Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un équipement et un circuit pour la concentration de minerais par association de différentes technologies, telles que le déschlammage et la séparation de fines et d'ultra-fines, le remplacement de cyclones dans le déschlammage avant flottation, la récupération de minéraux/minerais provenant de cyclones de déschlammage et de rejets de concentration, la récupération d'une fraction importante de minéraux/minerais fins et ultra-fins, sans addition d'additifs nuisibles pour l'environnement, entre autres. La présente invention consiste essentiellement en l'utilisation d'un concentrateur piézoélectrique à lamelles (CPL) destiné à la concentration de minerais, résultant de l'association des technologies suivantes: clarificateur à lamelles, séparateur à lit fluidisé, classificateur à reflux, vibrations induites par piézoélectricité et contrôle logique programmable (PLC).
