Abstract

The invention relates to a mixed portable toilet that is practical, lightweight, strong, convenient and hygienic, which performs multiple functions as part of the complete treatment process for depositing, collecting and recycling organic human waste without requiring the use of potable water in under-developed regions with no water supply or sewage infrastructure. The collection process operates by means of the simple ordered handling of human waste with biodegradable and/or plastic bags that are transported using a simple collection case or container and/or collection dump trucks to the industrial and/or natural recycling site. The natural bulk recycling process uses medium or large well-structured backfill in order to make use of excrement and urine as a fertiliser for orchards, since there is nothing better or more cost effective than the natural brilliance of the roots of trees and other plant species for recycling human and animal urine and excrement and obtaining nutrients therefrom. The industrial recycling process uses processing plants to process solid and liquid organic waste, which, using the methane gas from the excrement, produce electricity and biogas for the community and, in addition, the waste from said excrement and urine is used to produce granular fertilisers for all types of agricultural crops.

DESCRIPCION DE LA INVENCION ARTE PREVIO A LA INVENCION DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION ART PRIOR TO THE INVENTION
At present, in underdeveloped countries where they do not have aqueduct and sewage infrastructure, portable toilets are provided that require water for their operation, for example, GB 324 437, US 4 091 475 US 3 801 991 and US 4 944 048 that reveal systems to pump water. However, these portable toilets are not functional in areas where there is no aqueduct and sewer infrastructure, because they are areas where water is scarce or void. Therefore, there is an urgent need to have an ecological portable toilet that does not need water for its operation and is designed to be environmentally friendly that is capable of preventing the generation of epidemics and diseases in order to make a decent life in hygiene and health in these populations.

FIGURA N° 22 METODO N° 1 - N : UTILIZACIONFIGURES N ° S 14 - 15 For -the-urban-areas-in apartments and ~ houses shr natural earth courtyard, or houses with natural earth courtyard but that users do not want holes or more trees in their yard, then it is placed the portable toilet on top of the base carrier and the method of the common plastic bag derived from petroleum is applied, or the ecological or biodegradable plastic bags derived from the cellulose of corn and other cereals that decompose in less time; However, if the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation wishes, bags 41) can be manufactured for this function, with the measure of the diameter of the cup with the edge and its punches, and the measure of depth of the bag, for greater economy, comfort and hygiene in its handling; as well as to save plastic, since the common medium-sized bags, usually bring the mouth with small dimension and does not reach the diameter of the cup, and the large-sized bags, if they reach the diameter of the cup but towards the rest of the too much plastic bag. Way of Use: The bag is opened well and it is introduced inside the cup, and with the tip of the fingers of the hand it is pressed by the edge and around the bag, towards the punches that are below the edge of the cup , so that the bag is firm and does not fall to the ground with urine and excrement. FIGURES N ° 16 and 17 After lowering the cake of the adults, sit down, do their necessities, clean and throw away the toilet paper inside the bag 41) and carefully remove the punches 13), the bag with the urine , droppings and toilet paper that is of timber origin and of easy and rapid degradation. FIGURES N ° S 18 and 19 and then with one hand grab the tip or mouth of the bag and with the other grab the bag 41) at the level of excrement to get as much air as possible from the bag and then make a tightly tight blind knot ; and then insert the bag so that it is with the knot facing up, inside the container or simple collection bag 42) exclusively for the deposit of plastic or biodegradable bags with excrement or / and urine, with its handle 43) in the lid 44 ) that goes on the top of the suitcase and with a small sheet 45) of snap closure in the upper center, to open and close it, and keep it closed to avoid the corresponding odors, however if the suitcase has odor leaks, It can be accommodated in a place where it does not bother while filling and carrying the dump truck. This suitcase can be simple with a single handle on the top of the lid to transport it, or another extensive handle 46) can be added on the side of the edge of the suitcase and four small wheels or wheel loaders 47) below it, and in this way pull it if the ground is suitable; This suitcase can be made of the same portable, strong and lightweight toilet material. FIGURES N ° S 20 and 21 After filling the single collection bag 42), the user transports it one or several blocks on foot to the route or whereabouts of the collection dump trucks 48) of an official or private company that is at transport service of these bags with urine and feces; These dump trucks will carry the bags directly to the landfill 49) of urine and excrement for natural recycling in bulk or bulk and fertilize tree crops 50), or produce electricity and biogas, from methane gas, for household or industry consumption, in landfills properly structured; or if it is decided to industrially recycle in bulk or bulk, these bags with urine and excrement, then it would be carried in the dump trucks from the house and street, directly to the processing plant to produce electrical energy, biogas and fertilizers. DIRECTA DE LA ORINA Y LOS EXCREMENTOS NATURALESEN MASA O GRANEL. DIRECT FROM THE URINE AND NATURAL EXCREMENTS IN MASS OR BULK.
NO HAY NADA MEJOR NI MAS ECONOMICO QUE LA GENIALIDAD NATURAL DE LAS RAICES DE LOS ARBOLES Y DEMAS ESPECIES VEGETALES PARA RECICLAR Y OBTENER LOS NUTRIENTES DE LA ORINA Y LOS EXCREMENTOS NATURALES, HUMANOS Y ANIMALES. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER OR MORE ECONOMIC THAN THE NATURAL GENIALITY OF THE TREE ROOTS AND OTHER VEGETABLE SPECIES TO RECYCLE AND OBTAIN THE NUTRIENTS OF THE URINE AND THE NATURAL, HUMAN AND ANIMAL EXCREMENTS.
Ver subgrafico 56). The dump truck or dump trucks (depending on the number of inhabitants of the town or city) of the company in charge, will transport these bags with urine and natural excrement to an official or private land, outside and near the town or city, where a backhoe 51 ) is responsible for making an elongated hole 52) 3 or 4 meters wide by 1.50 or 2 meters deep along and up to the limit of the land provided for these landfills 49); dump trucks 48) unload the bags from the beginning of the hole or ditch and along and to the limit of the land provided for this purpose; The level of the bags inside the hole or filling can be between 80 cm or 1.30 meters approximately from the bottom of the hole or trench, upwards, having the rest of the space of the hole and a little above the surface from the hole for filling with soil; hopefully 'and if it is possible to begin to trench the ditch with the first vegetal layer 53) of land of the land and to stop last the second or third inner layer 54); To order these plant layers, the backhoe must first of all take the first and second plant layer aside, which can be 40.50 or more cm thick, and the third layer or the rest of the layer to the bottom of the hollow or ditch, take it to the other side but in isolated piles so that the dump trucks can go back and unload; After unloading the bags to their approximate level of filling of 80 cm or 1.30 m, workers with shovels or a bulldozer 55) are filling the ditch with the first and second vegetal layer and then completing the filling with the third layer that is on the other side of the ditch (or usually this third layer 54) is grainy and yellow or reddish in color). This land recently deposited in the hollow or ditch (if it is only for tree crops) does not flatten or squeeze, it must be left loose so that the methane gas produced by the excrement is filtered through the loose soil and does not go to produce explosion This method of the earth layers is in order that the filling of the ditch is with the minerals that are in the first layers for a better use of the trees, since the minerals are usually in the first and second layers Vegetable of the earth's surface. After finishing the first ditch, the backhoe begins the second ditch in parallel and at a distance of 6.7 or more meters, depending on the tree species to be sown; when the filling or ditch is finished filling with soil, trees can be planted 20 or 30 cm from the edge and towards the center of the trench, and 4.5, 6 or more meters, depending on the tree species, along and to the limit of the filling. See subgraph 56).
FIGURA N° 23 METODO N° l - N : UTILIZACION DIRECTA DE LA ORINA Y LOS EXCREMENTOS NATURALES EN MASA O GRANEL. FIGURE N ° 23 METHOD N ° l - N: DIRECT USE OF THE URINE AND NATURAL EXCREMENTS IN MASS OR BULK. When filling with soil inside the trench begins, tree species can be planted, whether fruit or cocoa, rubber, African oil palm, timber and other species, depending on the climate of the area.
On the back of the first tree line planting 57), the measurements or distances of the second tree line are the same, but with the difference that they are intertwined or zigzag-shaped; the distance between the second and third line of trees 58) or first edge of the second ditch, may be 6.7 or more meters depending on the tree species to be planted. After the sowing of these small trees and during the first months they must be taken care of with small portions of water at the base and around the stem when rains are scarce, and with small portions of fertilizers if the soil is infertile, while the tree grows and the roots reach the wet droppings, to feed on them; Well, so far there is NOTHING BETTER OR MORE ECONOMIC THAN THE NATURAL GENIALITY OF THE TREE ROOTS AND OTHER VEGETABLE SPECIES, TO RECYCLE AND OBTAIN THE NUTRIENTS OF THE URINE AND THE NATURAL, HUMAN AND ANIMAL EXCREMENTS.
These same landfills with tree crops can produce rudimentary electricity and biogas by methane gas, to cook food and other services for the community; flattening and tightening the layers of filler earth, with the same backhoe, or bulldozer, or dump trucks, or with a steamroller or other methods; and placing a small or medium mobile plant on wheels to process the methane gas in energy and biogas, which goes according to the size of these landfills, because when the methane gas of a landfill is finished, the mobile processing plant would have to be mobilized of methane gas, to the following fillings; however, these fillings will be handled by experts in the extraction and processing of methane gas; Nor would there be a need to stop planting the trees, because after the methane gas of the excrement is over, the minerals that can take advantage of the trees for a long time remain; or in these same underdeveloped areas, modern or sophisticated landfills can be made with the direct use of urine and excrement in bags, to produce electricity and biogas for the community or small industry, without the need for tree crops. FIGURE N ° 24 Here we observe the urine collection funnel 83), in urban areas for female urination, and the male as long as the jet is properly aimed at the center of the container, so as not to cause headaches to housewives. Its features are in the form of an inverted cone, with a threaded hole at the end of the bottom or drain 59) to screw the tip of the hose 64) that comes from the hermetic suitcase exclusive for urine 60), this drain 59 carries a small lid 59 - A) around and outside the upper edge of the collecting funnel, four outer flanges 61) protrude downwardly to be inserted into the semi-bolts 62) that go to the top of the inside of the portable toilet bowl to hold the container previously inserted its hole or drain into the side hole of the body of the toilet bowl; The funnel in its inner upper part also has two tabs 63) large and curved down as handles for easy handling.
El aseo con agua se puede hacer, desconectando la manguera del desagüe 64) yThis funnel 83) is for the purpose of channeling the urine and carrying it through hermetic suitcases exclusive to the urine and tank trucks, directly to agricultural areas (applying the method number one of figures N ° 32 and 33) near the cities and towns; or within the city, take it directly (applying method number two of graph n ° 34) to a processing plant and producer of nitrogen fertilizers and drinking water. Water cleaning can be done by disconnecting the drain hose 64) and

(optional) of 15 or 20 cm in height or thickness, with the upper front, longer and wider 65) so that the user can comfortably place their feet; This carrier is intended to facilitate the fall of urine by gravity, from the drain 59) of the funnel, to the hermetic suitcase exclusive to the urine, however if the urine collection funnel 83) is manufactured with less depth so that the drain 59) or siphon is higher in the lateral body of the toilet, there would be no need for this 15 or 20 cm high port, so with the 5) of the 3 or 4 cm high cover it would be sufficient . With the urine collection funnel inside the cup, you can also use the plastic bag for stool deposition.

60) exclusive for urine, such as deposit and transport of urine; can be manufactured from same portable, strong and lightweight toilet material; the measurements (while standing or in its transport position) can be 40 to 50 cm high by 50 or 60 cm long, and between 15 and 20 cm wide or thick; It has the cover 66) that covers a whole side of the suitcase, surrounded by a gasket 67) which, when closed, fits under pressure with the gasket of the lower part or its tank, and aided by two small plates 68) of closure to pressure so that it is tightly closed and the urine and odors are not filtered; at the upper ends of the cover, two holes come out: a large one 69) of 3 or 4 cm in diameter with its screw cap 70) to open when it is necessary to deposit the urine of the sealed suitcase, to the tank truck; This cover of 3 or 4 cm has a small hole 71) of its center 1½ cm in diameter for the connection of the hose 64) that comes from the collecting funnel, this small hole has its small cover 72) for when it is not connected the hose; a very small hole 73) of one or two millimeters in diameter can be added to the lid of 3 or 4 cm in diameter, for the exit of the air when the urine is entering the hose; at the opposite end it has the other small hole 74) of 1 or 1 ½ cm in diameter for another urine inlet hose 75) if it is needed for a small male urinal, this hole also has its small screw cap 76); on each side and towards the center and upper part of the lid of the suitcase between the two holes for the hoses, there are two small semi-bolts 77) that serve to press the two small pressure closing plates 68) that are attached to the upper part of the suitcase; in the upper center of the lid of the suitcase, a tab 78) protrudes to insert a finger and open the lid of the suitcase, only when it is unoccupied or the toilet is going to be cleaned; at the upper central edge of the luggage compartment under the packaging 67), it has a rectangular space, covered by a glass or transparent plastic paste and delineated to serve as a visual meter 79) of about 5 cm in length by 3 cm in width so that the user is observing the level of the filling of the urine in the suitcase, and does not overflow or stay midway in the hose; this meter is in order not to be opening the lid of the suitcase and enduring the strong odors in the tank and overnight in the urine; Below this visual meter and in the center of the lower part or deposit of the suitcase, goes the handle 80) for the elevated transport of this, when the ground is not suitable for rolling, because in the lower part of the suitcase and in its four ends are four small wheels or rollers 81) to roll it pulled from the extensive handle 82) that goes on a side edge of the suitcase and can be transported more comfortably as long as the ground is asphalt or cement, or suitable for roll it
FIGURE N ° 27 Here we look at the collection container or airtight suitcase 60) exclusive for urine with the lid open; the cleaning or hygiene of the suitcase can be done after each filling and emptying, or when circumstances allow due Water scarcity and lack of aqueduct in certain urban and rural areas of the Third World.
FIGURE N ° 28 Here we observe how the urine circulates by gravity, from the collecting funnel 83) through the transparent hose 64), to the hermetic suitcase exclusive for urine 60); if men do not want to urinate sitting, a small male urinal 84) can be added, light and hanging on the wall at the height of the genitals, with a urine collection system; for hygiene, and so that housewives do not have to be cleaning the cake of the sanitary furniture for laziness to lift it, and the edge of the cup and the floor, of male urine, either by the height of the genitals downwards toilet height; or not properly aiming the jet due to lack of concentration or disregard for housewives; but the discomforts of the closing of the urinary opening and the skin that closes the foreskin, which are not the most convenient at the time of starting to urinate, as well as urinary incontinence, which affects many men after 50 years of age; For these reasons this small male urinal, similar to the one that works with drinking water, very popular and known in the world in private establishments with public urinals, may be necessary in the home and made of the same material of the portable toilet, with the same measures of the original; it has a unique drain for the collection of urine, see subgraph 85); It has a tap with its shelf 86) on the side edge of the small urinal, and it is to open only to urinate and keep it closed to avoid the uncomfortable odors of urine; under the urinal and at the bottom of the siphon or drain 85), the hose that goes to the airtight bag for urine collection is connected; before reaching the tip of the hose 64) that connects to the urine collection funnel 83), a small opening and closing key 89) can be installed to open it only when it is urinating, and keep it closed to prevent the passage of smell of urine coming out of the airtight suitcase; The water can be cleaned by disconnecting the hose from the drain 85) and off the small potty from the wall to take it to a water source where it can be washed, whenever users want it.
NATURAL URINE AS A MASS OR BULK NITROGEN FERTILIZER. With these methods of direct application of natural urine, pastures can also be fertilized for livestock, as long as it is applied after the cattle have fully eaten the pasture of the pasture or batch, and have moved it to another batch, See subgraph c). The dose or amount of natural urine per tree or hectare, or square meter or hectare in low-rise crops and pastures, can be stipulated by the collecting and distributing company, or the farmer with fertilizer experience

natural no quema el follaje en las dos o tres aplicaciones que se le pueden hacer al cultivo durante las primeras dos terceras partes del tiempo completo de su desarrollo; y en el pasto mucho menos puede afectarlo. natural does not burn the foliage in the two or three applications that can be made to the crop during the first two thirds of the full time of its development; and in the grass much less can affect it.
Farmers, in exchange for receiving these natural urine to fertilize their crops, could pay a certain amount of money for each cubic meter of urine or the entire quota of the tank truck, to the transport company, to defray their capital goods, maintenance and costs. others, stipulated between the parties or an official identity; how also, if users are not motivated to collect urine in airtight suitcases, the collection and distribution company could incentivize them with a certain amount of money for the complete content of urine for each airtight suitcase; and doing a purity test or PH with some fast and modern method, to the urine content at the time of delivery, in case some users want to encourage corruption, rendering the urine content, with water.

THE URINE IN MASS OR BULK. In urban areas and through the exclusive hermetic suitcase for urine and the collection tank trucks 90), transport it directly to the 95th plant) processing and producing nitrogen fertilizers in concentrated or granulated liquid, and drinking water, which can remain inside or in outside the town or city, for the process of separating liquids from solids, such as water 98%, urea 1%, and the other 1% between chlorides, phosphorus, nitrogen, ammonium, creatinine and uric acid. on the process of industrially transforming urine and excrement into drinking water, energy and fertilizer; but in the case of urine, there could be procedures very similar to those used by desalination plants with seawater, such as reverse osmosis, distillation, freezing or lightning evaporation at certain temperatures.
Although the No. 2 method of industrial recycling in small, medium or large processing plants, is more expensive than the natural method No. 1, it will be useful and profitable, as long as the price of these fertilizers derived from urine and excrement does not be very expensive for farmers in these underdeveloped areas; but it will be useful and profitable in developed countries or regions and areas of technified agriculture, since mtrogena fertilizers ^ s ^ granules ^ derived from petroleum * - are expensive and yet are profitable for these farmers. However, these small, medium and large urine and excrement processing plants would be much less expensive, than very small processing plants inside each toilet; or very small recycling methods for each toilet, with a likelihood of clogging, not easy to handle and uncomfortable due to its permanent bad smell.

B) The first method of direct use in bulk of urine and feces, in

Bulk mass of small, medium and large urine and excrement processing plants would be much less economically expensive than millions of tiny processing plants or very small recycling methods inside, next, behind or below each toilet; as well as uncomfortable due to its manipulation, bad smells and the possibility of diseases or epidemics, since these wastes are exposed when handled in small devices and users do not have enough experience and prudence to handle excrement; as well as the possibility of clogging of certain methods within very small processing plants for each toilet, at times unfortunate for the users.
El primer método de reciclaje natural o utilización directa de la orina y excrementos en rellenos y cultivos agrícolas, podría ser el más adecuado y económico, PUES NO HAY NADA MEJOR, NI MAS ECONOMICO QUE LA GENIALIDAD NATURAL DE LAS RAICES DE LOS ARBOLES Y DEMAS ESPECIES VEGETALES, PARA RECICLAR Y OBTENER LOS NUTRIENTES DE LA ORINA Y LOS EXCREMENTOS NATURALES, HUMANOS Y ANIMALES. The first method of natural recycling or direct use of urine and feces in landfills and agricultural crops, could be the most appropriate and economical, THERE IS NOTHING BETTER, OR MORE ECONOMIC THAN THE NATURAL GENIALITY OF ROOTS OF TREES AND OTHER VEGETABLE SPECIES, TO RECYCLE AND OBTAIN NUTRIENTS FROM THE URINE AND NATURAL, HUMAN AND ANIMAL EXCREMENTS.
Ver figura N° 36 C) Another alternative in the cities and coastal towns of underdeveloped countries or regions where drinking water is scarce and there is no aqueduct and sewage infrastructure, It would be to install fixed toilets like the current ones, but low cost, such as the material of portable toilets, strong and light; with aqueduct pipe, but exclusive for salt water; and its drain or siphon with its pipeline towards a common sewer, which would flow into the sea, as in the coastal cities with its aqueduct and sewer infrastructure (or from the drain and by pipe to the common sewer flowing by gravity to a processing plant of solid and liquid organic waste, installed before the mouth of the sewer common to the river or sea, for processing and production of energy, biogas and fertilizers, as shown in Figure No. 49 of the second project of the mixed home urinal and feminine in public toilets) and make use of seawater, through a suction plant, and pumping this salt water from the shore by small, medium or large pipes that would pass to small pipes, to plastic tanks installed in the high parts of houses and buildings, where it could be used exclusively for the sanitary service of these toilets, and other necessities within the home; as could also be used in certain services for industry and other public and private needs, within urban and rural areas, that do not prevent the use of salinity. See figure N ° 36
As also in these underdeveloped countries or regions with coastal cities and towns, but with aqueduct and sewage infrastructure, seawater could be used for sanitary services, by pumping from the seashore and by exclusive pipeline as an aqueduct for this saline water, and using the current common sewer.
Ver figura N° 37. D) To reduce machinery and fuel costs in the daily pumping of salt water from the seashore, small, medium or large underground pipes can be installed at 1, 2 or more meters deep, depending on low tide, below from sea level, where water would enter and flow by gravity from the seashore, into and below the coastal cities, where in certain strategic points of the city, small or medium-sized pumping plants would be responsible for sucking and distribute it by thin pipe, exclusive for salt water, to plastic tanks installed in the upper parts of houses and buildings, where it could be given exclusive use for the sanitary service of toilets, urinals and other household needs, certain services of the industry and certain public and private needs inside and outside the city, which do not prevent the use of salinity.
