在所述可定型管上设有用于调节出水量的调节阀。 所述调节阀可以采用现有 的针形阀。 可以很好地控制水压和出水量, 以避免水喷溅到衣物上。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式, 所述调节阀位于所述可定型管与所述锥形 接头的连接部位, 所述调节阀由两个具有出水孔且相贴合的内、 外阀片组成, 所 述内阀片适配安装在所述可定型管的出水端, 所述外阀片适配安装在所述锥形接 头的大端内, 所述锥形接头与所述可定型管螺纹连接, 旋动锥形接头以带动外阀 片转动使内、 外阀片上的出水孔相对连通或者错开闭合实现出水量的大小调节。
作为本发明推荐的方式, 所述连接套采用铜材料制成; 所述胶圈采用发泡橡 胶制成; 所述胶圈的顶端具有沿圆周设置的环形凸缘。
为了便于安装, 本发明所述夹紧套呈手轮状; 在所述可定型管的出水端连接 有淋浴头。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下显著的效果:
(1)本发明的可定型管能够任意弯曲定位以实现不同角度的调节, 因此能够根 据使用者的需要对出水方向进行调整, 当采用不同长度的可定型管时, 本发明的 高度可在较大范围内调整, 从本发明流出的水能够直接喷洒至脸部, 不但节约了 水资源, 而且提高了洗脸效率, 同时也不会溅湿衣物。
(2)本发明可用于集中清洁脸部, 清洗效果好, 女士卸妆时, 采用本发明清洁 脸部, 很容易清洗干净, 有利于身体健康; 适当增长可定型管的长度, 使得本发 明也可以适用于淋浴、 养殖等其它用途。
(3)通过可拆卸式连接可将本发明方便地安装在现有各种型号的水龙头上,特别 是可以方便快捷地安装在现有家庭用洗脸池上方的水龙头上。
(4)本发明的结构简单、 连接密封性好、 外形小巧、 便于外出携带。 (5)调节阀可以很好地控制水压和出水量, 以避免水喷溅到衣物上。
(6)过滤器可以有效地去除水中的杂质, 保证洗脸用水更为干净, 同时过滤器 方便拆装, 以便清洗和更换。 附图说明

实施例 1
如图 1~10所示, 是本发明一种可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 包 括用于接通水源的转接头和可任意弯曲定位的可定型管 1,可定型管 1具有进水端 与出水端, 进水端与转接头的一端连接固定, 转接头的另一端与水源接口为可拆 卸式连接, 转接头内具有流道 70, 流道 70和可定型管 1内相通; 调节可定型管的 弯曲方向使出水方向变换以配合清洁脸孔。 在本实施例中, 水源接口是现有家庭 洗脸用的水龙头。
转接头主要由筒形的固定座与胶圈 2组成, 胶圈 2采用发泡橡胶制成, 固定 座的通孔由上大下小的两段同心异径孔组成, 在上段孔与下段孔的变径部位形成 限位台阶 3, 胶圈 2适配紧密安装在上段孔中, 胶圈 2的底端顶触在限位台阶 3上 且其顶端伸出上段孔以使水龙头紧密插装在胶圈内实现可拆卸式连接; 下段孔的 孔壁上设有用于与可定型管的进水端连接的连接结构。 胶圈 2 的顶端具有沿圆周 设置的环形凸缘 26, 当安装在水龙头上时, 由于受到水龙头向下作用力, 胶圈向 固定座内收縮直至凸缘 26卡于固定座的上段孔孔缘上,从而对胶圈起到限位作用, 同时具有较好的密封性。
在本实施例中, 固定座包括夹紧套 4、 连接套 5与夹紧瓣 6, 夹紧套 4呈手轮 状, 连接套 5采用铜材料制成, 连接套 5的通孔由上大下小的两段同心异径孔组 成, 连接套 5通孔的变径部位即为限位台阶 3, 连接套 5的上部螺纹连接在夹紧套 4通孔的下部中 (图中未画出螺纹连接); 胶圈 2与夹紧套 4上部之间具有环形空 隙, 夹紧瓣 6为弧形条状体, 3个夹紧瓣 6设置在环形空隙中并沿圆周排列, 夹紧 瓣 6的内凹面面向胶圈 2以便箍紧胶圈 2将其紧压水龙头上。
连接套 5外壁上部圆周设有凸缘 51, 夹紧套 4的下端位于凸缘 51上; 连接结 构采用螺纹连接结构 30, 包括设置在连接套 5下段孔孔壁下部的内螺纹与设于可 定型管 1进水端的外螺纹, 内、 外螺纹相适配。
在连接套 5的下段孔中增设有过滤器 7,过滤器 Ί位于可定型管 1进水端的上 方,过滤器 7具有筒形外壳 72与过滤网 71,过滤网 71设置在外壳 72的下端口上, 沿连接套 5 下段孔孔壁圆周开设有环形卡槽, 卡槽与外壳相适应, 外壳卡合在卡 槽内实现过滤器的可拆卸安装。 过滤器可以有效地去除水中的杂质, 保证洗脸用 水更为干净, 同时过滤器方便拆装, 以便清洗和更换。
在可定型管 1的出水端增设有锥形接头 11, 锥形接头 11与可定型管 1连通, 锥形接头 11的大端与可定型管 1的出水端连接,锥形接头 11的小端为出水口。在 可定型管 1与锥形接头 11 的连接部位设有调节阀, 调节阀由两个具有出水孔 15 且相贴合的内阀片 12、 外阀片 13组成, 内阀片 12适配安装在可定型管 1的出水 端, 外阀片 13适配安装在锥形接头 11的大端内, 锥形接头 11与可定型管 1螺纹 连接, 旋动锥形接头以带动外阀片转动使内、 外阀片上的出水孔相对连通或者错 开闭合实现出水量的大小调节。
在其它实施例中, 在可定型管 1的出水端连接淋浴头 20 (参见图 10) 作为淋 浴用, 可通过转接件实现锥形接头 11与出水端的连接。
实施例 2
本实施例与实施例 1 的不同之处在于: 固定座包括夹紧套与连接套, 连接套 的通孔由上大下小的两段同心异径孔组成, 连接套通孔的变径部位为限位台阶, 连接套的上部固定在夹紧套的通孔内, 胶圈适配安装在连接套的上段孔中。
实施例 3 如图 11所示, 本实施例与实施例 1的不同之处在于: 固定座包括夹紧套与连 接套 60, 连接套 60为中空的锥台体, 连接套 60的通孔由上大下小的两段同心异 径孔组成, 连接套通孔的变径部位为限位台阶, 夹紧套的通孔孔壁是与连接套外 壁上部相适配锥形面, 连接套的上部螺纹连接在夹紧套的通孔中, 沿连接套的侧 壁轴向开有一断口而形成内侧边 61与外侧边 62,内侧边 61与外侧边 62重合使得 外侧边 62位于内侧边 61 的外围, 胶圈适配安装在连接套的上段孔中, 通过旋动 夹紧套将连接套收紧以使胶圈紧箍在水龙头上, 本实施例的连接密封性更好。
本发明的实施方式不限于此,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术 知识和惯用手段, 在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下, 本发明的调节阀还 可以采用针形阀等现有的微型调节阀; 可根据具体实际情况设定夹紧瓣的数量; 另外, 连接套与可定型管、 连接套与夹紧套之间的连接结构也可以采用卡合连接 结构; 可定型管的长度可进行适当调节以适应不同场合; 而转接头也具有其它实 施方式能够实现本发明与水龙头的快速安装; 因此本发明还可以做出其它多种形 式的修改、 替换或变更, 均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征在于: 包括用于接 通水源的转接头和可任意弯曲定位的可定型管, 所述可定型管具有进水端与出水 端, 所述进水端与转接头的一端连接固定, 所述转接头的另一端与水源接口为可 拆卸式连接, 所述转接头内具有流道, 所述流道和可定型管内相通; 调节可定型 管的弯曲方向使出水方向变换以配合清洁脸孔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 所述转接头主要由筒形的固定座与胶圈组成, 所述固定座的通孔由上大下 小的两段同心异径孔组成, 在上段孔与下段孔的变径部位形成限位台阶, 所述胶 圈适配紧密安装在上段孔中, 所述胶圈的底端顶触在所述限位台阶上且其顶端伸 出上段孔以使水源接口紧密插装在胶圈内实现可拆卸式连接; 所述下段孔的孔壁 上设有用于与可定型管的进水端连接的连接结构。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 所述固定座包括夹紧套与连接套, 所述连接套的通孔由上大下小的两段同 心异径孔组成, 所述连接套通孔的变径部位即为所述限位台阶, 所述连接套的上 部固定在所述夹紧套的通孔中, 所述胶圈适配安装在所述连接套的上段孔中。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 所述固定座包括夹紧套与连接套, 其中, 所述连接套为中空的锥台体, 所 述连接套的通孔由上大下小的两段同心异径孔组成, 所述连接套通孔的变径部位 即为所述限位台阶, 所述夹紧套的通孔孔壁是与所述连接套外壁上部相适配的锥 形面, 所述连接套的上部螺纹连接在所述夹紧套的通孔中; 沿所述连接套的侧壁 纵向开有一断口而形成内侧边与外侧边, 所述内侧边与外侧边重合使得外侧边位 于内侧边的外围, 所述胶圈适配安装在所述连接套的上段孔中通过旋动夹紧套而 将连接套收紧以使胶圈紧箍在水源接口上。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 所述的固定座包括夹紧套、 连接套与夹紧瓣, 所述连接套的通孔由上大下 小的两段同心异径孔组成, 所述连接套通孔的变径部位即为所述限位台阶, 所述 连接套的上部固定在所述夹紧套通孔的下部中, 所述胶圈的底端顶触在所述限位 台阶上; 所述胶圈与所述夹紧套上部之间具有环形空隙; 所述夹紧瓣为弧形条状 体, 数个夹紧瓣设置在所述环形空隙中并沿圆周排列, 所述夹紧瓣的内凹面面向 所述胶圈以便箍紧胶圈将其紧压在水源接头上。
6、 根据权利要求 3-5任一所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征在于: 在所述连接套的下段孔中增设有过滤器, 所述过滤器位于所述可定 型管进水端的上方, 所述过滤器具有筒形外壳与过滤网, 所述过滤网设置在所述 外壳的上端口和 /或下端口上, 沿所述连接套下段孔孔壁圆周开设有环形卡槽, 所 述卡槽与所述外壳相适应, 所述外壳卡合在所述卡槽内实现过滤器的可拆卸安装。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 在所述可定型管的出水端增设有锥形接头, 所述锥形接头与所述可定型管 连通, 所述锥形接头的大端与所述可定型管的出水端连接, 所述锥形接头的小端 为出水口。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 在所述可定型管上设有用于调节出水量的调节阀, 所述调节阀位于所述可 定型管与所述锥形接头的连接部位, 所述调节阀由两个具有出水孔且相贴合的内、 外阀片组成, 所述内阀片适配安装在所述可定型管的出水端, 所述外阀片适配安 装在所述锥形接头的大端内, 所述锥形接头与所述可定型管螺纹连接, 旋动锥形 接头以带动外阀片转动使内、 外阀片上的出水孔相对连通或者错开闭合实现出水 量的大小调节。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特征 在于: 所述连接套采用铜材料制成; 所述胶圈采用发泡橡胶制成; 所述胶圈的顶 端具有沿圆周设置的环形凸缘。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的可自由调节出水方向的节能型洗脸水龙头, 其特 征在于: 所述夹紧套呈手轮状; 在所述可定型管的出水端连接有淋浴头。
