【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示装置制造领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种玻璃基板搬运 合。
【背景技术】
液晶显示面板制造技术日益成熟, 随着液晶显示面板分辨率越来越高, 空 气中的灰尘颗粒(particle )会影响到液晶显示面板的整体质量, 因而对液晶玻 璃基板的洁净度要求也越来越高。
现有技术中液晶玻璃基板一般都是存储在搬运架上, 以便于搬运和存储, 搬运架是开放式结构, 处于非密封状态, 环境中的灰尘容易落在液晶玻璃基板 上, 所以在液晶玻璃基板制作的每道工序前都有清洁步骤, 这样对清洗设备的 负担大, 当清洗设备不能清除所有灰尘时, 就有可能产生短路、 断路和膜面异 常等不良状况。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防尘的玻璃基板搬运盒。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种玻璃基板搬运盒, 包括 框架, 所述般运盒除底面以外的五个侧侧面设置有用于遮盖该侧面的防尘板, 所述框架上设置有防尘板的侧面的四个边缘上都设置磁性件或导磁件, 所述防 尘板上也对应设置有导磁件或磁性件, 所述防尘板通过磁性件与导磁件之间的 磁力固定到所述框架上并可拆卸下来; 所述框架上还设置有用于包裹所述磁性 件或导磁件的防尘材料, 所述防尘板上也设置有用于包裹导磁件或磁性件的防 尘材料。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种玻璃基板搬运盒, 包括框架, 所述般运盒的各个侧面中至少一个侧面设置有用于遮盖该侧面的防 尘板, 所述防尘板可拆卸的设置在所述框架上。
优选的, 所述搬运盒除底面以外的五个侧面上皆设置有防尘板。 使得搬运 盒与外部环境直接接触的五个侧面得到防尘板的遮盖, 避免外部环境中的灰尘 进入搬运盒内。
优选的, 所述框架上设置有磁性件或导磁件, 所述防尘板上也对应设置有 导磁件或磁性件, 所述防尘板通过磁性件与导磁件之间的磁力固定到所述框架 上。 利用磁性件之间或磁性件与导磁件直径的磁力固定到框架上, 使得防尘板 的安装和拆卸都比较方便。
优选的, 所述框架上设置有用于包裹所述磁性件或导磁件的防尘材料, 所 述防尘板上也设置有用于包裹导磁件或磁性件的防尘材料。 用防尘材料包裹磁 性件, 避免框架及防尘板上的磁性件发尘。
优选的, 所述防尘板的四个边缘都设置有所述磁性件或导磁件, 所述框架 上对应于防尘板的四个边缘位置处也设置有所述导磁件或磁性件。 这样设置使 得防尘板与框架之间的密封性较好, 可更好的避免灰尘进入搬运盒内部。
优选的, 所述搬运盒上设置有用于插放所述防尘板的插槽。 利用插槽方便 将防尘板安装到框架上, 同时拆卸也比较方便。
一种玻璃基板搬运盒, 包括框架, 所述搬运盒的各个侧面上至少一个侧面 设置有用于遮盖该侧面的防尘帘, 所述防尘板可拆卸的设置在所述框架上。
优选的, 所述般运盒除底面以外的五个侧面上皆设置有防尘帘。
优选的, 所述防尘帘的四个边缘都设置有磁性件或导磁件, 所述框架上对 应于防尘板的四个边缘位置处也设置有导磁件或磁性件, 所述防尘帘通过磁性 件与导磁件之间的磁力固定到所述框架上。
优选的, 框架上设置有用于包裹所述磁性件或导磁件的防尘材料, 所述防 尘帘上也设置有用于包裹导磁件或磁性件的防尘材料。
本发明由于在玻璃基板搬运盒的侧面上设置用于遮盖该侧面的防尘板或防 尘帘, 使得玻璃基板在搬运或存储过程中都得到保护, 从而避免灰尘由搬运盒 的侧面进入框架内污染玻璃基板, 提高了玻璃基板的洁净度, 同时, 减低清洗 设备的负担, 一定程度上减少清洗不干净的情况, 使得液晶显示装置在制造进 程中的良品率得以提高。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
如图 1 所示为本发明所述的玻璃基板搬运盒及其组件, 搬运盒为长方体结 构, 其包括: 框架 10, 以及设置在框架 10上的用于遮盖框架 10的侧面的防尘 板 20。 如图 2-4所示, 框架 10分别设置有一个第一防尘板 21、 两个第二防尘板 22、 两个第三防尘板 23; 防尘板用于遮盖框架 10 的侧面, 避免灰尘进入框架 10内污染玻璃基板。 第一防尘板 21设置在框架 10的第一侧面上, 而两个第二 防尘板 22分别设置在框架 10的两个相对的第二侧面上, 两个第三防尘板 23分 别设置在框架 10的两个相对的第三侧面上, 框架 10上没有设置防尘板的一个 侧面为搬运盒的底面, 也就是说, 框架 10除底面外的五个侧面设置了防尘板。 第一防尘板 21、 第二防尘板 22以及第三防尘板 23可拆卸的设置在所述框架 10 上, 这样, 当装载完玻璃基板后, 即可将防尘板安装到框架 10上, 以封闭其与 外部直接接触的侧面。 本实施例中, 使用了 5 个防尘板进行防护灰尘进入搬运 盒内, 使得搬运盒与外部环境直接接触的五个侧面得到防尘板的遮盖, 避免外 部环境中的灰尘进入搬运盒内。 当然, 若处于堆放状态的搬运盒, 由于其多个 侧面可能被其它搬运盒遮盖, 则可以不需要设置防尘板。
本实施例中, 如图 1所示, 框架 10上设置有磁性件 6, 磁性件 6可以是磁 铁或磁钢, 也可以是软性齿条。 如图 2-4所示, 第一防尘板 21及其它防尘板上 也设置有磁性件 6或是导磁件, 防尘板利用磁性件 6之间的磁力或是磁性件对 导磁件的吸力固定到框架上, 这样, 当装载完玻璃基板后, 防尘板可以通过磁 性件 6直接安装到框架 10上, 而需要卸载时, 直接手动取下防尘板即可, 安装 和拆卸都比较方便, 快捷。 以第一防尘板 21为例, 其边缘处设置了连续的磁性 件 6, 对应的, 框架 10上也设置有连续的磁性件 6与第一防尘板 21相吸, 使得 防尘板 21与框架 10之间的密封性较好。
由于磁性件 6具有磁性, 容易时灰尘吸附在其表面上而不易掉落, 为了确 保磁性件 6的洁净避免其发尘, 本实施例在框架 10及防尘板上的磁性件 6上分 别设置了用于包裹磁性件 6的防尘材料, 其可以是树脂薄膜或其他材料。
实施例二
如图 5及图 6所示为另一种玻璃基板搬运盒的结构, 其与实施例一不同之 处在于防尘板 20与框架 10之间的固定是通过在框架 10上设置插槽 7实现的, 防尘板 20插入插槽 7内实现固定到框架 10上。 本实施例以搬运盒的一个侧面 为示例, 当然, 最好是在搬运盒的其它四个侧面上也设置插槽及防尘板。
实施例三
如图 7及图 8所示, 本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于框架 10的侧面使用 防尘帘 30进行遮盖。 般运盒的除底面外的五个侧面上均设置有防尘帘 30, 防尘 帘 30由柔性的材料制成, 如塑料膜等, 其存放方便, 制作成本低廉。 防尘帘 30 的四个边缘都磁性件 6,所述框架 10上对应于防尘帘 30的四个边缘位置处也设 置有磁性件 6, 防尘帘 30通过磁性件 6之间的磁力固定到所述框架 10上。 防尘 帘 30上的磁性件 6可以是柔性的磁条或是不连续的磁块, 而磁性件 6同样使用 了防尘材料进行包裹。
当然, 本实施例中, 防尘帘也可以使用类似纽扣的结构固定到框架上。 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种玻璃基板搬运盒, 包括框架, 所述搬运盒除底面以外的五个侧侧面 设置有用于遮盖该侧面的防尘板, 所述框架上设置有防尘板的侧面的四个边缘 上都设置磁性件或导磁件, 所述防尘板上也对应设置有导磁件或磁性件, 所述 防尘板通过磁性件与导磁件之间的磁力固定到所述框架上并可拆卸下来; 所述 框架上还设置有用于包裹所述磁性件或导磁件的防尘材料, 所述防尘板上也设 置有用于包裹导磁件或磁性件的防尘材料。
2、 一种玻璃基板搬运盒, 包括框架, 所述搬运盒的各个侧面中至少一个侧 面设置有用于遮盖该侧面的防尘板, 所述防尘板可拆卸的设置在所述框架上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的玻璃基板搬运盒, 其中, 所述框架上设置有磁性件 或导磁件, 所述防尘板上也对应设置有导磁件或磁性件, 所述防尘板通过磁性 件与导磁件之间的磁力固定到所述框架上。
