接续上述第一实施例, 请参阅图 2为本发明的一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹的侧视 图, 如上述一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹 10, 其中该夹头 20由一底面 21与凸起结构 22 所组成, 而该凸起结构 22置于该底面 21上, 其中该支架 1 1再进一步含一握取部 12, 该握取部 12系以供使用者拿取并施力用以夹取配戴隐形眼镜。
接续上述第一实施例, 请参阅图 3为本发明的一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹的夹头 俯视图, 如上述一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹 10, 该夹头 20由一底面 21与凸起结构 22 所组成, 其中该底面 21为半圆形的结构, 用以承载隐形眼镜, 该凸起结构 22外观 为半月形结构, 当使用者在卸除隐形眼镜时, 可利用该凸起结构贴 22近眼睛, 其 中该凸起结构 22使卸除隐形眼镜时与隐形眼镜的接触摩擦面积增加, 使其在夹取 时更容易依眼球形状脱除隐形眼镜。 其中该夹头 20的材质为生医等级的硅胶 (medical silicone gel)。 接续上述第一实施例, 请参阅图 4为本发明的一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹之俯视 图, 其中当该二夹头 20贴近时, 使该二夹头 20的该底面 21与该凸起结构 22系组合 形成一具曲率结构 23, 该曲率结构 23结构外观为一碗状, 当使用者在卸除配戴隐 形眼镜时, 使隐形眼镜容易放于该曲率结构 23上方, 其中隐形眼镜的凸弧面向 下, 凹弧面向上 (未图示), 该曲率结构 23以便配戴使用于夹取配戴隐形眼镜或方 便捞取隐形眼镜并使贴合入眼球, 另可避免使用者在徒手配戴隐形眼镜时刮伤眼 球或者因为手上的细菌导致眼睛感染。 另外在该支架进一步包含至少一阻挡块 13, 该阻挡块 13位于该支架 1 1的中间所夹区域, 当该二夹头 20正好为接近密合状 态, 可使该二夹头 20旋转一 60度角度 (未图示)并贴合形成一曲率结构 23, 以防止 使用者夹持或配戴时施力过大而使该二夹头 20尖端交错, 造成眼睛受伤的几率。
接续上述第一实施例, 其中该夹头 20的材质可进一步替换为硅胶 (silicone gel) , 聚乙烯 (polyethylene , 简称: PE)或聚胺酯 (Polyurethane缩写为 PU), 该支架 1 1材质替换为橡胶或金属, 其中支架 1 1为 u字型外观, 其中该夹头旋转的角度为 30〜180度之间, 该夹头底面 21替换为三角形、 四边形或多边形, 该凸起结构 22外 观为半圆形, 该曲率结构外观替换为一汤匙或半圆形, 上述元件变化材料及外观 不在此设限。
请参阅图 5为本发明的一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹第二实施例之俯视图, 一种隐 形眼镜配戴卸除夹 10, 其包含夹头 20、 支架 1 1、 握取部 12、 阻挡块 13及细杆 14所 构成, 该夹头 20系用于夹取配戴隐形眼镜, 其中该支架 1 1进一步包含二细杆 14, 其中该二细杆 14分别连接于该二夹头 20, 且该二细杆 14具弹性可弯曲, 可使该夹 头贴合而该支架 1 1连接该二夹头 20并向下延伸汇集于一处, 使该支架 1 1形状为 V 字型外观, 而该支架 1 1材质为一具有弹性材料如塑胶, 而该支架 1 1以供使用者拿 取并施力用以夹取配戴隐形眼镜。
接续上述第二实施例, 请参阅图 6为本发明的一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹的侧视 图, 如上述一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹 10, 其中该夹头 20由一底面 21与凸起结构 22 所组成, 而该凸起结构 22置于该底面 21上, 其中该支架 1 1进一步包含二细杆 14, 其中该二细杆 14分别连接于该二夹头 20, 且该二细杆 14具弹性可弯曲材料为塑 胶, 其该细杆 14外观为圆柱体, 另外该支架 1 1再进一步含一握取部 12, 该握取部 12系以供使用者拿取并施力用以夹取配戴隐形眼镜。
接续上述第二实施例, 请再参阅如图 3为本发明的一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹的 夹头俯视图的样态, 如上述一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹 10, 该夹头 20由一底面 21与 凸起结构 22所组成, 其中该底面 21为半圆形的结构, 用以承载隐形眼镜, 该凸起 结构 22外观为半月形结构, 当使用者在卸除隐形眼镜时, 可利用该凸起结构贴 22 近眼睛, 其中该凸起结构 22使卸除隐形眼镜时与隐形眼镜的接触摩擦面积增加, 使其在夹取时更容易依眼球形状脱除隐形眼镜。 其中该夹头 20的材质为生医等级 的娃胶 (medical silicone gel)。
接续上述第二实施例, 请再参阅如图 4中所示意的样态, 其中当该二夹头 20贴 近时, 使该二夹头 20的该底面 21与该凸起结构 22系组合形成一具曲率结构 23, 该 曲率结构 23结构外观为一碗状, 当使用者在卸除配戴隐形眼镜时, 使隐形眼镜容 易放于该曲率结构 23上方, 其中隐形眼镜的凸弧面向下, 凹弧面向上 (未图示), 该曲率结构 23以便配戴使用于夹取配戴隐形眼镜或方便捞取隐形眼镜并使贴合入 眼球, 另外当该两夹头 20贴近时, 其中该二细杆 14之间内弯夹角为 30度 (未图 示), 该内弯夹角可使两夹头 20较易紧密贴合, 另外在该支架进一步包含至少一阻 挡块 13, 该阻挡块 13位于该支架 11的中间所夹区域, 当该二夹头 20正好为接近密 合状态, 可使该二夹头 20旋转一 30度角度 (未图示)并贴合形成一曲率结构 23, 以 防止使用者夹持或配戴时施力过大而使该二夹头 20尖端交错, 造成眼睛受伤的几 率。
接续上述第二实施例, 其中该夹头 20的材质可进一步替换为硅胶 (silicone gel), 聚乙烯 (polyethylene, 简称: PE)或聚胺酯 (Polyurethane缩写为 PU), 该支架
11材质替换为橡胶或金属, 其该细杆 14外观替换为长方体, 其中该二细杆 14之间 内弯夹角替换为 15至 60度之间, 其中支架 11为 U字型外观, 其中该夹头旋转的角 度为 30〜180度之间, 该夹头底面 21替换为三角形、 四边形或多边形, 该凸起结构 22外观为半圆形, 该曲率结构外观替换为一汤匙或半圆形, 上述元件变化材料及 外观不在此设限。
综上所述, 本发明一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹的人性化体贴设计, 相当符合实 际需求。 其具体改进现有缺失, 相较于已知技术明显具有突破性的进步优点, 确 实具有功效的增进, 且非易于达成。
上列详细说明系针对本发明的一可行实施例的具体说明, 惟该实施例并非用 以限制本发明的专利范围, 凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为的等效实施或变更, 均 应包含于本发明的专利范围中。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 包含:
二夹头, 该二夹头系用于夹取配戴隐形眼镜;
一支架, 该支架系连接该二夹头并向下延伸汇集于一处, 该支架系以 供使用者拿取并施力用; 其特征为该夹头由一底面与凸起结构所组成, 该凸起结构置于该底 面上, 其中当该二夹头贴近时, 使该二夹头的该底面与该凸起结构系组合形 成一具曲率结构, 使该曲率结构用于夹取配戴隐形眼镜。
2.如权利要求 1所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该支架进一步 包含二细杆, 其中该二细杆分别连接于该二夹头, 且该二细杆具弹性可弯曲, 可使该夹头贴合。
3.如权利要求 2所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该两夹头贴近 时, 该二细杆之间内弯夹角为 15〜90度。
4.如权利要求 1所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该支架进一步 含一握取部, 该握取部系以供使用者拿取并施力。
5.如权利要求 2所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该支架进一步 含一握取部, 该握取部系以供使用者拿取并施力。
6.如权利要求 1所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该支架进一步 包含至少一阻挡块, 该阻挡块位于该支架的中间所夹区域, 当该阻挡块相互靠 近时, 可使该二夹头旋转一角度并贴合形成一曲率结构。
7.如权利要求 6所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该二夹头贴合 时, 该二夹头旋转的角度为 30〜180度。
8.如权利要求 2所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该支架进一步 包含至少一阻挡块, 该阻挡块位于该支架的中间所夹区域, 当该阻挡块相互靠 近时, 可使该二夹头旋转一角度并贴合形成一曲率结构。
9.如权利要求 8所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该二夹头贴合 时, 该二夹头旋转的角度为 30〜180度。
10.如权利要求 1所述的隐形眼镜配戴卸除夹, 其特征在于该二夹头的 材质为硅胶 (silicone gel)或生医等级的硅胶、 聚乙烯 (polyethylene, 简称: PE)或 聚胺酯 (Polyurethane, 缩写为 PU)。
