Description

一种背光单元、 液晶模组、 液晶显示器 本申请要求于 2012年 9月 10日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201210331870.8、 发明名称为 "一种背光单元、 液晶模组、 液晶显示器" 的中国专利申请的优先 权, 上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种背光单元、 液晶模组和液晶 显示器。 背景技术
现有的液晶显示器装置主要组成部件包括: 前壳、 后壳、 液晶模组以及系 统零件等等。 其中液晶模组主要组成部件包括: 前框、 液晶显示玻璃面板、 背 光单元等结构部件。 其中, 如图 1所示, 背光单元包括外框 15、 光学膜片组 14、 灯条 13、 散热条 12和背板 11等部材, 其中, 光学膜片组 14包括扩散板 140、 棱镜板 141、 扩散板 142;
散热条 12上还设置有导光板 17、 反光板 18等;
灯条 13发出的光线从导光板 17的入光面 (正对灯条 13的面)进入, 从出 光面射入光学膜片组 14, 光学膜片组 14可使光面的光扩散得更均勾, 且能提高 光的正面辉度。反光板 18的作用是尽可能多地将光线发射至导光板 17, 使其从 光面射出。
背板 11具有承载所有部材并保证背光模组平整度的功能, 外框 15用于压 住光学膜片组 14并遮挡一些漏光。
但是, 现有技术提供的液晶模组边框的宽度越来越窄, 相应的, 外框也越 来越窄, 这样, 外框比较容易侧翻变形 (向上翘起), 使其与光学膜片组 14之 间产生缝隙, 导致发生漏光现象。 发明内容
本发明为了有效防止背光单元的外框发生外翻上翘所导致的漏光现象, 提 供了一种新的背光单元的结构。 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一方面, 本发明提供了一种防漏光的背光单元, 包括:
背板, 为所述背光单元提供支撑;
散热条, 其设置在所述背板上, 所述散热条包括水平板以及从所述水平板 边缘延伸出的至少一个竖直板;
灯条, 设置于所述散热条的竖直板内侧上;
从下至上依次设置于所述散热条的水平板上的反光板、 导光板和光学膜片 组, 其中, 所述导光板的入光面正对所述灯条;
外框, 其设置于所述散热条外侧, 至少包括有若干个平台, 所述平台受所 述散热条的竖直板的支撑, 并且至少部分架设于所述光学膜片组的四周外边缘 之上;
在所述散热条的竖直板的端部设置有至少一定位片, 在所述外框的平台上 开设有与所述定位片位置相对应的定位孔; 所述定位片与其对应的定位孔相互 配合, 使所述外框与所述散热条相固定。
其中, 所述外框为弹性材料制成的胶框。
其中, 所述定位片的形状为任一形状, 所述胶框上开设的定位孔与所述定 位片的形状相同。

本发明实施例提供的背光单元, 其散热条上设置有定位片, 该定位片可以 很好的将外框的平台固定在散热条上, 防止外框的平台外翻上翘产生的漏光。 本发明提供的液晶模组以及液晶显示器, 其中包含本发明提供的背光单元, 因此也能达到防漏光的效果。 附图说明 例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作筒单地介绍, 显而易见地, 下面描述 中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例, 对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付 出创造性劳动的前提下, 还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

本发明提供一种新型的背光单元的结构, 可以有效防止背光单元的外框发 生外翻上翘所导致的漏光现象。
以下将结合附图, 说明本发明提供的背光单元, 以及含有该背光单元的液 晶模组, 以及液晶显示器的具体结构。
参见图 2, 为本发明提供的防漏光的背光单元的结构示意图。
本实施例提供的背光单元, 包括:
背板 11 , 为所述背光单元提供支撑;
散热条 12, 其设置在所述背板 11上, 所述散热条 12包括水平板 120以及 从所述水平板 120边缘延伸出的至少一个竖直板 121;
灯条 13, 设置于所述散热条 12的竖直板 121内侧上, 作为该背光单元的光 源;
从下至上依次设置于所述散热条 12的水平板上的反光板 18、 导光板 17和 光学膜片组 14, 其中, 所述导光板 17的入光面正对所述灯条 13, 所述光学膜 片组 14设置在所述导光板 17的出光面上, 用于透射所述灯条 3产生的光线; 外框 15, 其设置于所述散热条 12外侧, 包括有环形固定框 150, 以及若干 个平台 151 ; 其中, 所述平台 151从该固定框 150每一侧边以平行于底板的方向 向内延伸而出, 这些平台 151受到散热条 12的竖直板 121的支撑, 并且至少部 分架设于该光学膜片组 14的四周外边缘之上;
所述散热条 12的竖直板 121的端部设置有一定位片 16, 在所述外框 15的 平台 151上开设有与所述定位片 16位置相对应的定位孔(不可见, 未示出); 所述定位片 16与其对应的定位孔相互配合, 使所述外框 15与所述散热条 12相 固定。 由于定位片 16能够 4艮好的固定所述外框 15的平台 151 , 防止外框 15的 平台 151外翻上翘, 因此能够防止漏光。
在具体的实现中, 所述外框 15为弹性材料制成的胶框。
其中, 所述定位片 16的形状为任一形状, 所述胶框上开设的定位孔与所述 定位片 16的形状相同。
优选的实施方式中, 所述定位片 16的形状为矩形或多边形。
其中, 所述灯条 13为发光二级管。
又一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种防漏光的液晶模组, 参见图 3 , 本发明 提供的防漏光的液晶模组 10包括:
前框 2、 液晶显示玻璃面板 3、 背光单元 1;
背光单元 1和液晶显示玻璃面板 3都配置在前框 2内, 此外, 前框 2和液 晶显示玻璃面板 2之间是藉由卡勾与卡槽之间的配合而相互固定的, 液晶模组 10的前框 2, 液晶显示玻璃面板 3的结构和功能都是本领域技术人员所熟知的, 在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 本发明提供的防漏光的液晶模组的具体结构不仅限于图 3 所示的结构, 只要其背光单元 1的结构如图 2所示, 且功能如前述实施例描述, 皆属于本发明的保护范围。
再一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种液晶显示器, 参见图 4, 本发明提供的 液晶显示器, 包括:
前壳 4、 后壳 5、 液晶模组 10以及系统零件 (图未示出), 需要说明的是, 液晶显示器的前壳 4、 后壳 5与液晶模组 10和系统零件等之间是利用螺丝锁固 或者利用卡和的方式固定的, 其具体的结构和功能都是本领域技术人员所熟知 的, 在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 本发明提供的液晶显示器的具体结构不仅限于图 4所示的 结构, 只要其中包含的背光单元 1的结构如图 2所示, 且功能如前述实施例描 述, 皆属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供的背光单元, 其散热条上设置有定位片, 该定位片可以 很好的将外框的平台固定在散热条上, 防止外框的平台外翻上翘产生的漏光。 本发明提供的液晶模组以及液晶显示器, 其中包含本发明提供的背光单元, 因 此也能达到防漏光的效果。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种防漏光的背光单元, 包括:
背板, 为所述背光单元提供支撑;
散热条, 其设置在所述背板上, 所述散热条包括水平板以及从所述水平板 边缘延伸出的至少一个竖直板;
灯条, 设置于所述散热条的竖直板内侧上;
从下至上依次设置于所述散热条的水平板上的反光板、 导光板和光学膜片 组, 其中, 所述导光板的入光面正对所述灯条;
外框, 其设置于所述散热条外侧, 至少包括有若干个平台, 所述平台受所 述散热条的竖直板的支撑, 并且至少部分架设于所述光学膜片组的四周外边缘 之上;
在所述散热条的竖直板的端部设置有至少一定位片, 在所述外框的平台上 开设有与所述定位片位置相对应的定位孔; 所述定位片与其对应的定位孔相互 配合, 使所述外框与所述散热条相固定。
2、如权利要求 1所述的背光单元, 其中, 所述外框为弹性材料制成的胶框。

5、 如权利要求 4所述的背光单元, 其中, 所述灯条为发光二级管。
6、 一种防漏光的液晶模组, 包括:
前框、 液晶显示玻璃面板、 背光单元;
所述背光单元, 包括:
背板, 为所述背光单元提供支撑; 散热条, 其设置在所述背板上, 所述散热条包括水平板以及从所述水平板 边缘延伸出的至少一个竖直板;
灯条, 设置于所述散热条的竖直板内侧上;
从下至上依次设置于所述散热条的水平板上的反光板、 导光板和光学膜片 组, 其中, 所述导光板的入光面正对所述灯条;
外框, 其设置于所述散热条外侧, 至少包括有若干个平台, 所述平台受所 述散热条的竖直板的支撑, 并且至少部分架设于所述光学膜片组的四周外边缘 之上;
在所述散热条的竖直板的端部设置有至少一定位片, 在所述外框的平台上 开设有与所述定位片位置相对应的定位孔; 所述定位片与其对应的定位孔相互 配合, 使所述外框与所述散热条相固定。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的防漏光的液晶模组, 其中, 所述外框为弹性材料制 成的胶框。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的防漏光的液晶模组, 其中, 所述定位片的形状为任 一形状, 所述胶框上开设的定位孔与所述定位片的形状相同。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的防漏光的液晶模组, 其中, 所述定位片的形状为矩 形或多边形。
10、 一种液晶显示器, 包括:
前壳、 后壳、 系统零件以及液晶模组;
所述液晶模组包括:
前框、 液晶显示玻璃面板、 背光单元;
所述背光单元, 包括:
背板, 为所述背光单元提供支撑;
散热条, 其设置在所述背板上, 所述散热条包括水平板以及从所述水平板 边缘延伸出的至少一个竖直板;
灯条, 设置于所述散热条的竖直板内侧上; 从下至上依次设置于所述散热条的水平板上的反光板、 导光板和光学膜片 组, 其中, 所述导光板的入光面正对所述灯条;
外框, 其设置于所述散热条外侧, 至少包括有若干个平台, 所述平台受所 述散热条的竖直板的支撑, 并且至少部分架设于所述光学膜片组的四周外边缘 之上;
在所述散热条的竖直板的端部设置有至少一定位片, 在所述外框的平台上 开设有与所述定位片位置相对应的定位孔; 所述定位片与其对应的定位孔相互 配合, 使所述外框与所述散热条相固定。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的液晶显示器, 其中, 所述外框为弹性材料制成的 胶框。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示器, 其中, 所述定位片的形状为任一形 状, 所述胶框上开设的定位孔与所述定位片的形状相同。
