Description

一种具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于液晶屏生产检测领域,尤其涉及液晶屏的检测设备领域 。
背景技术
液晶显示屏在方方面面的应用给人们带来了方便实用,由于液晶屏本身所具有的特性,液晶显示屏在生产过程中需要必要的检测步骤以保证其合格率,现有技术中对液晶显示屏的检测工作采用插卡模式进行,所谓插卡模式是将检测设备的连接件设计成插槽式的连接槽,将需检测的液晶显示屏的连接电极插入连接槽中,然后通过检测设备对液晶显示屏进行检测,连接槽中设有与液晶显示屏的连接电极相对应的多个连接弹片,显示屏进入连接槽中,所述连接弹片具有向下的压力,迫使连接弹片分别与连接电极的各个电极点紧密连接,检测完毕之后将液晶显示屏从连接槽中取出,此类检测设备的连接槽具有三个缺点:
1液晶显示屏的连接电极受到至少两次连接弹片的磨损,由于连接电极的镀层很薄,在受磨损后容易脱落,检测时没有问题,但拔出连接电极的时候镀层的脱落容易致使显示屏成为一个标注为合格品的问题显示屏;
2检测过程对连接弹片也会构成磨损,连接弹片上的电极涂层也会在长期使用后发生脱落的现象,容易导致检测结果出现错误,另外也容易发生弹片弹力不足,连接出现虚连同样出现检测结果错误;
3连接槽具有多个连接弹片,其生产成本较高,同时又具有上述第2点的问题,在出现了问题后,其更换成本高,整体会提高液晶显示屏的生产成本。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置,旨在解决现有技术中液晶显示屏的连接电极容易受到检测设备的连接槽磨损的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置,包括压板和导电胶棒,所述导电胶棒具有多个可与液晶屏的连接电极分别相对应的导电环,所述压板设于所述导电胶棒的上方,所述导电胶棒的下方设有底座,所述底座具有与所述导电环相对应的底座导电极,所述导电胶棒的两边设有可对液晶屏连接电极限位的限位卡档。
优选地,所述限位卡档上设有可方便液晶屏连接电极置入的导向端。
有益效果
本实用新型所提供的具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置在使用时,将需要检测的液晶屏置于所述导电胶棒上,所述压板置于所述液晶屏的连接电极上方,所述导电环与所述连接电极一一对应,所述导电环与所述底座导电极对应连接,所述底座导电极通过电缆与检测设备连接,所述压板对液晶屏连接电极进行下压,促使所述液晶屏的连接电极与导电环紧密连接充分接触,能够良好的将检测设备的检测信号通过所述导电环输入到液晶屏中从而进行检测,由于导电胶棒的本身物理特性,在受到所述压板的下压力时,所述导电胶棒会发生轻微变形,可保证所述导电环与液晶屏的连接电极紧密连接充分接触,达到了避免液晶屏连接电极被磨损的效果,所述导电胶棒的两边设有的限位卡档,方便置入所述液晶屏的连接电极并对其进行限位。

参照图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置,包括压板2和导电胶棒1,所述导电胶棒1具有多个可与液晶屏3的连接电极31分别相对应的导电环11,所述压板2设于所述导电胶棒1的上方,所述导电胶棒1的下方设有底座5,所述底座5具有与所述导电环11相对应的底座导电极,所述导电胶棒1的两边设有可对液晶屏连接电极31限位的限位卡档12,本实用新型所提供的具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置在使用时,将需要检测的液晶屏3的连接电极31置于所述导电胶棒1上,所述压板2置于所述液晶屏3的连接电极31上方,所述导电环11与所述连接电极31一一对应,所述导电环11与所述底座导电极对应连接,所述底座导电极通过电缆与检测设备连接,所述压板2对液晶屏3的连接电极31进行下压,促使所述液晶屏3的连接电极31与导电环11紧密连接充分接触,能够良好的将检测设备的检测信号通过所述导电环11输入到液晶屏3中从而进行检测,由于导电胶棒1的本身物理特性,在受到所述压板2的下压力时,所述导电胶棒1会发生轻微变形,可保证所述导电环11与液晶屏3的连接电极31紧密连接充分接触,达到了避免液晶屏连接电极31被磨损的效果,所述导电胶棒1的两边设有的限位卡档12,方便置入所述液晶屏3的连接电极31并对其进行限位。
为了方便置入所述液晶屏3的连接电极31,进一步地,在所述限位卡档12上设有可方便液晶屏连接电极31置入的导向端121,具体操作中,由于所述导向端121的扩口在上,容易置入所述连接电极31,对操作起到更方便的作用。

  1. 一种具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置,其特征在于,包括压板和导电胶棒,所述导电胶棒具有多个可与液晶屏的连接电极分别相对应的导电环,所述压板设于所述导电胶棒的上方,所述导电胶棒的下方设有底座,所述底座具有与所述导电环相对应的底座导电极,所述导电胶棒的两边设有可对液晶屏连接电极限位的限位卡档。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有卡档的液晶屏检测连接装置,其特征在于,所述限位卡档上设有可方便液晶屏连接电极置入的导向端。
