Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de construction de bâtiment composite, lequel système comprend une ossature, une plaque de paroi expansée et une couche de béton. La plaque de paroi comprend une partie interne et une partie d'incrustation, la plaque de paroi étant attachée à l'ossature avec la partie externe couvrant un côté extérieur de l'ossature et la partie d'incrustation qui est disposée à l'intérieur de l'ossature. La plaque de paroi procure ainsi une isolation extérieure et intérieure pour le système. La couche de béton est pulvérisée sur la partie externe de ladite plaque de paroi, formant un système de construction composite durable et robuste. Un ou plusieurs supports de barre d'armature peuvent être attachés à l'ossature du côté extérieur par des boulons à clavette, et sont mutuellement espacés vis-à-vis de la plaque de paroi. Une grille de fil métallique peut être attachée aux boulons à clavette, ce par quoi la grille et les supports de barre d'armature constituent une structure de support pour la couche de béton. L'ossature comprend de l'acier et la plaque de paroi comprend du polystyrène expansé isolant.
