Description
本实用新型属于显示技术领域,特别涉及一种超窄边的显示屏。
目前,在显示技术领域,对于显示屏的超窄边、大面积显示的需求与日俱增,例如,电视墙拼接技术即要求各拼接屏达到超窄边,实现无缝拼接的效果。超窄的边框会使显示区域明显增大,为观看者提供更好的视觉效果。现有技术中的窄边设计依然集中于对边框外形的改造,目前出现的窄边框的宽度依然大于5
mm。由于显示模组边缘的行扫描和列扫描驱动电路的存在,使得显示器的边框难以做得更窄。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种显示屏,旨在克服显示模组边缘的行扫描和列扫描电路对显示屏边框宽度的影响,进一步减小显示屏边框的宽度。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种显示屏,包括显示前板及薄膜晶体管背板,所述薄膜晶体管背板上设有用于驱动所述显示前板的行扫描线、列扫描线和薄膜晶体管阵列,
所述薄膜晶体管背板开设有与所述行扫描线和列扫描线一一对应的导通孔,所述行扫描线和列扫描线通过对应的导通孔引向所述薄膜晶体管背板的背部,并与设置于所述薄膜晶体管背板之背部的扫描驱动模块电连接。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案:
所述导通孔中填充有导电介质,所述行扫描线和列扫描线均与对应的导通孔中的导电介质相连;所述导电介质于所述薄膜晶体管背板的背部同所述扫描驱动模块电连接。
与所述行扫描线和列扫描线相对应的所述导通孔分别位于所述薄膜晶体管背板的边缘处。
与所述行扫描线和列扫描线相对应的所述导通孔位于所述薄膜晶体管背板的中间区域。
本实用新型通过在薄膜晶体管背板上开设导通孔,将行、列扫描线通过导通孔引向显示屏的背部,并在其背部连接扫描驱动模块,避免占用显示屏正面的空间,大幅度的减小了显示屏的边框宽度,实现了显示屏的超窄边。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
以下结合具体实施例对本实用新型的具体实现进行更加详细的描述:
图1示出了本实用新型第一种实施例提供的显示屏的截面图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本实施例相关的部分。
如图1,该显示屏主要包括一显示前板1以及一薄膜晶体管背板2,在薄膜晶体管背板2上设有行扫描线21、列扫描线22和薄膜晶体管23,薄膜晶体管23通过行扫描线21和列扫描线22传送的电信号改变其工作状态,进而对显示前板1的像素11的颜色和亮度等进行调制,以输出图像。
进一步参考图1、2、3,为了实现显示屏的窄边化,本实施例在薄膜晶体管背板2上开设了多个导通孔24,导通孔24与行扫描线21和列扫描线22一一对应,行扫描线21和列扫描线22可通过对应的导通孔24引向薄膜晶体管背板2的背部。另外,显示屏的扫描驱动模块3也设置于薄膜晶体管背板2的背部。将行扫描线21和列扫描线22引向薄膜晶体管背板2的背部后,可以直接在其背部同扫描驱动模块3电连接,具体可以通过导线与扫描驱动模块3电连接。这样,可以避免占用显示屏正面的空间,大幅度的减小了显示屏的边框宽度,实现了显示屏的超窄边。
进一步参考图3、4,与行扫描线21相对应的导通孔(第一导通孔241)和与列扫描线22相对应的导通孔(第二导通孔242)分别位于薄膜晶体管背板2的边缘处。另外,在薄膜晶体管背板2的背部,两个扫描驱动模块3可通过导线4分别与所有的自导通孔24引出的行扫描线21和列扫描线22电连接。
进一步参考图5、6,在第二种优选的实施例中,与第一种实施例不同的是,第一导通孔241和第二导通孔242可位于薄膜晶体管背板2的中央,并且第一导通孔241和第二导通孔242可以呈十字交叉状分布,或者按其他形状分布。并且,该显示屏可以设有四个扫描驱动模块3,而每个扫描驱动模块3可以与1/2数量的行扫描线21或1/2数量的列扫描线22进行电连接,当然还可以按照其他比例连接。这样可以减小用于连接扫描驱动模块3和行扫描线21及列扫描线22的导线4的长度,进而减小了电阻,提高了驱动速度,有利于实现更快的显示。当然,扫描驱动模块3还可以设有更多个,本实施例不必严格限制。
可以理解,以上两个实施例仅公开了两种不同的导通孔24的分布形式,但本实用新型中的导通孔24的分布形式不必严格局限于上述两种,只要在薄膜晶体管背板2上开设导通孔24,将行、列扫描线自导通孔引向薄膜晶体管背板2的背部,并在其背部与扫描驱动模块3相连接,即可实现显示屏的超窄边化,而导通孔24的开设位置及扫描驱动模块3的连接方式等还可以采用其他形式,本实用新型不必严格限制。
进一步的,本实用新型中的行扫描线21和列扫描线22可以通过导电介质5(如导电性较佳的金属)引向薄膜晶体管背板2的背部,即:在导通孔24中填充导电介质,将行扫描线21和列扫描线22与相对应的导通孔24中的导电介质相连,然后,在薄膜晶体管背板2的背部,采用导电胶6(具体可以是各向异性导电胶)将导电介质5和导线4相连,再将导线4与扫描驱动模块3连接起来,从而将行扫描线21和列扫描线22连接到扫描驱动模块3。
进一步的,显示前板1的种类可以有多种,如液晶显示前板,OLED显示前板、电子墨水显示前板等,本实施例不必严格限制。
进一步参考图1、5,该显示屏还可以包括一封装玻璃7,装配于显示前板1的图像输出侧,封装玻璃7可以同显示前板1一同制造,也可以在组装好薄膜晶体管背板2与显示前板1之后再装配封装玻璃7,本实施例不必严格限制。
当然,该显示屏还可以进一步包括其他功能部件,其对实现显示器的窄边化没有影响,本实施例不再赘述。
本实用新型通过在薄膜晶体管背板上开设导通孔,将行、列扫描线通过导通孔引向显示屏的背部,并在其背部连接扫描驱动模块,避免占用显示屏正面的空间,大幅度的减小了显示屏的边框宽度,实现了显示屏的超窄边设计。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
- 一种显示屏,包括显示前板及薄膜晶体管背板,所述薄膜晶体管背板上设有用于驱动所述显示前板的行扫描线、列扫描线和薄膜晶体管阵列,其特征在于,所述薄膜晶体管背板开设有与所述行扫描线和列扫描线一一对应的导通孔,所述行扫描线和列扫描线通过对应的导通孔引向所述薄膜晶体管背板的背部,并与设置于所述薄膜晶体管背板之背部的扫描驱动模块电连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述导通孔中填充有导电介质,所述行扫描线和列扫描线均与对应的导通孔中的导电介质相连;所述导电介质于所述薄膜晶体管背板的背部同所述扫描驱动模块电连接。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的显示屏,其特征在于,与所述行扫描线和列扫描线相对应的所述导通孔分别位于所述薄膜晶体管背板的边缘处。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的显示屏,其特征在于,与所述行扫描线和列扫描线相对应的所述导通孔位于所述薄膜晶体管背板的中间区域。
