Description

窄边框液晶显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 尤其涉及一种窄边框液晶显示装置。 背景技术
液晶显示装置 (LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分 为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组 (backlight module ) 。 液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液 晶分子, 通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向, 将背光模组的 光线折射出来产生画面。
现有的液晶显示装置一般包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于 后壳内的液晶显示模组。 所述液晶显示模组一般通过螺丝从前往后锁合固 定安装于后壳内, 再将前壳卡合安装于后壳上。 请参阅图 1 , 为现有的液 晶显示模组的装配结构示意图, 其外框 100上设有螺丝安装区 300, 该螺 丝安装区 300上设有螺丝孔 500, 螺丝穿过该螺丝孔 500将液晶显示模组 安装于后壳内, 由于螺丝安装区 300 的设置, 前壳需相应设置较宽的边框 以遮挡螺丝安装区 300, 因此液晶显示模组的非显示区域相应增加, 进而 显示区域 700相应减小。 同时, 由于固定方式是螺丝从前往后固定, 相应 的增加了液晶显示装置的厚度。 随着液晶显示装置生产技术不断的发展, 液晶显示装置逐步趋向窄边框及薄型化发展, 而液晶显示模组固定于后壳 的方式很大程度的影响了液晶显示装置边框宽度及整体的厚度。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 其结构简单, 易组 装, 能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且能有效的控制维修 成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后 壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示 模组的相对两侧设有凸起部, 所述后壳上对应该凸起部设有卡合部, 所述 凸起部卡合于所述卡合部内, 进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。
所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。 所述背框包括基板及连接基板的数个第一侧板, 所述凸起部设于相对 两第一侧板一端的外表面上。
所述凸起部包括限位部及由限位部延伸设置的延伸部, 所述限位部的 宽度大于延伸部的宽度。
所述延伸部由限位部自由端的一侧延伸设置, 进而在限位部的另一侧 形成第一卡合槽。
所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板相对两侧的第二、 第三侧板及连接该 底板、 第二、 第三侧板的第四侧板, 所述卡合部分别对应第一^ ^合槽设于 所述第二与第三侧板的自由端, 该卡合部的宽度小于第二与第三侧板的宽 度, 进而形成第二卡合槽。
所述底板、 第二、 第三及第四侧板形成一具有开口的容置槽, 所述液 晶显示模组容置于该容置槽内。
所述前壳包括框体, 及由框体延伸设置的挡板, 所述挡板对应开口设 置, 组装后, 该挡板完全覆盖所述开口。
所述延伸部由限位部自由端的中部延伸设置, 所述卡合部为槽部, 该 延伸部卡合于该卡合部内, 进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。
所述液晶显示模组包括背框、 容置于背框内的液晶显示面板及背光模 组。
本发明还提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设 置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组的相对两侧设 有凸起部, 所述后壳上对应该凸起部设有卡合部, 所述凸起部卡合于所述 卡合部内, 进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板; 其中, 所述背框包括基板及连接基板的数个第一侧板, 所述凸起部设 于相对两第一侧板一端的外表面上;
其中, 所述凸起部包括限位部及由限位部延伸设置的延伸部, 所述限 位部的宽度大于延伸部的宽度;
其中, 所述延伸部由限位部自由端的一侧延伸设置, 进而在限位部的 另一侧形成第一卡合槽;

本发明的有益效果: 本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置, 通过在液晶 显示模组上设置凸起部, 在后壳上设置卡合部, 组装时所述凸起部容置并 卡合于卡合部, 进而将液晶显示模组组装于后壳内, 其结构简单, 易组 装, 能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示 模组进行维修或更换时, 方便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。

请参阅图 2及图 3 , 本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后 壳 2、 与后壳 2配合设置的前壳 4及设于后壳 2 内的液晶显示模组 6, 所 述液晶显示模组 6的两侧设有凸起部 602, 所述后壳 2上对应该两凸起部 602设有卡合部 202 , 所述凸起部 602卡合于所述卡合部 202 内, 进而将 液晶显示模组 6固定于后壳 2 内。 其结构简单, 易组装, 能有效的实现液 晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换 时, 方便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。

所述后壳 2包括底板 22及连接于底板 22相对两侧的第二、 第三侧板 24、 26及连接该底板 22、 第二、 第三侧板 24、 26的第四侧板 28 , 所述卡 合部 202分别对应第一^ ^合槽 608设于所述第二与第三侧板 24、 26的自 由端, 该卡合部 202 的宽度小于第二与第三侧板 24、 26 的宽度, 进而形 成第二卡合槽 248。
所述底板 22、 第二、 第三及第四侧板 24、 26、 28 形成一具有开口 468的容置槽 864, 所述液晶显示模组 6容置于该容置槽 864内。
所述前壳 4 包括框体 42, 及由框 42体延伸设置的挡板 422, 所述挡 板 422对应开口 468设置 , 组装后 , 该挡板 422完全覆盖所述开口 468。
组装时, 所述液晶显示模组 6由开口 468插入容置空间 864内, 所述 延伸部 606 卡合于第二卡合槽 248 内, 并抵靠于第二、 第三侧板 24、 26 的端面上, 卡合部 202卡合于第一^ ^合槽 608内, 并抵靠于限位部 604的 端面上, 然后将前壳 4扣设于后壳 2上, 这时, 挡板 422完全覆盖于开口 468上, 进而将液晶显示模组 6固定于前壳 4与后壳 2之间。
请参阅图 4, 为发明窄边框液晶显示装置的又一较佳实施例的组装结 构右视图, 在本实施例中, 所述延伸部 606,由限位部 604 自由端的中部延 伸设置, 进而形成一 "凸" 字形凸起部 602,, 所述卡合部 202,为槽部, 该 延伸部 606,卡合于该卡合部 202,内, 进而将液晶显示模组 6固定于后壳 2, 内。 本实施例具有与上述实施例相同的技术效果。
综上所述, 本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置, 通过在液晶显示模组 上设置凸起部, 在后壳上设置卡合部, 组装时所述凸起部容置并卡合于卡 合部, 进而将液晶显示模组组装于后壳内, 其结构简单, 易组装, 能有效 的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维 修或更换时, 方便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳 及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组的相对两侧设有凸起 部, 所述后壳上对应该凸起部设有卡合部, 所述凸起部卡合于所述卡合部 内, 进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示 模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背框包括 基板及连接基板的数个第一侧板, 所述凸起部设于相对两第一侧板一端的 外表面上。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸起部包 括限位部及由限位部延伸设置的延伸部, 所述限位部的宽度大于延伸部的 宽度。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述延伸部由 限位部自由端的一侧延伸设置, 进而在限位部的另一侧形成第一^ ^合槽。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后壳包括 底板及连接于底板相对两侧的第二、 第三侧板及连接该底板、 第二、 第三 侧板的第四侧板, 所述卡合部分别对应第一^ ^合槽设于所述第二与第三侧 板的自由端, 该卡合部的宽度小于第二与第三侧板的宽度, 进而形成第二 卡合槽。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述底板、 第 二、 第三及第四侧板形成一具有开口的容置槽, 所述液晶显示模组容置于 该容置槽内。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前壳包括 框体, 及由框体延伸设置的挡板, 所述挡板对应开口设置, 组装后, 该挡 板完全覆盖所述开口。
9、 如权利要求 3 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述延伸部由 限位部自由端的中部延伸设置, 所述卡合部为槽部, 该延伸部卡合于该卡 合部内, 进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示 模组包括背框、 容置于背框内的液晶显示面板及背光模组。
11、 一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳 及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组的相对两侧设有凸起 部, 所述后壳上对应该凸起部设有卡合部, 所述凸起部卡合于所述卡合部 内, 进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板; 其中, 所述背框包括基板及连接基板的数个第一侧板, 所述凸起部设 于相对两第一侧板一端的外表面上;
其中, 所述凸起部包括限位部及由限位部延伸设置的延伸部, 所述限 位部的宽度大于延伸部的宽度;
其中, 所述延伸部由限位部自由端的一侧延伸设置, 进而在限位部的 另一侧形成第一卡合槽;
其中, 所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板相对两侧的第二、 第三侧板及 连接该底板、 第二、 第三侧板的第四侧板, 所述卡合部分别对应第一^ ^合 槽设于所述第二与第三侧板的自由端, 该卡合部的宽度小于第二与第三侧 板的宽度, 进而形成第二卡合槽;
其中, 所述底板、 第二、 第三及第四侧板形成一具有开口的容置槽, 所述液晶显示模组容置于该容置槽内;
其中, 所述前壳包括框体, 及由框体延伸设置的挡板, 所述挡板对应 开口设置, 组装后, 该挡板完全覆盖所述开口;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组包括背框、 容置于背框内的液晶显示面板及 背光模组。
