Description

一种在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方法及设备 本申请要求于 2012 年 10 月 19 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210400777.8、 发明名称为 "一种在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方 法及设备"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请 中。 技术领域 本发明涉及无线通信网络, 尤其涉及一种在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝 网信息的方法及设备。
背景技术 第三代合作伙伴计划 ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3GPP )长期 演进(Long Term Evolution, LTE ) 的核心网为演进的分组系统 ( Evolved Packet System, EPS ) 由服务网关 ( Serving Gateway, S-GW )、 分组数据 网络网关( PDN Gateway, P-GW )、归属用户服务器( Home Subscriber Server, HSS )、 3 GPP 认证授权计费服务器 (Authentication , Authorization and Accounting , AAA )、 策略和计费规则功能 ( Policy and Charging Rules Function, PCRF )及其他支撑节点组成。 在 3GPP和无线局域网 (Wireless Local Area Networks , WLAN ) 的融合架构中, 3GPP TS 23.402定义了可信 非 3GPP接入架构和非可信非 3GPP接入架构, 如图 1和图 2所示。 为了使 3GPP网络和 WLAN网络为用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )协同工作, 需要 UE从 WLAN侧获得一些 3GPP网络相关的信息, 也需要 UE从 3GPP 网络侧获得一些 WLAN相关的信息。
现有技术中, 3GPP网络侧定义了可扩展的信息供 UE查询, 但 UE在 WLAN侧却缺乏相应的技术方案实现对所述信息的查询。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方法、 接入设 备和用户设备, 用以实现 UE在 WLAN侧对 3GPP网络侧扩展信息的查询。
第一方面,提供了一种在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方法, 用以 实现 UE在 WLAN侧对 3GPP网络侧扩展信息的查询, 包括: 位于非蜂窝网中 的用户设备 UE向无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧发送第一查询消息, 所述第一 查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 所述 UE接收所述 WLAN接 入网侧发送的第一响应消息, 所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信息。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面, 所述蜂窝网信息预存在 所述 WLAN接入网侧, 或者由所述 WLAN接入网侧从蜂窝网侧获得; 所述 蜂窝网信息包括以下至少之一: 所述蜂窝网小区参数信息、 所述蜂窝网网 络能力信息、 接入网发现和选择功能信息、 接入网分组网络连接列表或所 述蜂窝网资费信息。
在第二种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面, 所述非蜂窝网为无线局 域网 WLAN网络, 所述蜂窝网为第三代合作伙伴计划 3GPP网络, 所述蜂窝 网信息类型用 3GPP协议中定义的信元标识 IEI ID表示。
在第三种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面, 所述第一查询消息中还 携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息。
在第四种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面, 所述位于非蜂窝网中的 UE向 WLAN接入网侧发送第一查询消息之前, 还包括如下步骤: 所述 UE向 所述 WLAN接入网侧发送第二查询消息, 所述第二查询消息用于查询可以 查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 所述 UE接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第二响应 消息, 所述第二响应消息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
在第五种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式, 所述第二查询消息中还携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息。 在第六种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面、 第一方面的第一种到第 五种可能的实现方式中的任一项, 所述第一查询消息、 所述第二查询消息 或所述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container封装。
在第七种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式 或第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式, 所述需要查询的运营商为所述 UE的 归属运营商; 所述需要查询的运营商的身份信息包括: 所述 UE的归属运营 商的公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息或范围 Realm信息。
第二方面, 提供了一种在非蜂窝网络中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方法, 包括: 无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧接收位于非蜂窝网络中的用户设备 UE发 送的第一查询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类 型; 所述 WLAN接入网侧向所述 UE发送第一响应消息, 所述第一响应消息 由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信息。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 结合第二方面, 所述蜂窝网信息预存在 所述 WLAN接入网侧, 或者由所述 WLAN接入网侧从蜂窝网侧获得; 所述 蜂窝网信息包括以下至少之一: 所述蜂窝网小区参数信息、 所述蜂窝网网 络能力信息、 接入网发现和选择功能信息、 接入网分组网络连接列表或所 述蜂窝网资费信息。

在第五种可能的实现方式中, 结合第二方面的第四种可能的实现方式, 所述第二查询消息中还携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息, 所述 WLAN 接入网侧根据所述运营商的身份信息, 向所述 UE发送第二响应消息。
在第六种可能的实现方式中, 结合第二方面、 第二方面第一种到第五 种可能的实现方式中的任一项, 所述第一查询消息、 所述第二查询消息或 所述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container封装。
在第七种可能的实现方式中, 结合第二方面的第三种可能的实现方式 或第二方面的第五种可能的实现方式, 所述需要查询的运营商为所述 UE的 归属运营商; 所述需要查询的运营商的身份信息包括所述 UE的归属运营商 的公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息或范围 Realm信息。
第三方面, 提供了一种用户设备 UE, 所述 UE位于非蜂窝网中, 包括: 第一发送器, 用于向无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧发送第一查询消息, 所述 第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 第二接收器, 用于接 收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第一响应消息, 所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广 义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信息。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 结合第三方面, 所述 UE还包括: 第二发 送器, 用于向所述 WLAN接入网侧发送第二查询消息, 所述第二查询消息 用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 第二接收器, 用于接收所述 WLAN 接入网侧发送的第二响应消息, 所述第二响应消息携带有可以查询的蜂窝 网信息类型。
第四方面, 提供了一种接入设备, 包括: 第一接收器, 用于接收位于 非蜂窝网络中的用户设备 UE发送的第一查询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携 带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 第一发送器, 用于向所述 UE发送第一响 应消息, 所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信息。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 结合第四方面, 所述接入设备还包括: 第二接收器, 用于接收所述 UE发送的第二查询消息, 所述第二查询消息用 于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 第二发送器, 用于向所述 UE发送第二 响应消息, 所述第二响应消息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
本发明通过位于非蜂窝网中的 UE向 WLAN接入网侧发送携带有需要 查询的蜂窝网信息类型的第一查询消息,使得所述 UE可以实现对蜂窝网信 息的扩展查询, 并且通过 UE在发送第一查询消息之前, 向 WLAN接入网 侧发送用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网消息类型的第二查询消息, 从而避免了 UE盲目进行信息查询, 更好的实现 UE对蜂窝网信息的扩展查询。

实施例一:
图 1示出了根据本发明实施例的用于在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信 息的方法的示意性流程图。 如图 1所示, 该方法包括:
S 101: 无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧接收用户设备( User Equipment , UE )发送的第二查询消息;
该 UE位于非蜂窝网中,例如位于 WLAN中,该 WLAN接入网与蜂窝 网相连接 ,例如和 3GPP网络连接, UE可以通过 WLAN接入网接入该 3GPP 网络。 WLAN接入网侧可以包括接入点 AP和 /或接入网查询协议 ( Access Network Query Protocol , 接入网查询协议)服务器。
UE向 WLAN接入网侧发送第二查询消息以查询可以查询的蜂窝网信 息类型, 所述可以查询的蜂窝网信息是指蜂窝网提供查询的蜂窝网信息, 或者蜂窝网侧提供并且 UE有权限获取的蜂窝网信息,例如 3GPP网络侧向 位于 WLAN中的 UE提供的、 可扩展的 3GPP网络信息。 所述蜂窝网信息 预存在所述 WLAN接入网侧, 或者由所述 WLAN接入网侧从蜂窝网侧获 付。
所述蜂窝网信息类型可以用 3GPP协议中定义的信元标识 IEI ID来表 示, IEI ID为对应的信息单元的编号。 所述蜂窝网信息包括但不限于: 所述 蜂窝网小区参数信息、 所述蜂窝网网络能力信息、 接入网发现和选择功能 信息、 接入网分组网络连接列表或所述蜂窝网资费信息。

可选的, 本实施例中的所述第一查询消息、 所述第二查询消息和 /或所 述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container封装。

图 2示出了根据本发明实施例的用于在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信 息的方法的示意性流程图。 如图 2所示, 实施例二与实施例一的步骤大致相 同, 区别在于: 实施例二中, UE通过 WLAN接入网侧和蜂窝网侧进行信息 交互, WLAN接入网侧只起到一个信息透传的作用, 该方法包括:
S201 : WLAN接入网接收用户设备发送的第二查询消息, 并将所述第 二查询消息发送给蜂窝网侧;

可选的,本实施例中可以省略步骤 201和步骤 202,直接执行步骤 203。 S204: WLAN接入网侧接收蜂窝网侧发送的第一响应消息, 并将所述 第一响应消息发送给所述 UE。
所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并 携带有所述蜂窝网信息。
可选的, 本实施例中的所述第一查询消息、 所述第二查询消息和 /或所 述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container封装。
本实施例通过位于非蜂窝网中的 UE 向蜂窝网侧发送携带有需要查询 的蜂窝网信息类型的第一查询消息,使得所述 UE可以实现对蜂窝网信息的 扩展查询,并且通过 UE在发送第一查询消息之前, 向蜂窝网侧发送用于查 询可以查询的蜂窝网消息类型的第二查询消息,从而避免了 UE盲目进行信 息查询, 更好的实现 UE对蜂窝网信息的扩展查询。
实施例三:
图 3 示出了根据本发明实施例的用于在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信 息的方法的示意性流程图。 如图 3 所示, 实施例三与实施例一的步骤大致 相同 , 区别在于: 实施例三中 , UE通过 WLAN接入网侧和蜂窝网侧进行 信息交互, WLAN接入网侧进行路由判断, 将 UE发送给蜂窝网侧的第一 查询消息和第二查询消息中携带的需要查询的运营商的身份信息解析出 来, 然后将剩余的信息发送给蜂窝网侧, 由蜂窝网侧解析剩余的信息, 该 方法包括:
S301 : WLAN接入网侧接收用户设备发送的第二查询消息;
该 UE位于非蜂窝网中,例如位于 WLAN中,该 WLAN接入网与蜂窝 网相连接 ,例如和 3GPP网络连接, UE可以通过 WLAN接入网接入该 3GPP 网络。 WLAN接入网侧可以包括接入点 AP和 /或接入网查询协议 ( Access Network Query Protocol , 接入网查询协议)服务器。

S305: WLAN接入网侧 根据所述第一查询消息中携带的运营商的身份 信息, 将所述第一查询消息发送给蜂窝网侧;
该步骤中, WLAN接入网侧需要先将第一查询消息中携带的运营商的 身份信息解析出来, 然后根据运营商的身份信息将第一查询消息发送给相 应的蜂窝网侧。
S306: WLAN接入网侧接收所述蜂窝网侧发送的第一响应消息, 并根 据运营商的身份信息将所述第一响应消息发送给 UE;
所述第一响应消息中携带有所述蜂窝网信息, 所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有所述蜂窝网信息。
可选的, 本实施例中, 所述第一查询消息、 所述第二查询消息和 /或所 述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container封装。
本实施例通过位于非蜂窝网中的 UE向 WLAN接入网侧发送携带有需 要查询的运营商的身份信息、 需要查询的蜂窝网信息数量和蜂窝网信息类 型的第一查询消息,使得所述 UE可以实现对蜂窝网信息的扩展查询,并且 通过 UE在发送第一查询消息之前, 向 WLAN接入网侧发送用于查询可以 查询的蜂窝网消息类型的第二查询消息, 从而避免了 UE盲目进行信息查 询, 更好的实现 UE对蜂窝网信息的扩展查询。
实施例四
图 4示出了根据本发明实施例的一种用户设备 UE的示意性结构图。如 图 4所示, 该 UE位于非蜂窝网中, 包括:
第一发送器, 用于向 WLAN接入网侧发送第一查询消息, 所述第一查 询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
第二接收器, 用于接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第一响应消息, 所 述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有 所述蜂窝网信息。
可选的, 该 UE还包括:
第二发送器, 用于向所述 WLAN接入网侧发送第二查询消息, 所述第 二查询消息用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
第二接收器, 用于接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第二响应消息, 所 述第二响应消息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
实施例五
图 5示出了根据本发明实施例的一种接入设备的示意性结构图。如图 5 所示, 该接入设备包括:
第一接收器,用于接收位于非蜂窝网络中的用户设备 UE发送的第一查 询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
第一发送器,用于向所述 UE发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有所述蜂窝网信息。
可选的, 所述 WLAN接入网侧还包括: 第二接收器, 用于接收所述 UE发送的第二查询消息, 所述第二查询消息用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信 息类型; 第二发送器, 用于向所述 UE发送第二响应消息, 所述第二响应消 息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到 本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方 案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出 来, 该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬 盘或光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发 明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

权利要求
1、一种在非蜂窝网中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方法,其特征在于, 包括: 位于非蜂窝网中的用户设备 UE向无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧发送第 一查询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 所述 UE接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第一响应消息, 所述第一响 应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信 息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述蜂窝网信息预存在 所述 WLAN接入网侧, 或者由所述 WLAN接入网侧从蜂窝网侧获得; 所述蜂窝网信息包括以下至少之一:
所述蜂窝网小区参数信息、 所述蜂窝网网络能力信息、 接入网发现和 选择功能信息、 接入网分组网络连接列表或所述蜂窝网资费信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述非蜂窝网为无线局 域网 WLAN网络, 所述蜂窝网为第三代合作伙伴计划 3GPP网络, 所述蜂 窝网信息类型用 3GPP协议中定义的信元标识 IEI ID表示。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一查询消息中还 携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述位于非蜂窝网中的 UE向 WLAN接入网侧发送第一查询消息之前, 还包括如下步骤:
所述 UE向所述 WLAN接入网侧发送第二查询消息, 所述第二查询消 息用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
所述 UE接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第二响应消息, 所述第二响 应消息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二查询消息中还 携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一查询 消息、 所述第二查询消息或所述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container封 装。
8、 根据权利要求 4或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述需要查询的运 营商为所述 UE的归属运营商; 所述需要查询的运营商的身份信息包括: 所 述 UE的归属运营商的公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息或范围 Realm信息。
9、 一种在非蜂窝网络中指示查询蜂窝网信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包 括:
无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧接收位于非蜂窝网络中的用户设备 UE发 送的第一查询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类 型;
所述 WLAN接入网侧向所述 UE发送第一响应消息 , 所述第一响应消 息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述蜂窝网信息预存 在所述 WLAN接入网侧, 或者由所述 WLAN接入网侧从蜂窝网侧获得; 所述蜂窝网信息包括以下至少之一:
所述蜂窝网小区参数信息、 所述蜂窝网网络能力信息、 接入网发现和 选择功能信息、 接入网分组网络连接列表或所述蜂窝网资费信息。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述非蜂窝网为无线 局域网 WLAN网络, 所述蜂窝网为第三代合作伙伴计划 3GPP网络, 所述 蜂窝网信息类型用 3GPP协议中定义的信元标识 IEI ID表示。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一查询消息中 还携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息, 所述 WLAN接入网侧根据所述运 营商的身份信息, 向所述 UE发送第一响应消息。
13、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 WLAN接入网侧 接收位于非蜂窝网络中的 UE发送的第一查询消息之前, 还包括如下步骤: 所述 WLAN接入网侧接收所述 UE发送的第二查询消息, 所述第二查 询消息用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
所述 WLAN接入网侧向所述 UE发送第二响应消息 , 所述第二响应消 息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二查询消息中 还携带有需要查询的运营商的身份信息, 所述 WLAN接入网侧根据所述运 营商的身份信息, 向所述 UE发送第二响应消息。
15、 根据权利要求 9-14任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一查 询消息、 所述第二查询消息或所述第二响应消息由 3GPP Generic Container 封装。
16、 根据权利要求 12或 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述需要查询 的运营商为所述 UE的归属运营商;所述需要查询的运营商的身份信息包括 所述 UE的归属运营商的公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息或范围 Realm信息。
17、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 所述 UE位于非蜂窝网中, 包括: 第一发送器, 用于向无线局域网 WLAN接入网侧发送第一查询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
第二接收器, 用于接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第一响应消息, 所 述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有 蜂窝网信息。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述 UE还包括: 第二发送器, 用于向所述 WLAN接入网侧发送第二查询消息, 所述第 二查询消息用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
第二接收器, 用于接收所述 WLAN接入网侧发送的第二响应消息, 所 述第二响应消息携带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
19、 一种接入设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收器,用于接收位于非蜂窝网络中的用户设备 UE发送的第一查 询消息, 所述第一查询消息中携带有需要查询的蜂窝网信息类型; 第一发送器,用于向所述 UE发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息由 3GPP广义载体 3GPP Generic Container封装, 并携带有蜂窝网信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的接入设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入设备还 包括:
第二接收器,用于接收所述 UE发送的第二查询消息,所述第二查询消 息用于查询可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型;
第二发送器,用于向所述 UE发送第二响应消息,所述第二响应消息携 带有可以查询的蜂窝网信息类型。
