Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) et un procédé de revêtement d'au moins un alésage de cylindre (11) d'un bloc-moteur (12). Le bloc-moteur (2) est monté sur un support (35) de bloc-moteur qui présente un plateau tournant (37) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (D) et un chariot de déplacement (49) monté directement ou indirectement sur le plateau tournant (37). Le chariot de déplacement (49) est mobile perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (D) dans une direction de déplacement (V). Un dispositif d'équilibrage (70) comportant un chariot d'équilibrage (72) sur lequel se trouve un poids d'équilibrage (71) sert à au moins réduire ou à éliminer un balourd du bloc-moteur (12) ou des pièces du support (35) de bloc-moteur tournant avec le bloc-moteur (12) autour de l'axe de rotation (D). A cet effet, le chariot d'équilibrage (72) peut être accouplé en mouvement au chariot de déplacement (49), en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'accouplement (73), et ne possède pas son propre moteur d'entraînement. Le chariot d'équilibrage (72) se déplace en particulier dans la direction de déplacement (D) en sens inverse par rapport au chariot de déplacement (49).
