  • the invention relates to a method and a device for examining objects by means of radiation.
  • X-ray examinations have traditionally been their main application in the field of medical technology. Recent developments aim to use more and more X-ray technology for the examination of workpieces and components. The improvements in X-ray technology allow an ever more efficient workflow in component testing. Abstract
