Abstract

In order to avoid disadvantages of known approaches while maintaining monitored and controlled laying of a pipeline (3) in a borehole (1) and in particular to provide a method and a device for laying a pipeline (3) in a borehole (1), in which large working areas are not necessary either at the starting point or at the end point, in which the number of working steps is reduced compared with the HDD method, and the efficiency of which is improved compared with the MT method, a device for laying a pipeline (3) in a borehole (1) is proposed, having a drill bearing (8), which is couplable to a drill pipe (6) in order to absorb a compressive force acting in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the drill pipe (6) and is connectable to the pipeline (3) in order to transmit the compressive force as a tensile and/or compressive force acting in the longitudinal direction of the pipeline (3), having a drill motor (7), which is angled or anglable with respect to the longitudinal axis of the drill pipe (6), for a drill head (2), said drill motor (7) being provided to drive the drill head (2) independently of a rotation of the drill pipe (6), having a position determining unit (13, 16) for determining and transmitting a rotational position of the angled drill motor (7), and having a control pipe (18), which at least partially encloses the drill motor (7), wherein the drill head (2) extends out of the control pipe (18) in the direction of a working face (19) during operation.
