为了克服现有技术的不足, 本实用新型提供了一种能使饭锅自 动升降的装置。 本升降装置通过限位开关和电子程序控制, 可以实现 自动上升和下降, 并可以在指定位置随意停止, 在升降过程中可带动 饭锅平稳运行。
该装置包括: 底盘、 导杆 (四根:)、 千斤顶、 托盘组件、 饭锅组件 和锅架套。
所采用的技术方案是:将千斤顶固定在底盘上,四根导杆分别插 入底盘的对应孔里, 将托盘组件穿过导杆同时固定在千斤顶上, 将 饭锅组件固定在托盘组件上, 然后将锅架套配装在四根导杆上。 通 过限位开关和电子程序控制千斤顶电机的正反转带动千斤顶丝杆正 反转, 使千斤顶的上平台上升和下降, 从而带动饭锅组件上升和下 降。 有益效果:
本升降装置通过限位开关和电子程序控制,可以实现自动上升和 下降, 并可以在指定位置随意停止, 在升降过程中可带动饭锅平稳升 降运行。
