进一步的, 用户终端在从上述基站广播的 MCCH或者 SIB13消息识别所述 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息的同时, 用户终端接收 基站通过专用信令, 如 RRC发送的 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的指示信息, 并在上述专用信令 RRC指示的 PRB中读取 eCCH。
可选的, 用户终端在接收到基站通过专用信令发送 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息时,还可以直接从专用信令指示的 PRB中读取 eCCH, 并在 MBSFN子帧中与上述不同的 PRB中读取 MBMS。
需要说明的是, 在基站接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输 的 PRB的指示信息为可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB的时, 用户终端根据 eNB广播 的 MCCH或者 SIB13消息, 识别 MBSFN子帧中所有可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB 的指示信息。 而对于一个特定的用户终端来说, 可以根据基站的专用信令, 识 别 MBSFN子帧中应用 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息。
可选的, 在基站接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB 的指示信息为可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB时, 用户终端根据基站直接通过专用信 令发送的可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息, 在上述专用信令发送的指示信 息指示的 PRB中读取 eCCH,并在 MBSFN子帧里与上述 PRB不同的 PRB里面 读取 MBMS。
可见,通过本发明实施例提供的一种物理资源块 PRB的识别方法,当 eCCH 和 MBMS复用 MBSFN子帧时, 基站在接收 MCE发送的用于指示 MBSFN子 帧中 PRB用途的指示信息时,通过广播信令和 /或专用信令向服务的用户终端发 送所述 MBSFN 子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息, 以便用户终端能够正确地解读 MBMS和 eCCH。
参见图 10, 本发明提供的一种物理资源块 PRB的指示装置, 所述指示装置 包括:
接收单元 11 , 用于接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息; 发送单元 12, 用于向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的 指示信息。
具体的,所述指示装置通过接收单元 11接收的用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息是由 MCE通过 M2口信令通知的。
所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息;
其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧里应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 或
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息;
其中,所述 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指 示 MBSFN子帧里不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 具体的, 所述指示装置在接收单元 11接收到用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息时, 通过发送单元 12向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧 中 PRB用途的指示信息。 其中, 发送单元 12通过广播信令 MCCH或者 SIB13 向服务的用户终端发送指示信息, 或者是通过广播信令 MCCH或者 SIB13和专 用信令向服务的用户终端发送指示信息, 或者是通过专用信令向服务的用户终 端发送指示信息。
可选的, 接收单元 11在接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB 的指示信息时, 发送单元 12通过广播信令 MCCH或 SIB13 将 MBSFN子帧中 应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息发送通知用户终端, 以便用户终端根据上述基 站广播的 MCCH或者 SIB13消息, 在 MBSFN子帧中与上述 PRB不同的 PRB 中读取 MBMS。 同时, 用户终端根据上述基站广播的消息, 在 MBSFN子帧中 应用于 eCCH的 PRB中解读 eCCH。
可选的,接收单元 11在接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输 的 PRB的指示信息时, 发送单元 12通过广播信令 MCCH或 SIB13 将 MBSFN 子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息发送给用户终端,以便用户终端 根据上述基站广播的 MCCH或者 SIB13消息,在 MBSFN子帧中与上述 PRB不 同的 PRB中读取 MBMS数据。
可选的,接收单元 11在接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输 的 PRB的指示信息时,发送单元 12通过广播信令 MCCH或者 SIB13 将 MBSFN 子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息发送通知用户终端,以便用户终 端根据上述基站广播 MCCH或者 SIB13消息, 在该 MBSFN子帧中与上述不同 的 PRB里读取 MBMS数据。 同时, 发送单元 12通过专用信令, 如 RRC信令将 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的指示信息发送给用户终端, 以便用户终端从专用 信令指示的 PRB中读取 eCCH。
可选的,接收单元 11在接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输 的 PRB的指示信息时,发送单元 12还可以直接通过专用信令,如 RRC将 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息发送给用户终端, 以便用户终端从专用 信令指示的 PRB中读取 eCCH。 同时, 用户终端在 MBSFN子帧中与上述不同 的 PRB中读取 MBMS。
需要说明的是, 当接收单元 11接收到的用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息指示为可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB时, 发送单元 12通过广播信令 MCCH或者 SIB13 将 MBSFN子帧中所有可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息发送通知用户终端, 以便用户终端从专用信令指示的 PRB中读 取 eCCH。 并且用户终端在 MBSFN子帧中与上述不同的 PRB中读取 MBMS 数据。 同时, 发送单元 12还通过专用信令, 如 RRC信令将 MBSFN子帧中应用 于 eCCH的指示信息发送给用户终端, 以便用户终端从专用信令指示的 PRB中 读取 eCCH。
可选的, 当接收单元 11在接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS 传输的 PRB的指示信息指示为可能应用于 eCCH的 PRB时, 发送单元 12还可 以直接通过专用信令, 如 RRC信令通知用户终端对于该用户终端来说, 用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息, 用户终端则在上述专用信令指示的 PRB里面读取 eCCH , 并且在 MBSFN子帧中与上述 PRB不同的 PRB中读取 MBMS数据。
可见,通过本发明实施例提供的一种物理资源块 PRB的指示装置,当 eCCH 和 MBMS复用 MBSFN子帧时, 基站在接收 MCE发送的用于指示 MBSFN子 帧中 PRB用途的指示信息时,通过广播信令和 /或专用信令向服务的用户终端发 送所述 MBSFN 子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息, 以便用户终端能够正确地解读 MBMS和 eCCH。
参见图 11 , 是本发明提供的一种基站, 所述基站包括:
接收机 21 , 用于接收 MCE发送的用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指 示信息;
发送机 22, 用于向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指 示信息。
具体的,基站通过接收机 21接收用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示 信息, 所述接收的用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息是由 MCE通 过 M2口信令通知的。 其中, 所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括: 指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息;
其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧里应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 或
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息;
其中,所述 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指 示 MBSFN子帧里不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
具体的,基站在所述接收机 21接收到用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的 指示信息时,通过所述发送机 22向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息。
本实施例中所述发射机具体用于通过广播信令, 如多媒体广播组播业务控 制信道 MCCH、 系统消息、 或专用信令向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子 帧中 PRB用途的指示信息。
参见图 12, 本发明提供的一种物理资源块 PRB的识别装置, 所述识别装置 包括:
接收单元 31 , 用于接收 eNB发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息; 识别单元 32, 用于识别所述接收单元 31接收到的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用 途的指示信息, 识别所述 MBSFN子帧中各个 PRB的用途。
具体的, 所述识别装置通过所述接收单元 31接收基站发送的 MBSFN子帧 中 PRB用途的指示信息是由基站通过广播信令和 /或专用信令通知的, 其中, 所 述基站发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息;
其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧里应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 或
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息;
其中,所述 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指 示 MBSFN子帧里不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
具体的, 所述识别装置在所述接收单元 31接收基站发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息时, 通过所述识别单元 12识别所述接收单元 31接收到的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息, 识别所述 MBSFN子帧中各个 PRB的用 途。
可见,通过本发明实施例提供的一种物理资源块 PRB的识别装置,当 eCCH 和 MBMS复用 MBSFN子帧时, 基站在接收 MCE发送的用于指示 MBSFN子 帧中 PRB用途的指示信息时,通过广播信令和 /或专用信令向服务的用户终端发 送所述 MBSFN 子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息, 以便用户终端能够正确地解读 MBMS和 eCCH。 参见图 13 , 是本发明提供的一种用户终端, 所述用户终端包括: 接收机 41 ,用于接收基站发送的所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息; 处理机 42, 用于根据所述指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息, 识别 所述 MBSFN子帧中各个 PRB的用途。
具体的, 用户终端通过接收机 41接收基站发送的所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB 用途的指示信息, 其中, 用户终端接收基站发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的 指示信息是由基站通过广播信令和 /或专用信令通知的。 所述接收机接收到的用 于接收基站发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示多媒体广播组播业务单频网 MBSFN子帧中应用于增强控制信道 eCCH 的物理资源块 PRB的指示信息; 或者
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS传输的 PRB的指 示信息;
其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 所述 MBSFN子帧中不应 用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS 传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
具体的, 用户终端在所述接收机 41接收到基站发送的所述处理机 42处理 所接收的所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息, 以便识别所述 MBSFN子 帧中各个 PRB的用途。
可见, 通过本发明实施例提供的一种用户终端, 当 eCCH和 MBMS 复用 MBSFN子帧时,基站在接收 MCE发送的用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的 指示信息时, 通过广播信令和 /或专用信令向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN 子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息, 以便用户终端能够正确地解读 MBMS和 eCCH。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程, 并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种物理资源块 PRB的指示方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收多小区多播协调实体 MCE发送的用于指示多媒体广播组播业务单频网 MBSFN子帧中物理资源块 PRB用途的指示信息;
向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的指示方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于指示 MBSFN子 帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于增强控制信道 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的指示方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于指示 MBSFN子 帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS传输的 PRB的指 示信息。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的指示方法, 其特征在于,
所述 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子 帧里应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置;所述 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS 传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧里不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB 个数和 /或位置。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的指示方法, 其特征在于, 所述向服务的 用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
通过广播信令向服务的用户终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指示所 述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息; 或
通过广播信令和专用信令向服务的用户终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息 用于指示所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息; 或
通过专用信令向服务的用户终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指示所 述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息。
6、 一种物理资源块 PRB的识别方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收基站发送的多媒体广播组播业务单频网 MBSFN 子帧中物理资源块 PRB用途的指示信息;
根据所述接收到的用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息, 识别所 述 MBSFN子帧中各个 PRB的用途。
7、如权利要求 6所述的识别方法,其特征在于,所述接收基站发送的 MBSFN 子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于增强控制信道 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息; 其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧里应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
8、如权利要求 6所述的识别方法,其特征在于,所述接收基站发送的 MBSFN 子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息;
其中,所述 MBSFN子帧中应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧里不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
9、 一种物理资源块 PRB的指示装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收多小区多播协调实体 MCE发送的用于指示多媒体广播 组播业务单频网 MBSFN子帧中物理资源块 PRB用途的指示信息;
发送单元, 用于向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指 示信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的指示装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元接收到的 用于指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于增强控制信道 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息; 或者 指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS传输的 PRB的指 示信息;
其中,所述 MBSFN子帧里应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 个数和 /或位置; 所述 MBSFN 子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输 的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的指示装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元具体用于: 通过多媒体广播组播业务控制信道 MCCH、 系统消息、 或专用信令向服务 的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息。
12、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收机,用于接收多小区多播协调实体 MCE发送的用于指示多媒体广播组 播业务单频网 MBSFN子帧中物理资源块 PRB用途的指示信息;
发射机, 用于向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示 信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的基站, 其特征在于,
所述发射机具体用于通过多媒体广播组播业务控制信道 MCCH、系统消息、 或专用信令向服务的用户终端发送所述 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息。
14、 一种物理资源块 PRB的识别装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收基站发送的多媒体广播组播业务单频网 MBSFN子帧中 物理资源块 PRB用途的指示信息;
识别单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指 示信息 , 识别所述 MBSFN子帧中各个 PRB的用途。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的识别装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元接收到的 用于接收基站发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB的指示信息; 或者
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息;
其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 所述 MBSFN子帧中不应 用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS 传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
16、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收机,用于接收基站发送的指示所述多媒体广播组播业务单频网 MBSFN 子帧中物理资源块 PRB用途的指示信息;
处理器, 用于根据所述指示 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息, 识别所 述 MBSFN子帧中各个 PRB的用途。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述接收机接收到的用 于接收基站发送的 MBSFN子帧中 PRB用途的指示信息包括:
指示多媒体广播组播业务单频网 MBSFN子帧中应用于增强控制信道 eCCH 的物理资源块 PRB的指示信息; 或者
指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS传输的 PRB的指 示信息;
其中, 所述 MBSFN 子帧中应用于 eCCH 的 PRB 的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中应用于 eCCH的 PRB个数和 /或位置; 所述 MBSFN子帧中不应 用于 MBMS传输的 PRB的指示信息用于指示 MBSFN子帧中不应用于 MBMS 传输的 PRB个数和 /或位置。
