Abstract

Im Rahmen der Erfindung wird ein verbessertes Sicherheitsmeldenetzwerk 1 mit einer Sicherheitssteuerungseinrichtung 13, wobei die Sicherungssteuerungseinrichtung 13 mit einem lokalen Überwachungsnetzwerk 2 verbindbar ist, wobei das lokale Überwachungsnetzwerk 2 mindestens eine Überwachungseinrichtung 7 aufweist, wobei die Sicherheitssteuerungseinrichtung 13 ausgebildet ist, eine Eventmitteilung E auf Basis von Überwachungsdaten der mindestens einen Überwachungseinrichtung von dem lokalen Überwachungsnetzwerk 2 zu empfangen, mit mindestens einer Agenteneinrichtung 19, wobei die Agenteneinrichtung 19 mit der Sicherheitsteuerungseinrichtung 13 datentechnisch verbunden ist und wobei die mindestens eine Agenteneinrichtung 19 zur Bearbeitung der Eventmitteilung E oder eine auf der Eventmitteilung beruhende Alarmmitteilung A mit Benutzerinteraktion und zur Erzeugung einer Alarmnachricht 28 ausgebildet ist, und mit mindestens einer Clienteinrichtung 25 vorgeschlagen, wobei die Clienteinrichtung 25 als ein Mobiltelefon ausgebildet ist, wobei die Agenteneinrichtung 19 ein Anfragemodul 33 aufweist, welches ausgebildet ist, die Alarmnachricht 28 und eine Verifizierungsanfrage V an die Clienteinrichtung 25 zu senden und eine Reaktion der Clienteinrichtung 25 auf die Verifizierungsanfrage V zu empfangen.
