在监测 模块判定所述物体离开所述监测范围之后, 控制模块控制采集模块恢复到之前备份的 位置。 通过本发明提供的技术方案, 智能监控终端在正常情况下受控于监控控制器, 在 突发情况时, 可以独立处理突发事件, 从而解决了当前监控终端存在的弊病, 大大增 强了其监控、 防护、 取证等能力, 最大程度发挥了监控终端能力, 可以保护财产, 实 现价值最大化。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中- 图 1 是本发明实施例中一种智能监控终端的结构示意图; 以及 图 2 是本发明实施例中一种视频监控方法的流程图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描 述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不限定本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本专利提出了一种智能监控终端的方法与系统, 能够以正常、 告警、 防卫等多种 模式进行工作, 在不同情节下, 能够服务于监控控制器和智能独立处理突发事件, 并 为取证提供有力的帮助, 增强其监控能力和价值。 如图 1所示, 本发明实施例涉及一种智能监控终端, 包括: 采集模块, 设置为采集视频数据; 采集模块包括各类摄像头、 图像采集器等; 监测模块, 设置为监测是否有物体进入监测范围, 并将监测结果发送给控制模块; 监测模块包括超声波、 热磁波、 立体成像等多种方式, 可以检测物体的距离、 大小, 以及确定被检测物体的位置; 控制模块, 设置为当监测模块判定没有物体进入监测范围时, 将采集的视频数据 发送给监控控制器, 由监控控制器进行控制; 当监测模块判定有物体进入监测范围时, 控制采集模块对准监测到的物体,采集该物体的视频图像, 并控制告警模块进行告警。 警示模块通常包括任何形式或结构的微型播放设备, 以及警示设备等。 智能监控终端还可以包括: 分析模块, 设置为对所述物体的视频图像进行分析, 判断物体的人形概率是否达 到设定阈值, 并将分析结果发送给控制模块; 当分析模块判定物体的人形概率达到设 定阈值时, 控制模块控制告警模块播放警告音, 进行震慑和提醒; 当分析模块判定物 体的人形概率没有达到设定阈值时, 控制模块控制告警模块播放警示声光, 进行警示 驱赶。 分析模块具有图像分析功能, 以识别图像中物体的形状。 物体的人形概率就是 指图像中物体的形状与人体形状的相识程度; 人形概率阈值可以根据经验、 实验和 / 或仿真来获得。 物理保护模块, 设置在采集模块外, 为双层保护罩; 当分析模块判定物理保护模 块被遮挡 (例如喷涂) 后, 控制模块控制物理保护模块打开双层保护罩外层, 并通知 监控控制器。本模块主要是针对嫌疑分子有可能采用对摄像头(采集模块)进行喷涂、 喷洒粉末物质等方式来造成监测的视频画面模糊, 不能识别嫌疑分子的行为进行设置 的。 防卫模块, 设置为在控制模块的控制下, 对所述物体喷射防卫剌激性物质或跟踪 物质。 防卫模块包括能够在短距离内喷射防卫干粉、 液体等物质的装置。 该模块主要 用于为抓捕嫌疑分子时使用, 喷射的物质可能短时间内降低嫌疑分子的逃跑速度, 给 嫌疑分子造成某种标记, 或者给嫌疑分子带来某种气味, 通过警犬或其它手段来追踪 疑犯。 另外, 控制模块控制采集模块对准监测到的物体之前, 先备份采集模块的位置; 在监测模块判定所述物体离开所述监测范围之后, 控制模块控制采集模块恢复到之前 备份的位置, 智能监控终端恢复为正常的工作状态, 由视频监控控制器进行控制。 另外, 本发明还涉及一种视频监控方法, 包括: a. 在监控场所安装好智能监控终端, 配置基本通讯信息、 可选工作状态、 警告录 音等数据, 保存并启用。 本步骤中, 在正确完成智能终端的安装和连接之后, 首先, 验证通讯是否正常; 然后再配置基本通讯信息、 可选工作状态、 警告录音等数据, 保存并启用。 b. 在正常工作状态下 (没有物体进入预先设定的监测区域), 智能监控终端由监 控控制器进行控制, 正常采集的视频数据传递给监控控制器。 本步骤中, 智能监控终端处于正常工作状态, 采集的视频数据可以直接传递给监 控控制器, 也可以先缓存, 然后再传递给监控控制器。 c 在监测模块检测到物体进入监测范围 (监测区域) 后, 首先分析物体的形状大 小, 当物体的形状大小小于预先设定的形状大小阈值时, 则认为是微小物体, 可以忽 略, 按照正常工作状态进行处理, 转步骤 b; 当物体的形状大小大于等于预先设定的 形状大小阈值时, 转步骤 d。 本步骤中, 监测模块通过监测周边物体的距离及大小进行判定; 监测模块可支持 多路并发监测。 d. 控制模块备份当前摄像头(采集模块) 的位置, 控制摄像头到达指定位置, 对 准检测到的物体, 并通知分析模块进行图像形状分析。 e. 分析模块对摄像头采集的视频图像进行分析, 当分析模块判定物体形状达到设 定阈值时, 则认为是有人进入监测区域, 通知控制模块进入告警状态, 进行智能独立 处理, 进行防范。 由采集模块在采集的实时图像中插入一帧告警图像, 如果当前数据 传输模式为实时上传数据模式, 则不做处理; 如果当前数据传输模式为非实时上传数 据模式, 则优先实时上传当前采集的视频图像数据, 缓存数据继续保留在终端缓存; 控制模块通知告警模块播放警告音, 进行短时间震慑和提醒。 另外, 控制模块将物体 进入监控范围的信息告知监控控制器。 当分析模块判定物体形状没有达到设定阈值时, 则认为是动物 (例如宠物) 进行 监测区域, 控制模块通知告警模块播放警示声光, 进行警示驱赶; 并将物体进入监控 范围的信息告知监控控制器。 当分析模块发现图像突然模糊 (可疑人员对摄像头喷涂颜料或喷洒其它粉末物 质), 则通知控制模块, 由控制模块控制物理保护模块弹开双层防护罩外层, 并通知监 控控制器。 另外, 控制模块还可以控制防卫模块对于检测范围内的物体进行喷射防卫剌激性 物质或可跟踪物质, 自我防护, 以及实现对侵入监测范围内的犯罪分子实施跟踪。 例 如, 控制模块可以在进行告警模块播放语音告警 10秒 (设定时间, 可以为其它时间) 后, 监测模块判定物体还没有离开, 则进行喷射防卫剌激性物质或可跟踪物质; 或者, 分析模块在发现图像突然模糊之后, 由控制模块控制防卫模块进行喷射防卫剌激性物 质或可跟踪物质。 可跟踪物质可以是具有特殊气味的物质, 追踪过程中通过警犬或其 它手段进行追踪。 f. 在监测模块检测物体离开检测范围区域后, 通知控制模块, 由控制模块控制摄 像头恢复备份原始位置, 恢复正常工作状态。 下面以一个智能监控终端特定工作场景为例子, 结合图 2, 对流程处理过程进行 描述。 安装智能监控终端在有效位置, 完成正确工程部署, 然后进行初始配置; 首先, 正确完成智能终端的安装和连接; 其次, 登录管理维护台, 配置基本通讯信息、 可选 工作状态、 警告录音等数据, 保存并启用。 智能监控终端进入正常工作后, 进行视频监控的流程如下: 步骤 101, 智能监控终端的控制模块受控于监控控制器, 实时采集视频数据, 并 传递给监控控制器。 步骤 102, 监测模块判断是否有物体进入监测范围, 如果是, 则转步骤 103, 如果 否, 则转步骤 101。 假设物体 A进入监测区域, 监测模块检测物体 A的大小符合大小 要求, 进入告警模式。 步骤 103, 控制模块备份当前摄像头的位置, 控制摄像头到达指定位置, 对准物 体 A, 进行视频图像采集, 数据传送同时, 通知分析模块进行图像形状分析, 然后转 步骤 104。 步骤 104, 分析模块分析物体的人形概率是否达到设定阈值, 如果是, 则转步骤 106, 如果否, 则转步骤 105。 步骤 105, 物体 A的人形概率没有达到设定阈值, 则认为物体 A是动物, 控制模 块控制告警模块播放警示声光, 进行警示驱赶, 然后转步骤 107。 步骤 106, 物体 A的人形概率达到设定阈值, 则认为物体 A是人, 控制模块通知 告警模块播放警告音, 进行短暂的震慑和提醒, 并向监控控制器传送告警事件, 监控 控制器处理告警, 并通知警务人员巡查;, 然后转步骤 107。 步骤 107, 判断物体 A是否离开监测范围, 如果是, 则转步骤 101, 如果否, 则 转步骤 108。 步骤 108, 当人物 A继续接近摄像头时, 监测模块不断将位置信息通知控制模块, 摄像头跟踪采集物体 A的视频图像, 并在采集的实时图像采集中插入一帧告警图像, 对于后续实时上传数据的模式不做干预处理; 然后判断分析模块判断图像是否突然模 糊, 如果是, 则转步骤 109, 如果否, 则转步骤 110。 步骤 109, 人物 A在近距离的情况下对采集设备进行喷涂和破坏, 分析模块发现 图像突然模糊, 通知控制模块, 控制弹开双层防护罩外层, 并事件通知监控控制器, 转步骤 110。 步骤 110, 智能监控终端进入防卫模式, 防卫模块对于监测范围内的人物 A喷射 防卫剌激性物质和可跟踪物质, 进行自我保护, 转步骤 110。 巡查人员快速到场, 短 时间内, 可根据跟踪物质源快速跟踪到犯罪分子, 并以监控视频进行举证, 最后绳之 以法。 需要说明的是, 步骤 109、 110并非严格的先后顺序, 步骤 109中, 在弹开双层防 护罩外层之前, 也可以进行防卫, 防卫模块对于监测范围内的人物 A喷射防卫剌激性 物质和可跟踪物质, 进行自我保护。 步骤 111, 人物 A离开, 摄像头的位置恢复为备份位置, 在实时图像采集中插入 一帧告警结束图像, 便于监控控制器分析图像时统计。 同时, 智能监控终端恢复正常 工作模式, 转步骤 101。 由上述实施例可以看出,本发明的智能监控终端在正常情况下受控于监控控制器, 在突发情况时, 独立处理突发事件, 解决当前监控终端存在的弊病, 大大增强其监控、 防护、 取证等能力, 最大程度发挥监控终端能力, 保护财产, 价值最大化。 尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员将意识到 各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。 工业实用性 本发明提供的智能监控终端的方法与系统能够以正常、 告警、 防卫等多种模式进 行工作, 在不同情节下, 能够服务于监控控制器和智能独立处理突发事件, 并为取证 提供有力的帮助, 增强其监控能力和价值。

采集模块, 设置为采集视频数据;
监测模块, 设置为监测是否有物体进入监测范围, 并将监测结果发送给控 制模块;
控制模块, 设置为当监测模块判定有物体进入监测范围时, 控制所述采集 模块对准监测到的物体,采集所述物体的视频图像,并控制告警模块进行告警。 、 如权利要求 1所述的智能监控终端, 其中, 所述终端还包括:
分析模块, 设置为对所述物体的视频图像进行分析, 判断物体的人形概率 是否达到设定阈值, 并将分析结果发送给所述控制模块; 当分析模块判定物体 的人形概率达到设定阈值时, 所述控制模块控制所述告警模块播放警告音, 进 行震慑和提醒; 或者, 当所述分析模块判定物体的人形概率没有达到设定阈值 时, 所述控制模块控制所述告警模块播放警示声光, 进行警示驱赶。 、 如权利要求 2所述的智能监控终端, 其中, 所述终端还包括:
