所述进水装置包括:冷、热水进水口、两个三通、两自动进水管道、自动进水阀门、流量计、两手动进水管道以及进水龙头;所述冷、热水进水口各连接有一个三通,分别通过三通与自动进水管道及手动进水管道连接;冷、热两自动进水管道上分别设置有自动进水阀门,再汇接至流量计后连接至进水喷淋水管;冷、热两手动进水管道直接汇接至进水龙头;
所述排水装置包括:自动排水口、自动排水阀门、自动排水管道、管道接口、手动排水口、手动下水阀门、食物垃圾处理器以及下水口;所述自动排水口与手动排水口分别设置于水槽本体底部的侧面/底面及底面上;所述自动排水口连接有自动排水阀门,通过自动排水管道及管道接口与食物垃圾处理器连接;所述手动排水口设置有手动下水阀门,并与食物垃圾处理器连接;所述食物垃圾处理器与下水口连接。

上述水槽本体2可为不锈钢水槽,其可为单槽、双槽或多槽,形状不限,上述超声波换能器3可以安装于单槽、双槽或多槽的下方和/或侧壁;当为双槽或多槽时,可以共用同一个超声波发生器,或者使用不同超声波发生器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,包括:水槽本体、设置于水槽本体的侧面和/或底部的超声波换能器、通过导线与超声波换能器连接的超声波发生器、进水装置以及排水装置;
    所述进水装置包括:冷、热水进水口、两个三通、两自动进水管道、自动进水阀门、流量计、两手动进水管道以及进水龙头;所述冷、热水进水口各连接有一个三通,分别通过三通与自动进水管道及手动进水管道连接;冷、热两自动进水管道上分别设置有自动进水阀门,再汇接至流量计后连接至进水喷淋水管;冷、热两手动进水管道直接汇接至进水龙头;
    所述排水装置包括:自动排水口、自动排水阀门、自动排水管道、管道接口、手动排水口、手动下水阀门、食物垃圾处理器以及下水口;所述自动排水口与手动排水口分别设置于水槽本体底部的侧面/底面及底面上;所述自动排水口连接有自动排水阀门,通过自动排水管道及管道接口与食物垃圾处理器连接;所述手动排水口设置有手动下水阀门,并与食物垃圾处理器连接;所述食物垃圾处理器与下水口连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述清洗水槽还包括液位开关。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述液位开关包括:
    光电液位开关、电子式液位开关、压力式液位开关、电缆浮球液位开关以及MEMS压阻式液位开关。
  4. 据权利要求1所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述清洗水槽还包括:
    金属或非金属的超声波换能器防护罩。
  5. 据权利要求1所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述自动排水阀门包括:
    排水泵及电动阀。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述自动排水阀门为不带止流装置的自动排水阀门或带止流装置的自动排水阀门;所述不带止流装置的自动排水阀门,自动排水管道的最高点高于水槽本体容水的最高水位或持平。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述喷淋水管,设置于水槽本体上;所述喷淋水管一端连接进水管,另一端密封,水管本体上开有多个喷水孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述流量计为两个;冷、热两自动进水管道上分别设置有自动进水阀门以及流量计,再汇接至进水龙头或喷淋水管。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述水槽本体设置有进水龙头安装孔、自动感应皂液器安装孔、触摸控制屏或控制按钮安装孔和/或纯净水或直饮水龙头安装孔。
  10. 据权利要求1所述的自动与手动相结合的清洗水槽,其特征在于,所述清洗水槽还包括:
    自动皂液器,设置有红外感应装置、控制电路以及皂液泵;所述自动皂液器通过控制电路在清洗过程中根据设定自动添加皂液,或者通过红外感应装置在检测到有物体置于感应区域时,发送检测信号至控制电路;通过控制电路控制皂液泵开启排液,并在排液至设定时间后关闭皂液泵。
