液晶显示器因其轻、 薄、 功耗小、 辐射低等优点广泛应用于各个领 域。 传统的液晶显示器固定方式是通过底座摆放于桌面上, 为了进一步减 小液晶显示器的占用空间及达到美观装饰的目的, 相应在液晶显示器上设 计了壁挂装置使液晶显示器可直接安装于墙壁上。
如图 1 所示, 现有的液晶显示器设计的架构中, 壁挂设计通常是在液 晶显示器背框 100上铆接铆柱 200, 该铆柱 200含有内螺纹, 通过螺丝与 内螺纹的配合, 进而达到壁挂的目的。 但是为了使该铆柱 200 能够承受整 个电视的重量, 对于铆接工艺以及背框 100的厚度以及铆柱 200的设计提 出了高的要求, 增加了设计的难度。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示器的壁挂装置, 通过设置托架, 减少液晶显示器铆柱的数量, 并使液晶显示器可釆用更薄的背框及更简单 的壁挂铆柱设计, 有效提高壁挂设计的可靠性, 有效降低成本。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种液晶显示器的壁挂方法, 操作简单、 方便、 快捷, 节约安装成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶显示器的壁挂装置, 包括: 横 架、 用于托住液晶显示器底部的托架及连接横架与托架的连接部, 所述横 架上对应设于液晶显示器上的铆柱设有通孔, 组装时, 所述液晶显示器的 底部承载于托架上, 所述铆柱与通孔配合连接, 进而将液晶显示器与壁挂 装置固定连接。
所述托架垂直连接于连接部远离横架端。
所述托架和连接部均为两个。
所述两托架相对连接部具有相同的朝向。
所述两连接部的间距小于液晶显示器的宽度。
所述横架、 托架及连接部一体成型制成。 本发明还提供一种液晶显示器的壁挂方法, 包括以下步骤:
