通过移动宽带设备发送标识信息给主机,使主机根据标识信息而设置主机 包括的状态标识的取值,不同状态标识的取值对应不同的移动宽带设备与网络 侧的连接状态, 只要状态标识的取值非断开状态对应的标识, 主机向移动宽带 设备查询并获取 IP地址, 只要状态标识的取值是断开状态对应的标识, 主机断 开与网络侧的连接。相比于现有技术, 本发明实施例中无论是移动宽带设备建 立 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接的先后顺序如何或是时间间隔长短,主机在获 取 IPv4地址和 IPv6地址的过程中都不需要网络断开, 不会造成用户数据业务中 断, 并且在主机获取了 IPv4地址和 IPv6地址后, 当移动宽带设备与网络侧之间 的 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接的其中一个 PDP连接断开之后, 主机还可以获 取另一个 PDP连接对应的 IP地址, 并连接到相应的网络, 使得用户可以更有效 地使用可用的网络。 附图说明

实施例三
本发明实施例提供了一种获取互联网协议地址的方法。其中, 主机与移动 宽带设备相连, 移动宽带设备支持 IPv4和 IPv6双栈, 首先移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间不存在 PDP连接,如果移动宽带设备与网络侧先建立 IPv4 PDP连接, 再建立 IPv6 PDP连接,主机可以通过本实施例的方法获取该 IPv4 PDP连接对 应的 IPv4地址和 IPv6 PDP连接对应的 IPv6地址。 参见图 3 , 该方法包括: 301: 移动宽带设备检测与网络侧之间的 PDP连接信息, 如果检测出与网 络侧建立 IPv4 PDP连接且移动宽带设备与网络侧之间不存在 IPv6 PDP连接, 则确定移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状态,获取第一连接状态对应的第 一连接标识。
其中, 移动宽带设备可以是 3G上网卡、 手机等能提供无线连接网络功能 的设备, 本发明在此对移动宽带设备不做具体限定。在 IPv4 PDP连接建立时, 移动宽带设备获取 IPv4 PDP连接对应的 IPv4地址,并存储于移动宽带设备中。 其中, 第一连接状态为移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接, 第一连接标识的大小可以是 1个字节或 2个字节等,第一连接标识的取值可以 为 1或 2等, 在此对第一连接标识的具体大小和具体取值不做限定。
302: 移动宽带设备发送中断上报连接消息给主机, 该中断上报连接消息 携带第一连接状态对应的第一连接标识。
其中,在该中断上报连接消息中增加连接标识字段, 该连接标识字段用于 携带第一连接状态对应的第一连接标识。
其中,主机可以是个人笔记本电脑等可以利用移动宽带设备连接到网络侧 的设备, 在此不对主机做具体限定。
303: 主机接收移动宽带设备发送的中断上报连接消息, 根据该中断上报 连接消息携带的第一连接状态对应的第一连接标识设置主机包括的状态标识 的取值。
具体地, 主机接收移动宽带设备发送的中断上报连接消息,将主机包括的 状态标识的取值设置为该中断上报连接消息携带的第一连接状态对应的第一 连接标识。

304: 主机判断主机包括的状态标识的取值非断开状态对应的标识, 则获 取主机的 IP地址。 其中, 当主机包括的状态标识的取值发生变化时, 主机就对该状态标识的 取值做判断,如果判断出该状态标识的取值非断开状态对应的标识, 则获取主 机的 IP地址, 连接到网路侧; 如果判断出该状态标识的取值是断开状态对应 的标识, 则主机断开与网络侧的连接。

其中, 断开状态对应的标识用于标识移动宽带设备与网络侧处于断开状 态。
在本步骤中, 主机包括的状态标识的取值为第一连接标识,表明移动宽带 设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接, 网卡驱动对该状态标识的取值进行判 断, 并判断出该状态标识的取值非断开状态对应的标识,发送上报连接状态消 息给主机协议栈; 主机协议栈接收网卡驱动发送的上报连接状态消息后, 进行 初始化主机网卡的操作, 然后发送查询命令给移动宽带设备; 移动宽带设备接 收主机协议栈发送的查询命令,获取自身存储的 IPv4 PDP连接对应的 IPv4地 址, 发送查询响应给主机协议栈, 该查询响应携带获取的 IPv4地址; 主机协 议栈接收移动宽带设备发送的查询响应后,获取该查询响应携带的 IPv4地址, 连接到 IPv4网络。 305: 移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接, 如果又检测出与网 络侧建立 IPv6 PDP连接, 则确定移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态, 获取第三连接状态对应的第三连接标识。 其中, 在 IPv6 PDP连接建立时, 移动宽带设备获取 IPv6 PDP连接对应的 IPv6地址, 并存储于移动宽带设备中, 此时移动宽带设备内存储有 IPv4 PDP 连接对应的 IPv4地址和 IPv6 PDP连接对应 IPv6地址。

如果检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间建立 IPv6 PDP连接且所述移 动宽带设备与网络侧之间不存在 IPv4 PDP连接,则确定所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧处于第二连接状态, 获取所述第二连接状态对应的第二连接标识;
如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接后检测出所述移 动宽带设备与网络侧之间建立 IPv6 PDP连接或者所述移动宽带设备与网络侧 之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接后检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间建立 IPv4 PDP连接, 则确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态, 获取所述第 三连接状态对应的第三连接标识。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述如果检测出所述移动宽 带设备与网络侧之间的 PDP连接信息发生变化, 则获取标识信息, 包括:
如果检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在的 PDP连接断开,则获取 断开标识,所述断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间断开的 PDP 连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送所述标识信息给主 机, 包括:
发送中断上报断开消息给主机, 所述中断上报断开消息携带所述断开标 识。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述如果检测出所述移动宽 带设备与网络侧之间存在的 PDP连接断开, 则获取断开标识, 包括:
如果检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在的 IPv4 PDP连接断开,则 获取第一断开标识,所述第一断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之 间的 IPv4 PDP连接断开;
如果检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在的 IPv6 PDP连接断开,则 获取第二断开标识,所述第二断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之 间的 IPv6 PDP连接断开;
如果检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在的 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6
PDP连接同时断开, 则获取第三断开标识, 所述第三断开标识用于标识所移动 宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接同时断开。
8、 一种获取互联网协议地址的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收移动宽带设备发送的标识信息,所述标识信息用于标识所述移动宽带 设备与网络侧之间的数据分组协议 PDP连接信息;
根据所述标识信息设置主机包括的状态标识的取值;
如果所述状态标识的取值非断开状态对应的标识 ,则获取主机的互联网协 议 IP地址。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收移动宽带设备发送 的标识信息, 包括:
接收移动宽带设备发送的中断上报连接消息,所述中断上报连接消息携带 所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态对应的连接标识。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述标识信息设 置主机包括的状态标识的取值, 包括:
将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的 连接状态对应的连接标识。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将主机包括的状态标 识的取值设置为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态对应的连接标识, 包括:
如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态为第一连接状态,所述第 一连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接,则将主机包 括的状态标识的取值设置为所述第一连接状态对应的第一连接标识;
如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态为第二连接状态,所述第 二连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接,则将主机包 括的状态标识的取值设置为所述第二连接状态对应的第二连接标识;
如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态为第三连接状态,所述第 三连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP 连接,则将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述第三连接状态对应的第三连 接标识。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收移动宽带设备发 送的标识信息, 包括:
接收移动宽带设备发送的中断上报断开消息,所述中断上报断开消息携带 断开标识,所述断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间断开的 PDP 连接。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述标识信息设 置主机包括的状态标识的取值, 包括:
根据所述断开标识确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态,将主 机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述连接状态对应的连接标识。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述断开标识为第一 断开标识,所述第一断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接断开,
所述根据所述断开标识确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态, 将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述连接状态对应的连接标识, 包括: 如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第一连接标识,根据所述主机包括的状 态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状态,所述 第一连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接,根据所述 第一断开标识和当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状态, 确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于断开状态,并设置所述主机包括 的状态标识的取值为所述断开状态对应的标识;
如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第三连接标识,根据所述主机包括的状 态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态,所述 第三连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接,根据所述第一断开标识和当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧 处于第三连接状态,确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第二连接状 态, 所述第二连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接, 并设置所述主机包括的状态标识的取值为所述第二连接状态对应的第二连接 标识。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述断开标识为第二 断开标识,所述第二断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv6 PDP连接断开,
所述根据所述断开标识确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态, 将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述连接状态对应的连接标识, 包括: 如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第二连接标识,根据所述主机包括的状 态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第二连接状态,所述 第二连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接,根据所述 第二断开标识和当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第二连接状态, 确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于断开状态,并设置所述主机包括 的状态标识的取值为所述断开状态对应的标识;
如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第三连接标识,根据所述主机包括的状 态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态,所述 第三连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接,根据所述第二断开标识和当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧 处于第三连接状态,确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状 态, 所述第一连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接, 并设置所述主机包括的状态标识的取值为所述第一连接状态对应的第一连接 标识。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述断开标识为第三 断开标识,所述第三断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接同时断开,
所述根据所述断开标识确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态, 将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述连接状态对应的连接标识, 包括: 根据所述第三断开标识,确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于断
17、 一种移动宽带设备, 其特征在于, 所述移动宽带设备包括: 检测模块, 用于检测与网络侧之间的数据分组协议 PDP连接信息; 获取模块,用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间 的 PDP连接信息发生变化, 则获取标识信息, 所述标识信息用于标识所述移动 宽带设备与网络侧之间的 PDP连接信息;
发送模块, 用于发送所述获取模块获取的所述标识信息给主机,使所述主 机根据所述标识信息获取主机的互联网协议 IP地址。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于,
所述获耳 ^莫块,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间建立 PDP连接, 则确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态, 获取所述连接状态对应的连接标识。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送模块, 具体用于发送中断上报连接消息给主机, 所述中断上报连 接消息携带所述获取模块获取的所述连接状态对应的连接标识。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块包 括:
第一获取单元,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间建立 IPv4 PDP连接且所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间不存在 IPv6 PDP连接, 则确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状态, 获取所述第 一连接状态对应的第一连接标识;
第二获取单元,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间建立 IPv6 PDP连接且所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间不存在 IPv4 PDP连接, 则确定所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第二连接状态, 获取所述第 二连接状态对应的第二连接标识;
第三获取单元, 具体用于如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接后所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间建立 IPv6 PDP连接或者所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接后所述检测 模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间建立 IPv4 PDP连接,则确定所述移 动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态,获取所述第三连接状态对应的第三连 接标识。
21、 根据权利要求 17所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于,
所述获耳 ^莫块,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间存在的 PDP连接断开, 则获取断开标识, 所述断开标识用于标识所述 移动宽带设备与网络侧之间断开的 PDP连接。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送模块, 具体用于发送中断上报断开消息给主机, 所述中断上报断 开消息携带所述获取模块获取的所述断开标识。
23、 根据权利要求 21所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块还 包括:
第四获取单元,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间存在的 IPv4 PDP连接断开, 则获取第一断开标识, 所述第一断开标识 用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接断开;
第五获取单元,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间存在的 IPv6 PDP连接断开, 则获取第二断开标识, 所述第二断开标识 用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv6 PDP连接断开;
第六获取单元,具体用于如果所述检测模块检测出所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间存在的 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接同时断开, 则获取第三断开标 识,所述第三断开标识用于标识所移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接 和 IPv6 PDP连接同时断开。
24、 一种主机, 其特征在于, 所述主机包括:
接收模块, 用于接收移动宽带设备发送的标识信息, 所述标识信息用于标 识所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间的数据分组协议 PDP连接信息;
设置模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述标识信息设置主机包括的状 态标识的取值;
获取模块,用于如果所述设置模块设置的所述状态标识的取值非断开状态 对应的标识, 则获取主机的互联网协议 IP地址。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的主机, 其特征在于,
所述接收模块, 具体用于接收移动宽带设备发送的中断上报连接消息, 所 述中断上报连接消息携带所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态对应的 连接标识。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的主机, 其特征在于,
所述设置模块,具体用于将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述移动宽 带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态对应的连接标识。
27、 根据权利要求 26所述的主机, 其特征在于, 所述设置模块包括: 第一设置单元,具体用于如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态 为第一连接状态, 所述第一连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接,则将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述第一连接状态对应 的第一连接标识;
第二设置单元,具体用于如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态 为第二连接状态, 所述第二连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接,则将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述第二连接状态对应 的第二连接标识;
第三设置单元,具体用于如果所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态 为第三连接状态, 所述第三连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接,则将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为所述第 三连接状态对应的第三连接标识。
28、 根据权利要求 24所述的主机, 其特征在于,
所述接收模块, 具体用于接收所述移动宽带设备发送的中断上报断开消 息, 所述中断上报断开消息携带断开标识, 所述断开标识用于标识所述移动宽 带设备与网络侧之间断开的 PDP连接。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的主机, 其特征在于,
所述设置模块,具体用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述断开标识确定所述 移动宽带设备与网络侧处于的连接状态,将主机包括的状态标识的取值设置为 所述连接状态对应的连接标识。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的主机, 其特征在于, 如果所述接收模块接收的 断开标识为第一断开标识,所述第一断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接断开,
所述设置模块还包括:
第四设置单元, 具体用于如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第一连接标 识,根据所述主机包括的状态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络 侧处于第一连接状态,所述第一连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存 在 IPv4 PDP连接,根据所述接收模块接收的第一断开标识和当前时刻之前所述 移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状态,确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与 网络侧处于断开状态,并设置所述主机包括的状态标识的取值为所述断开状态 对应的标识;
第五设置单元, 具体用于如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第三连接标 识,根据所述主机包括的状态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络 侧处于第三连接状态,所述第三连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存 在 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接,根据所述接收模块接收的第一断开标识和当 前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态,确定当前时刻所述 移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第二连接状态,所述第二连接状态为所述移动宽带 设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv6 PDP连接,并设置所述主机包括的状态标识的取值 为所述第二连接状态对应的第二连接标识。
31、 根据权利要求 29所述的主机, 其特征在于, 如果所述接收模块接收的 断开标识为第二断开标识,所述第二断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间的 IPv6 PDP连接断开,
所述设置模块还包括:
第六设置单元, 具体用于如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第二连接标 识,根据所述主机包括的状态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络 侧处于第二连接状态,所述第二连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存 在 IPv6 PDP连接,根据所述接收模块接收的第二断开标识和当前时刻之前所述 移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第二连接状态,确定当前时刻所述移动宽带设备与 网络侧处于断开状态,并设置所述主机包括的状态标识的取值为所述断开状态 对应的标识;
第七设置单元, 具体用于如果主机包括的状态标识的取值为第三连接标 识,根据所述主机包括的状态标识确定当前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络 侧处于第三连接状态,所述第三连接状态为所述移动宽带设备与网络侧之间存 在 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接,根据所述接收模块接收的第二断开标识和当 前时刻之前所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第三连接状态确定当前时刻所述 移动宽带设备与网络侧处于第一连接状态,所述第一连接状态为所述移动宽带 设备与网络侧之间存在 IPv4 PDP连接,并设置所述主机包括的状态标识的取值 为所述第一连接状态对应的第一连接标识。
32、 根据权利要求 29所述的主机, 其特征在于, 如果所述接收模块接收的 断开标识为第三断开标识,所述第三断开标识用于标识所述移动宽带设备与网 络侧之间的 IPv4 PDP连接和 IPv6 PDP连接同时断开, 所述设置模块还包括: 第八设置单元, 具体用于根据所述接收模块接收的第三断开标识,确定当 前时刻所述移动宽带设备与网络侧处于断开状态,并设置主机包括的状态标识 的取值为所述断开状态对应的标识。
33、 一种获取互联网协议地址的系统, 所述系统包括: 如权利要求 17至 23 任一项权利要求所述的移动宽带设备和如权利要求 24至 32任一项权利要求所 述的主机。
34、 一种移动宽带设备, 其特征在于, 所述移动宽带设备包括处理器和存 储器,用于执行权利要求 1至 7中任一项权利要求所述的获取互联网协议地址的 方法。
35、 一种主机, 其特征在于, 所述主机包括处理器和存储器, 用于执行权 利要求 8至 16中任一项权利要求所述的获取互联网协议地址的方法。
