은 개인 정보 보호 기능 외에도 특정 어플리케이션이 실수로 실행되거나 개인 정보가 쉽게 노출되는 것을 방지하는 기능도 있다.
잠금 화면은 주로 사용자의 임의의 터치에 의해서 해제되도록 구성된다. 이러한 잠금 화면은 미리 설정된 배경 화면 이미지 등으로 설정되는 경우가 많다.
종래 잠금 화면은 잠금 기능 외에 별도의 기능은 없는 경우가 대부분이다.
그런데, 평상 시에는 스마트 디바이스가 거의 잠금 상태로 있는 경우가 많은데, 잠금 화면은 시간을 보여주는 정도가 고작이다. 최근에는 배경 화면에 위젯을 설치하여 사용자가 원하는 정보나 컨텐츠를 상시 조회하거나 볼 수 있도록 하는 기능이 애용되고 있는데, 잠금 화면에서는 그러한 기능이 전혀 구현되어 있지 않다.
평상 시 사용자가 사용하지 않는 대부분의 시간에는 오히려 홈 화면의 배경 화면 보다는 잠금 상태의 잠금 화면을 디스플레이하는 시간이 더 많은데도 불구하고, 잠금 화면은 사용자의 요구에 부합되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명의 목적은 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
상술한 본 발명의 목적에 따른 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치는, 스마트 디바이스에서, 잠금 상태에서 미리 설정된 잠금 화면을 터치스크린에 표시하는 잠금 화면 표시 모듈; 소정의 컨텐츠를 저장하는 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈; 상기 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 표시하고, 상기 표시된 팝업 창에 상기 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈에 저장된 컨텐츠를 표시하는 팝업 표시 모듈; 상기 터치스크린을 통한 사용자의 터치에 의해 상기 잠금 상태가 해제되는 횟수를 카운트하는 카운터 모듈; 상기 카운터 모듈에 의해 카운트된 횟수가 미리 설정된 횟수가 되면, 상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 컨텐츠를 변경하여 상기 팝업 창 상에 표시하도록 제어하는 팝업 제어 모듈을 포함하도록 구성된다.

잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치(100)는 잠금 화면 상태에 팝업 창을 띄워 사용자가 원하는 미리 설정된 정보나 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 예를 들면, 단어장/사전 기능이나, 미리 설정된 갤러리의 사진, 명화 또는 미리 저장된 광고 동영상 등이 그 예가 될 수 있다. 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치(100)는 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 띄우고 팝업 창에 이러한 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있다.
잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치(100)는 사용자의 터치에 의한 잠금 해제 횟수를 카운트하여 일정 횟수가 되면 컨텐츠를 순서대로 변경하여 표시하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 팝업창을 직접 터치하는 경우에는 바로바로 컨텐츠가 변경되도록 구성될 수도 있다.
특히, 컨텐츠가 광고 컨텐츠인 경우에는 광고사로부터 요금 할인, 쿠폰 등의 리워드를 제공받도록 구성될 수도 있다.
잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치(100)는 스마트 폰이나 태블릿 PC와 같은 스마트 디바이스에 구현될 수 있다.
이하, 세부적인 구성에 대하여 설명한다.
먼저 잠금 화면 표시 모듈(110)은 잠금 상태에서 미리 설정된 잠금 화면을 터치스크린(200)에 표시하도록 구성된다.
팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈(120)은 소정의 컨텐츠를 저장하도록 구성된다. 여기에서, 컨텐츠는 다양한 카테고리로 미리 설정/저장될 수 있는데, 이러한 카테고리로는 영어 단어, 그림, 사진, 지역 날씨, 광고 동영상 등이 그 예가 될 수 있다. 한편, 잘 외워지지 않는 수학 공식이라든가 법조문 등도 미리 사용자가 설정하여 순서대로 표시될 수 있도록 구성될 수도 있으며, 이에 어떠한 제한은 없다.
팝업 표시 모듈(130)은 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 표시하고, 표시된 팝업 창에 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈(120)에 저장된 컨텐츠를 표시하도록 구성된다. 이러한 팝업 창은 그 크기나 이동 여부 등은 미리 설정될 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
카운터 모듈(140)은 터치스크린(200)을 통한 사용자의 터치에 의해 잠금 상태가 해제되는 횟수를 카운트하도록 구성된다. 카운터 모듈(140)은 예를 들어, 영어 단어라는 컨텐츠가 제공되는 경우, 일정 횟수나 시간 이후 다른 영어 단어로 변경하기 위한 것이다. 하나의 카테고리에서 다양한 컨텐츠를 특정 순서나 임의의 순서로 보여주기 위한 것이다.
팝업 제어 모듈(150)은 카운터 모듈(140)에 의해 카운트된 횟수가 미리 설정된 횟수가 되면, 팝업 표시 모듈(130)이 컨텐츠를 변경하여 팝업 창 상에 표시하도록 제어하는 것으로 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 팝업 제어 모듈(150)은 카운트 횟수에 따라 컨텐츠를 변경/표시하도록 제어한다.
또는 팝업 제어 모듈(150)은 터치스크린(200) 상에 표시되는 팝업 창이 터치되면, 팝업 표시 모듈(130)이 팝업 창에 표시되는 컨텐츠를 변경하여 표시하도록 제어하는 것으로 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 일정 카운트 횟수가 되지 않더라도 사용자가 팝업 창을 직접 터치하면 바로 다음 정보나 컨텐츠로 변경/표시될 수 있다.
한편, 팝업 제어 모듈(150)은 팝업 표시 모듈(130)이 사용자가 기 선택한 카테고리의 컨텐츠를 표시하도록 제어하는 것으로 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 이러한 카테고리가 광고 동영상인 경우에는, 팝업 제어 모듈(150)은 광고사의 서버(미도시)로부터 리워드를 제공받도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 리워드는 통신 요금 할인이나 쿠폰 등이 될 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 잠금 화면 및 홈 화면의 예시도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, (A)는 잠금 화면의 예시이고 (B)는 홈 화면의 예시이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 잠금 화면 상의 팝업 창의 예시도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 잠금 화면 상에서 팝업 창을 통해 영어 단어가 변경되어 제공되는 것을 보여준다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 잠금 화면 상의 팝업 창의 예시도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 잠금 화면 상에서 팝업 창을 통해 명화가 변경되어 제공되는 것을 보여준다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법의 흐름도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 먼저 잠금 화면 표시 모듈(130)이 잠금 상태에서 미리 설정된 잠금 화면을 터치스크린(200)에 표시한다(S101).
다음으로, 팝업 표시 모듈(130)이 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 표시하고, 표시된 팝업 창에 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈(120)에 기 저장된 컨텐츠를 표시한다(S102). 이러한 컨텐츠의 카테고리는 영어 단어, 그림, 사진, 지역 날씨, 광고 동영상이 그 예가 될 수 있다. 팝업 표시 모듈(130)은 사용자가 기 선택한 카테고리의 컨텐츠를 표시하도록 구성될 수 있다.
다음으로, 카운터 모듈(130)이 터치스크린(200)을 통한 사용자의 터치에 의해 잠금 상태가 해제되는 횟수를 카운트한다. 좀 더 구체적으로는, 잠금 해제 터치인지 판단하고(S103a), 잠금 해제 터치가 미리 설정된 횟수가 되는지 판단한다(S104). 미리 설정된 횟수만큼 잠금 해제가 되면, 팝업 표시 모듈(130)이 컨텐츠를 변경하여 팝업 창에 표시한다(S105).
그런데, 잠금 해제 터치가 아닌 경우에는(S103a), 팝업 창 터치인지를 판단한다(S103b). 이때, 팝업 창 터치인 경우에는 팝업 표시 모듈(130)이 컨텐츠를 변경하여 팝업 창에 표시한다(S105).
한편, 팝업 창에 표시된 컨텐츠의 카테고리가 광고 동영상인 경우(S106), 해당 광고사의 서버(미도시)로부터 리워드를 제공받는다(S107).
이상 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명은 스마트폰 기술에 대한 것으로서, 스마트폰에서 기동되는 프로그램의 제작 등 스마트폰 산업에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 스마트 디바이스에서,
    잠금 상태에서 미리 설정된 잠금 화면을 터치스크린에 표시하는 잠금 화면 표시 모듈;
    소정의 컨텐츠를 저장하는 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈;
    상기 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 표시하고, 상기 표시된 팝업 창에 상기 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈에 저장된 컨텐츠를 표시하는 팝업 표시 모듈;
    상기 터치스크린을 통한 사용자의 터치에 의해 상기 잠금 상태가 해제되는 횟수를 카운트하는 카운터 모듈;
    상기 카운터 모듈에 의해 카운트된 횟수가 미리 설정된 횟수가 되면, 상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 컨텐츠를 변경하여 상기 팝업 창 상에 표시하도록 제어하는 팝업 제어 모듈을 포함하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팝업 제어 모듈은,
    상기 터치스크린 상에 표시되는 팝업 창이 터치되면, 상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 팝업 창에 표시되는 컨텐츠를 변경하여 표시하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 팝업 제어 모듈은,
    상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 사용자가 기 선택한 카테고리의 컨텐츠를 표시하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 카테고리는,
    영어 단어, 그림, 사진, 지역 날씨, 광고 동영상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 팝업 제어 모듈은,
    상기 카테고리가 광고 동영상인 경우, 해당 광고사로부터 리워드를 제공받도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 장치.
  6. 잠금 화면 표시 모듈이 잠금 상태에서 미리 설정된 잠금 화면을 터치스크린에 표시하는 단계;
    팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 표시하고, 상기 표시된 팝업 창에 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈에 기 저장된 컨텐츠를 표시하는 단계;
    카운터 모듈이 상기 터치스크린을 통한 사용자의 터치에 의해 상기 잠금 상태가 해제되는 횟수를 카운트하는 단계;
    상기 카운터 모듈에 의해 카운트된 횟수가 미리 설정된 횟수가 되면, 상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 컨텐츠를 변경하여 상기 팝업 창에 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 터치스크린 상에 표시되는 팝업 창이 터치되면, 상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 팝업 창에 표시되는 컨텐츠를 변경하여 표시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 상기 잠금 화면 상에 팝업 창을 표시하고, 상기 표시된 팝업 창에 팝업 컨텐츠 저장 모듈에 기 저장된 컨텐츠를 표시하는 단계는,
    상기 팝업 표시 모듈이 사용자가 기 선택한 카테고리의 컨텐츠를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 카테고리는,
    영어 단어, 그림, 사진, 지역 날씨, 광고 동영상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 카테고리가 광고 동영상인 경우, 상기 사용자가 해당 광고사로부터 리워드를 제공받는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 디바이스의 잠금 화면 팝업 표시 방법.
