【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示器散热技术,特别涉及一种散热装置,还涉及一种背光模组。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置一般包括叠合设置的背光模组和液晶显示面板,液晶显示面板本身不会发光,需要背光模组为其提供背光进行显示。发光二极管(LED)作为典型的点光源装置,往往作为关键零组件应用于背光模组。其中较常用的即是采用多个发光二极管作为点光源阵列设置于印刷电路板(PCB)表面组成发光二极管灯条(Light Bar)。多个发光二极管在该印刷电路板的驱动作用下发光,进而形成条形线光源,然后通过背光模组的导光板(LGP)改变光的出射方向,得到均匀的面光源。光源工作时发热较大,需要相应的散热装置。
请参阅图1,图1是现有技术中背光模组的散热装置的简化截面结构示意图。如图1所示,该散热装置100包括光源110、热沉120以及背框130。
其中,该光源110与该热沉120相接触,该热沉120将该光源110产生的热量导热至背框130通过背框130进行散热,其散热效果并不理想。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种背光模组及散热装置,能够解决现有技术中背光模组的散热装置散热效果不理想的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组的散热装置,其中,所述散热装置用于对光源进行散热,包括热沉以及背框,所述光源与所述热沉相接触,所述背框设有开口,所述热沉包括内板和外板,所述内板设于所述背框的内侧,所述外板突出于所述开口,所述外板的两侧边与所述内板相连接,所述外板的中间与所述内板间隔开。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组的散热装置,该散热装置用于对光源进行散热,包括热沉以及背框,该光源与该热沉相接触,该背框与该热沉构成突出于该背框平面的气流通槽。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该气流通槽呈空心矩形或空心弓形状,四周封闭,两端与外界大气相通。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该热沉采用铝材料或电解亚铅镀锌钢板材料。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该背框设有开口,该热沉包括内板和外板,该内板设于该背框的内侧,该外板突出于该开口,该外板的两侧边与该内板相连接,该外板的中间与该内板间隔开。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该开口设于该背框中间部位。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该外板呈槽形或弧形状,与该内板一体成形。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该背框冲压有外突槽,该热沉在该背框内侧封盖该外突槽,构成突出于该背框平面的该气流通槽。
根据本发明一优选实施例,该外突槽呈槽形或弧形状。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,该背光模组包括散热装置,该散热装置用于对光源进行散热,包括热沉以及背框,该光源与该热沉相接触,该背框与该热沉构成突出于该背框平面的气流通槽。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明公开的背光模组及散热装置由于采用了气流通槽结构,提升了散热效果,延长了光源的寿命。

如图2所示,本发明第一实施例提供一种背光模组的散热装置200,该散热装置200用于对光源210进行散热,包括热沉220以及背框230。
其中,该光源210与该热沉220相接触,该背框230设有开口(未标号),该热沉220设有气流通槽222,该气流通槽222突出于该开口,该光源210工作时产生的热量由该热沉220进行散热。
具体而言,该光源210通常采用由LED组成的灯条。该背框230包括背板232和垂直于该背板232边缘的侧板234,该背板232上设有开口,该开口较大,临近该侧板234。
该热沉220可采用铝材料或电解亚铅镀锌钢板等优良的散热材料一体成型。该热沉220包括内板224和外板226,该内板224设于该背框230的内侧,封闭该开口,如图2所示,该内板224的截面呈L型,包括封闭开口的主体板2241和垂直于该主体板2241侧边的安装板2242,该安装板2242用于设置光源210。该外板226突出于该开口,该外板226的两侧边与该内板224相连接,该外板226的中间与该内板224间隔开形成气流通槽222。该气流通槽222四周封闭,两端(垂直于纸面的方向)与外界大气相通,并且突出于背框230平面,在进行散热工作时形成外部气体可对流,极大地提高了散热装置200的散热效率。
在图2所示的实施例中,该气流通槽222呈空心矩形状,然而,本发明的实现方式并不限于此,在其他实施例中,该气流通槽222亦可呈空心弓形状,即内板224的结构不变,而外板226的截面是弧形状,同样可形成上述的气体对流效果。

如图3所示,本发明第二实施例提供一种背光模组的散热装置300,该散热装置300用于对光源310进行散热,包括热沉320以及背框330。
该光源310与该热沉320相接触,该背框330设有开口(未标号),该热沉320设有气流通槽322,该气流通槽322突出于该开口,该光源310工作时产生的热量由该热沉320进行散热。
具体而言,该光源310通常采用由LED组成的灯条。该背框330包括背板332和垂直于该背板332边缘的侧板334,该背板332上设有开口,该开口设于该背板332的中间部位,避开该背板332的边缘,如此可以不影响该背框330边缘的厚度。
该热沉320可采用铝材料或电解亚铅镀锌钢板等优良的散热材料一体成型。该热沉320包括内板324和外板326,该内板324设于该背框330的内侧,封闭该开口,如图2所示,该内板324的截面呈L型,包括封闭开口的主体板3241和垂直于该主体板3241侧边的安装板3242,该安装板3242用于设置光源310。该外板326突出于该开口,该外板326的两侧边与该内板324相连接,该外板326的中间与该内板324间隔开形成气流通槽322,该气流通槽322四周封闭,两端(垂直于纸面的方向)与外界大气相通,并且突出于背框330平面,在进行散热工作时形成外部气体可对流,极大地提高了散热装置300的散热效率。

其中,该光源410与该热沉420相接触,该背框430包括背板432和垂直于该背板432边缘的侧板434,进一步地,该背板432上冲压有外突槽436,该外突槽436优选位于该背板332的中间部位,如此可以不影响该背框330边缘的厚度。
该外突槽436由第一板体4321、第二板体4322、第三板体4323围合,该外突槽436的两端(垂直于纸面的方向)与外界大气相通,一般可通过冲压加工成型,该热沉420在该背框430内侧封盖该外突槽436形成突出于背框430平面的气流通槽,该气流通槽四周封闭,两端相通,可极大地提高散热装置400的散热效率。
在图4所示的实施例中,该气流通槽呈空心矩形状,然而,本发明的实现方式并不限于此,在其他实施例中,该气流通槽亦可冲压成空心弓形状,同样可形成上述的气体对流以提高散热效率。
此外,本发明还提供一种背光模组,该背光模组包括上述实施例中所述的散热装置。
综上所示,本领域技术人员容理解,相较于现有技术中仅通过背板散热而言,本发明公开的背光模组及散热装置由于采用了突出于背板平面的气流通槽结构,极大地提升了散热效果,延长了光源的寿命。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种背光模组的散热装置,其中,所述散热装置用于对光源进行散热,包括热沉以及背框,所述光源与所述热沉相接触,所述背框设有开口,所述热沉包括内板和外板,所述内板设于所述背框的内侧,所述外板突出于所述开口,所述外板的两侧边与所述内板相连接,所述外板的中间与所述内板间隔开。
  2. 一种背光模组的散热装置,其中,所述散热装置用于对光源进行散热,包括热沉以及背框,所述光源与所述热沉相接触,所述背框与所述热沉构成突出于所述背框平面的气流通槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的散热装置,其中,所述气流通槽呈空心矩形或空心弓形状,四周封闭,两端与外界大气相通。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的散热装置,其中,所述热沉采用铝材料或电解亚铅镀锌钢板材料。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的散热装置,其中,所述背框设有开口,所述热沉包括内板和外板,所述内板设于所述背框的内侧,所述外板突出于所述开口,所述外板的两侧边与所述内板相连接,所述外板的中间与所述内板间隔开。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的散热装置,其中,所述开口设于所述背框中间部位。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的散热装置,其中,所述外板呈槽形或弧形状,与所述内板一体成形。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的散热装置,其中,所述背框冲压有外突槽,所述热沉在所述背框内侧封盖所述外突槽,构成突出于所述背框平面的所述气流通槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的散热装置,其中,所述外突槽呈槽形或弧形状。
  10. 一种背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括散热装置,所述散热装置用于对光源进行散热,包括热沉以及背框,所述光源与所述热沉相接触,所述背框与所述热沉构成突出于所述背框平面的气流通槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其中,所述气流通槽呈空心矩形或空心弓形状,四周封闭,两端与外界大气相通。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其中,所述热沉采用铝材料或电解亚铅镀锌钢板材料。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其中,所述背框设有开口,所述热沉包括内板和外板,所述内板设于所述背框的内侧,所述外板突出于所述开口,所述外板的两侧边与所述内板相连接,所述外板的中间与所述内板间隔开。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其中,所述开口设于所述背框中间部位。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其中,所述外板呈槽形或弧形状,与所述内板一体成形。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其中,所述背框冲压有外突槽,所述热沉在所述背框内侧封盖所述外突槽,构成突出于所述背框平面的所述气流通槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的背光模组,其中,所述外突槽呈槽形或弧形状。
