进一步,所述启动控制器件和续时控制器件能合并成一个同时具有启动 和续时功能的控制器件。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 用一个键实现原有两个键的功能, 使得所述电源开关装置结构更为筒单, 操作方便, 达到筒化的目的。
进一步, 所述控制单元上设置的控制器件包括一个功能控制器件, 其用 于使计时装置停止运行的同时, 保证常闭型继电器始终保持在接通状态。

对于计时装置采用两个或者两个以上单触点计时器串联连接而成的情 形, 所述计时装置中内置有另一个时间长度值 t ' , 用于实现按下续时控制 器件后, 使所述计时装置将按照时间长度 t ' 开始计时。 即, 当用电人在收 到告警信号后按动续时控制器件, 则计时装置中所有的计时器统统归零重新 开始计时, 或者是第一个计时器按照时间长度 t ' 重新开始计时而其它计时 器归零, 并且同时触发告警单元停止发出告警信号并复位。

进一步, 所述告警单元停止发出告警信号的方式包括方式 A、 方式 B或 方式 C:
方式 A, 所述告警单元按照内置程序自行停止发出告警信号; 方式 B, 通过在所述控制单元上设置续时控制器件来实现触发告警单元 停止发出告警信号并复位;
方式 C , 通过常闭型继电器, 在切断电源的同时触发所述告警单元停止 发出告警信号并复位。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:告警单元停止发出告警信号的方式 具有多样性, 可供用电人选择最为合适的方式, 避免了对用电人不必要的干 扰。 进一步, 所述告警单元是一个独立的延时系统, 且所述延时系统不与所 述计时装置相连, 直接与控制单元连接, 手控操纵所述启动控制器件在触发 常闭型继电器接通和计时装置开始计时的同时,还能触发所述延时系统按照 其内置的时间长度值 t 2和 /或若干个时间节点 p2进行计时,与计时装置的差 别在于 t 2的长度比 t小一个 T值, 或者是 p2比 p提前一个 T值。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 将告警单元设计成具有计时功能的 延时系统, 能实现计时, 筒化了电源开关装置的结构。
进一步, 所述常闭型继电器采用具有可移动部件的机械式继电器, 且所 述机械式继电器上能设置一个启动控制器件, 所述可移动部件与启动控制器 件通过固定连接实现联动,保证在手控操纵启动控制器件的同时移动所述可 移动部件使常闭型继电器接通电源。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 采用具有可移动部件的机械式常闭 型继电器更有利于实现彻底断电,且通过与启动控制器件的联动更易实现对 常闭型继电器的接通。
进一步,所述电源开关装置采用一个时间继电器实现所述常闭型继电器 和所述计时装置的功能。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 通过一个时间继电器实现两个部件 的功能, 筒化了电源开关装置的结构, 特别是通过固态继电器的应用, 可以 使得装置的结构得以筒化。
进一步, 所述电源开关装置还包括一个遥控装置, 所述遥控装置包括至 少一个遥控器, 所述每个遥控器包括至少一个续时控制器件。
进一步, 当所述每个遥控器包括至少一个续时控制器件时, 所述控制单 元上省略设置续时控制器件。 这是因为, 所述遥控装置及其上设置的控制器 件能用于实现所述控制单元上的相应控制器件的功能。 在此情况下, 根据遥 控装置及其已有的控制器件实现的功能, 所述控制单元上可以不需要再设置 能实现同样功能的控制器件, 同时可以将遥控器与控制单元设计在同一面板 上。

进一步,所述告警单元能通过发出一个电磁波信号给遥控器的方式发出 报警信号, 且所述遥控器内置有信号接收装置和告警信号发生装置, 用于在 接收到告警单元发出的电磁波信号之后即发出告警信号提醒用电人是否续 时。 所述遥控器发出的告警信号是声音信号、 可见光信号、 振动信号或者三 者的任意组合信号。
进一步, 当所述遥控器内置有信号接收装置和告警信号发生装置时, 所 述告警单元省略内置的声 /光告警装置。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 遥控器通过其内置装置的功能, 接 受告警单元的电磁波信号能发出告警信号, 且其告警信号的类型选择更多, 如同手机的工作模式, 同时能省略原有告警单元内置的声 /光告警装置。 因 此, 其工作模式灵活多样, 并筒化了电源开关装置的结构。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述, 所举实例只用于解释本 发明, 并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图 1所示, 本实施例一所述的一种电源开关装置, 包括控制单元 1、 计时 装置 2、 告警单元 3和常闭型继电器 4 ;
所述控制单元 1 , 其与计时装置 2、 告警单元 3和常闭型继电器 4分别 相连, 且所述控制单元 1上至少设置有两个控制器件, 分别是启动控制器件 11和续时控制器件 12 ,通过手控操纵所述启动控制器件 11能触发常闭型继 电器 4接通, 并同时触发计时装置 2开始计时; 通过手控操纵所述续时控制 器件 12能触发控制计时装置 2动作; 这里, 控制器件能采用按键、 按钮、 旋钮以及其它形式的控制器件。
所述计时装置 2 , 其与告警单元 3和常闭型继电器 4分别相连, 用于触 发告警单元 3发出告警信号, 还用于触发常闭型继电器 4断开; 所述计时装 置 2内置有至少一个特定的时间长度值 t和 /或若干个特定的时间节点 p ,还 内置有一个时间间隔值 T;
所述告警单元 3 , 其与控制单元 1和计时装置 2分别相连, 用于通过内 置的声 /光报警装置来发出告警信号或者停止发出告警信号;
所述常闭型继电器 4 , 其输入端与控制单元 1和计时装置 2分别相连, 其输出端与电源相连, 用于接通或切断电源。
具体地, 手控操纵所述启动控制器件 1 1触发常闭型继电器 4接通, 并 触发计时装置 2开始计时后, 若无人干预, 则计时装置 2运行至预定的时间 长度 t (比如 2个半小时)或预定的时间节点 p (比如晚上十点半) 时, 将 自动触发常闭型继电器 4切断电源。 手控操纵续时控制器件 12能触发计时 装置 2做如下动作: 1 )对于一个内置的时间长度 t , 计时装置 2将归零并重新开始计时, 或 者按照内置的另一个时间长度 t l计时;
2 )对于一个内置的时间节点 p , 则计时装置 2将跳过当前时间节点, 自 动进入针对下一个时间节点 p 1的计时;
3 ) 当计时装置 2运行至距离预定的时间长度 t或预定的时间节点 p的 时间等于或小于时间间隔 T (比如十分钟) 时, 将会触发告警单元 3发出告 警信号, 提醒用电人是否续时。
为实现筒化,所述启动控制器件 11和续时控制器件 12能合并成一个同 时具有启动和续时功能的控制器件。 另外, 所述控制单元 1上设置的控制器 件还包括一个功能控制器件, 其用于使计时装置 2停止运行的同时, 保证常 闭型继电器 4始终保持在接通状态。 同时, 所述控制单元 1上设置的控制器 件还可以是三个调节控制器件,其分别用于调节计时装置 2中的时间长度 t、 时间节点 P和时间间隔 T。
所述计时装置 2能采用一个具有双触点或多触点的计时器,也能采用两 个或者两个以上单触点计时器串联连接而成。 当所述计时装置 2采用两个或 两个以上单触点计时器串连连接而成时, 除最后一个单触点计时器以外的所 有单触点计时器均与告警装置相连,用于同时触发告警单元 3和与其相连的 下一个单触点计时器; 最后一个单触点计时器与常闭型继电器 4相连, 用于 触发常闭型继电器 4断开。
对于计时装置 2采用两个或者两个以上单触点计时器串联连接而成的情 形, 所述计时装置 2中内置有另一个时间长度值 t ' , 用于实现在按下续时 控制器件 12后,使所述计时装置 2将按照时间长度 t ' 开始计时, 即当用电 人在收到告警信号后按动续时控制器件 12 ,计时装置 2中所有的计时器统统 归零重新开始计时, 或者是第一个计时器按照时间长度 t ' 重新开始计时而 其它计时器归零, 并且同时触发告警单元 3停止发出告警信号并复位。 如图 2所示, 为采用了两个单触点计时器的情形。 具体地, 第一个计时 器 2a到达时长 t-T触发第二个计时器 2b ,第二个计时器 2b到达另一个设定 的时间间隔 T ' 时再次触发告警单元 3和下一个单触点计时器, 直至最后一 个计时器触发常闭型继电器 4切断电源。如果用电人在收到告警信号后按动 续时键, 则所有的计时器统统归零重新开始计时, 或者是第一个计时器 2a 按照另一个设定的时间长度 t ' 重新开始计时而其它计时器归零, 并且同时 触发告警单元 3停止发出告警信号并复位。
所述告警单元 3发出的告警信号是声音信号和 /或可见光信号, 且其发 出的告警信号中包括关于距离断电时间的信息, 比如 "5分钟后即将断电" 。
所述告警单元 3停止发出告警信号的方式包括方式 A、方式 B或方式 C: 方式 A, 所述告警单元 3按照内置程序自行停止发出告警信号; 方式 B,通过在所述控制单元 1上设置续时控制器件 12来实现触发告警 单元 3停止发出告警信号并复位;
方式 C , 通过常闭型继电器 4 , 在切断电源的同时触发所述告警单元 3 停止发出告警信号并复位。
另外, 所述告警单元 3可以采用一个独立的延时系统, 且所述延时系统 不与所述计时装置 2相连, 直接与控制单元 1连接, 手控操纵所述启动控制 器件 1 1在触发常闭型继电器 4接通和计时装置 2开始计时的同时,还能触发 所述延时系统按照其内置的时间长度值 t 2和 /或若干个时间节点 p2进行计时, 与计时装置 2的差别在于 t 2的长度比 t小一个 T值, 或者是 p2比 p提前一个 T 值。
所述常闭型继电器 4采用具有可移动部件的机械式继电器,且所述机械 式继电器上能设置一个启动控制器件 11 , 所述可移动部件与启动控制器件 11通过固定连接实现联动, 保证在手控操纵启动控制器件 1 1的同时移动所 述可移动部件使常闭型继电器 4接通电源。 如图 3所示, 所述电源开关装置还包括一个遥控装置, 所述遥控装置包 括至少一个遥控器 5 , 所述每个遥控器 5包括至少一个续时控制器件 12 , 所 述遥控装置用于实现所述控制单元 1上的控制器件的功能,使所述控制单元 1上能省略设置全部或者部分相应的控制器件。 可根据不同情况设置多个遥 控器 5 , 且控制单元 1可以设计成既包括一个与其它部件通过电路相连的控 制面板, 又包括一个或多个遥控器 5的形式, 也可以只保留遥控器 5而将通 过电路相连的控制面板去掉。
对于有遥控装置的情形,所述告警单元 3能通过发出一个电磁波信号给 遥控器 5的方式发出报警信号,且所述遥控器 5内置有信号接收装置和告警 信号发生装置, 用于在接收到告警单元 3发出的电磁波信号之后即发出告警 信号提醒用电人是否续时, 使得所述告警单元 3能省略内置的声 /光告警装 置。
这里, 所述遥控器 5发出的告警信号是声音信号、 可见光信号、 振动信 号或者三者的任意组合信号。
实施例二是一个独立的电源开关, 可以安装在居室或办公室内, 用于控 制用电。 其结构与实施例一类似, 控制单元包含启动控制按钮、 续时控制按 钮、 计时器关闭按钮和时长调节旋钮等四个控制器件, 同时还包括一个遥控 装置。 它的计时装置采用具有多个触点的电子式计时器, 内置的时长 t设定 为 2至 3个小时, 提前发出报警信号的时间设定在 1 0分钟左右。 它的电源 开关采用常闭式继电器, 该继电器的输入端与计时装置相连, 输出端与电源 相连。 按下继电器的启动按钮电源接通同时触发计时器开始计时。 它的告警 单元采用声 /光报警器, 其内置报警程序, 一旦被触发即按照此程序发出报 警信号。 一个报警程序的范例如下:
离电源关闭还有 1 0分钟时发出第一次声 /光报警信号,声音信号中包含 有 "再过 1 0分钟关闭电源" 之类的信息, 告警时间 15秒左右为宜; 离电源关闭还有 5分钟发出第二次声 /光 警信号, 声音信号中包含有 "再过 5分钟关闭电源" 之类的信息, 告警时间 1 5秒左右为宜;
离电源关闭还有 2分钟发出第三次声 /光 警信号, 声音信号中包含有 "再过 2分钟关闭电源" 之类的信息, 告警时间 1 5秒左右为宜;
离电源关闭还有 1分钟开始连续发出声 /光 警信号, 直至电源关闭。 按下续时控制按钮同时触发计时装置和告警装置复位。
实施例三将电源开关装置是作为一个器件安装在空调机或电热毯等功 耗较大或者危险性较大的电器内。 其用作空调机的内置开关时, 可以对空调 机现有的遥控器稍加改进, 增设一个续时控制键即可。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明 的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发 明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电源开关装置,其特征在于,包括控制单元(1)、计时装置(2)、 告警单元(3)和常闭型继电器(4);
所述控制单元(1 ) , 其与计时装置(2 ) 、 告警单元(3)和常闭型继 电器(4 )分别相连, 且所述控制单元上至少设置有两个控制器件, 分别是 启动控制器件(11 )和续时控制器件(12) , 通过手控操纵所述启动控制器 件(11 ) 能触发常闭型继电器(4 )接通, 并同时触发计时装置(2)开始计 时; 通过手控操纵所述续时控制器件(12 )能触发控制计时装置(2)动作; 所述计时装置 (2 ) , 其与告警单元(3)和常闭型继电器(4 )分别相 连, 用于触发告警单元( 3)发出告警信号, 还用于触发常闭型继电器(4) 断开; 所述计时装置 (2) 内置有至少一个特定的时间长度 t和 /或若干个特 定的时间节点 P, 还内置有一个时间间隔 T;
所述告警单元( 3 ) , 其与控制单元( 1 )和计时装置 ( 3 )分别相连, 用于通过内置的声 /光报警装置来发出告警信号或者停止发出告警信号; 所述常闭型继电器( 4 ) , 其输入端与控制单元( 1 )和计时装置( 3 ) 分别相连, 其输出端与电源相连, 用于接通或切断电源。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元 ( 1 )上的设置的控制器件采用按键、 按钮或旋钮的形式。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于: 手控操纵所述 启动控制器件( 11 )触发常闭型继电器( 4 )接通, 并触发计时装置( 2 )开 始计时后, 若无人干预, 则当计时装置(2)运行至预定的时间长度 t或预 定的时间节点 p时, 将自动触发常闭型继电器(4)切断电源;
手控操纵所述续时控制器件( 12 )触发计时装置( 2 )做如下动作: 对于一个内置的时间长度 t, 计时装置(2)将归零并重新开始计时, 或 者按照内置的另一个时间长度 t l计时;
对于一个内置的时间节点 P, 计时装置(2 )将跳过当前时间节点, 自动 进入针对下一个时间节点 pi的计时;
当计时装置( 2 )运行至距离预定的时间长度 t或预定的时间节点 p的 时间等于或小于时间间隔 T时, 将会触发告警单元(3 )发出告警信号, 提 醒用电人是否续时。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述启动控制 器件( 11 )和续时控制器件( 12 )能合并成一个同时具有启动和续时功能的 控制器件。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于: 所述控制单元 ( 1 )上设置的控制器件包括一个功能控制器件, 其用于使计时装置( 2 )停 止运行的同时, 保证常闭型继电器(4 )始终保持在接通状态。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元
( 1 )上设置的控制器件包括三个调节控制器件, 其分别用于调节计时装置 ( 2 ) 中的时间长度 t、 时间节点 p和时间间隔 T。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述计时装置

采用两个或者两个以上单触点计时器时,各个单触点计时器之间串连连 接; 除最后一个单触点计时器以外的所有单触点计时器均与告警装置 (3 ) 相连,每个计时器到达预设的时间长度 t或时间节点 p将会同时触发告警单 元(3 )和与其相连接的下一个单触点计时器; 最后一个单触点计时器与常 闭型继电器(4 )相连, 用于触发常闭型继电器(4 )切断电源。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述告警单元 ( 3 )停止发出告警信号的方式包括以下方式 A、 方式 B或方式 C: 方式 A, 所述告警单元(3)按照内置程序自行停止发出告警信号; 方式 B, 通过在所述控制单元上设置续时控制器件(12)来实现触发告 警单元( 3 )停止发出告警信号并复位;
方式 C, 通过常闭型继电器(4) , 在切断电源的同时触发所述告警单元 ( 3 )停止发出告警信号并复位。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述告警单元 ( 3 )是一个独立的延时系统, 且所述延时系统不与所述计时装置( 2 )相连, 手控操纵所述启动控制器件 (11 )在触发常闭型继电器(4)接通和计时装 置 (2)开始计时的同时, 还能触发所述延时系统按照其内置的时间长度值 12和 /或若干个时间节点 p2进行计时,且 t2的长度比 t小一个 T值或者是 p2比 P提前一个 T值。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述常闭型继 电器(4)采用具有可移动部件的机械式继电器, 且所述机械式继电器上能 设置一个启动控制器件( 11 ) , 所述可移动部件与启动控制器件( 11 )通过 固定连接实现联动, 保证在手控操纵启动控制器件(11 )的同时移动所述可 移动部件使常闭型继电器(4)接通电源。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述电源开关 装置采用一个时间继电器实现所述常闭型继电器(4)和所述计时装置 (2) 的功能。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述电源开关 装置还包括一个遥控装置, 所述遥控装置包括至少一个遥控器(5 ) , 所述 每个遥控器(5 ) 包括至少一个续时控制器件(12) 。
13.根据权利要求 12所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 当所述每个遥 控器( 5 ) 包括至少一个续时控制器件( 12 )时, 所述控制单元( 1 )上省略 设置续时控制器件(12) 。
14.根据权利要求 12或 1 3所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 所述告 警单元( 3 )能通过发出一个电磁波信号给遥控器( 5 )的方式发出报警信号, 且所述遥控器(5 ) 内置有信号接收装置和告警信号发生装置, 用于在接收 到告警单元(3 )发出的电磁波信号之后即发出告警信号提醒用电人是否续 时。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的电源开关装置, 其特征在于, 当所述遥控器 ( 5 ) 内置有信号接收装置和告警信号发生装置时, 所述告警单元( 3 )省略 内置的声 /光告警装置。
