技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域, 尤其涉及一种医用显示器悬挂系统。
背景技术
医用显示器是医疗行业所用的高清晰、 高亮度显示器, 随着 PACS技术的日 趋成熟和普及以及各种数字影像设备如 DR、 CR、 多排 CT、 3D图像等飞速发展, 医用显示器的选购配置成了医院和 PACS开发商关注的焦点, 由于医用显示器在 数字系统中, 是医学影像的最终呈现者, 它承载着替代胶片、 保证影像质量、 最终实现医生对患者的观察和诊断, 而且医用显示器的价格比较昂贵, 这就需 要对医用显示器的保护要求比较高。
现有医用显示器都是简单的固定在挂架上, 这种挂架存在以下的缺点: 1、 挂架后端没有后盖, 电源线等都裸露在外, 不仅不安全, 而且容易积累灰尘, 影响医用显示器的使用; 2、 该种挂架只适用于确定大小和数量的医用显示器, 当医用显示器的大小和数量有改变时, 需要重新制作, 浪费了大量的人力物力, 增大了企业的生产成本; 3、 在遭受撞击时容易发生变形或者断裂, 导致医用显 示器的画面不平稳甚至跌落下来, 影响医用显示器的使用, 浪费了工作时间, 降低了工作效率,增大了企业的成本; 4、医用显示器安装完成后不能进行转动, 无法调整医用显示器的观察角度, 存在视线的死角, 影响医生对患者的观察和 诊断, 造成人身安全, 而且相邻医用显示器之间存在的缝隙大, 容易积累灰尘, 无法满足卫生要求, 且不美观。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 美观大方、 可调节宽 度的医用显示器悬挂系统。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为: 一种医用显示器悬挂系统, 包括框架、 与所述框架连接的立柱, 所述框架由平行的两个水平杆和两个竖直 杆围合而成, 所述立柱的上下端对称安装有两个侧板, 所述两个侧板的两端均 设有可左右移动的挂架, 所述两个竖直杆之间套设有后盖, 所述后盖由左右两 个对称设置的保护盖组成。
本发明一个较佳实施例中, 医用显示器悬挂系统进一步包括所述两个竖直 杆的外侧均连接有接合套, 所述接合套外包覆有抱箍, 所述抱箍与所述保护盖 连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中, 医用显示器悬挂系统进一步包括所述接合套由 两个半圆柱形套组成, 所述两个半圆柱形套包覆在所述竖直杆上且通过销轴与 所述竖直杆连接, 所述抱箍由两个半抱箍体组成, 所述半抱箍体的内壁分别设 有上半圆形槽、 中半圆形槽、 下半圆形槽, 所述中半圆形槽的深度大于所述上 半圆形槽、 下半圆形槽的深度, 所述两个半抱箍体通过螺栓连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中, 医用显示器悬挂系统进一步包括所述水平杆包 括中间杆、 与中间杆的两端连接的调节杆, 所述调节杆与所述竖直杆之间连接 有转接杆, 所述中间杆、 调节杆、 转接杆依次可拆卸连接, 所述保护盖包括依 次可拆卸连接的第一盖、 调节盖、 第二盖。
本发明一个较佳实施例中, 医用显示器悬挂系统进一步包括所述第二盖的 上下侧端分别开有 L形缺口, 两个所述第二盖的顶端之间连接有凹字形板, 两 个所述第二盖的上端之间连接有固定块, 两个所述第二盖的下端之间与一加强 板的一端连接, 所述加强板的另一端固定在所述中间杆上, 位于上方的所述中 间杆上固定有 Y形板, 所述立柱的上端穿过两个所述 L形缺口与凹字形板围成 的空腔且与所述 Y形板固定。

本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷, 本发明结构简单、 美观大方, 安全 且不会积累灰尘, 同时拆卸安装方便, 可将大医用显示器固定在垂直板上, 限 位件的设置限制了 u形板的左右移动和上下移动, 避免了用力过大而导致大医 用显示器从挂架上脱落下来, 保证了大医用显示器的质量, 另外, 可实现不同 宽度尺寸的多个医用显示器的悬挂, 节省了大量的资源, 降低了企业的生产成 本, 同时通过宽度和角度的调节即可消除相邻医用显示器之间的拼接缝隙, 调 节方便, 大大提高了多个医用显示器的画面的视觉效果, 无视线死角, 确保了 医生对患者的诊断和治疗。

实施例二
如图 4-图 8、 图 20、 图 21所示, 一种四个医用显示器悬挂系统, 包括框架 2、 与框架 2连接的立柱 4, 框架 2由平行的两个水平杆 6和两个竖直杆 8围合 而成,立柱 4的上下端对称安装有两个侧板 10, 两个侧板 10的两端均设有可左 右移动的挂架, 两个竖直杆 8之间套设有后盖, 后盖由左右两个对称设置的保 护盖 12组成。
两个竖直杆 8的外侧均连接有接合套 14,接合套 14设在每个竖直杆 8的上 下端, 接合套 14外包覆有抱箍 16, 抱箍 16与保护盖 12连接。
本发明优选接合套 14由两个半圆柱形套 18组成, 两个半圆柱形套 18包覆 在竖直杆 8上且通过销轴 20与竖直杆 8连接,抱箍 16由两个半抱箍体 22组成, 半抱箍体 22的内壁分别设有上半圆形槽 24、 中半圆形槽 26、 下半圆形槽 28, 中半圆形槽 26的深度大于上半圆形槽 24、 下半圆形槽 28的深度, 形成一个台 阶, 可将接合套 14置入两个中半圆形槽 26围成的空间内, 同时结合套 14的上 下端被上半圆形槽 24的底端、 下半圆形槽 28的顶端抵持住, 两个半抱箍体 22 通过螺栓 30连接成一体, 抱箍 16可通过接合套 14绕竖直杆 8转动。
挂架由分别设于两个侧板 10上的两个支架 60组成, 支架 60包括挂板 62、 与挂板 62固定的滑块, 滑块沿侧板 10左右移动。
其中, 滑块为方形块 64, 挂板 62与方形块 64之间连接有中间块 66, 侧板 10的两端沿长度方向开有对称的滑槽 68, 滑槽 68的前壁贯穿侧板 10的前端, 方形块 64置入滑槽 68内, 滑槽 68的后壁开有腰形孔 70, 便于滑槽 68沿侧板 10左右移动后进行固定。
为了便于医用显示器的悬挂, 挂板 62包括 L形板 72、倒 L形板 74、连接 L 形板 72与倒 L形板 74的竖直板 76, L形板 72的顶端开有 U形槽 78,侧端开有 葫芦形孔 80, 上端孔大下端孔小, 竖直板 76上开有通孔 82, 倒 L形板 74上开 有通孔 84, 中间块 66的一侧下部开有台阶槽 86, 另一侧上下部分别开有螺槽 88、 沉头孔 90, 方形块 64上开有螺槽 92, 方形块 64部分置入台阶槽 86内且 通过螺钉 94旋入沉头孔 90、 螺槽 92内与中间块 66固定, 中间块 66的上部通 过螺钉 96旋入通孔 82、螺槽 88内与挂板 62的竖直板 76固定,侧板 10通过垫 块 98固定在立柱 4上。
使用时, 将两个垫块 98固定在立柱 4的上下端, 将两个侧板 10分别固定 在两个垫块 98上, 方形块 64通过腰形孔 70与侧板 10固定, 中间块 66固定在 方形块 64上, 挂板 62固定在中间块 66上, 将医用显示器固定在挂板 62上, 两个半圆柱形套 18对接包覆在竖直杆 8上, 通过销轴 20与竖直杆 8连接成一 体, 半圆柱形套 18置入半抱箍体 22的中半圆形槽 26内, 然后通过螺栓 30将 两个半抱箍体 22固定成一体, 后盖连接在两个竖直杆 8之间。 当医用显示器的 宽度尺寸变化时, 使方形块 64与腰形孔 70分离, 此时方形块 64可沿滑槽 68 左右移动, 当移动至可使位于上方的两个医用显示器和位于下方的两个医用显 示器并列放在框架 2内时, 将方形块 64锁紧在侧板 10上, 再将四个医用显示 器固定在挂板 62上, 便于不同宽度尺寸的四个医用显示器的悬挂。 另外, 当需 要打开后盖时,将两个保护盖 12分别由抱箍 16通过结合套 14绕竖直杆 8转动, 此时后盖被打开。
实施例三
如图 9-图 17、 图 20、 图 21所示, 一种六个医用显示器悬挂系统, 包括框 架 2、 与框架 2连接的立柱 4, 框架 2由平行的两个水平杆 6和两个竖直杆 8围 合而成, 立柱 4的上下端对称安装有两个侧板 10, 两个侧板 10的两端均设有可 左右移动的挂架, 两个竖直杆 8之间套设有后盖, 后盖由左右两个对称设置的 保护盖 12组成。
两个竖直杆 8的外侧均连接有接合套 14,接合套 14设在每个竖直杆 8的上 下端, 接合套 14外包覆有抱箍 16, 抱箍 16与保护盖 12连接。
本发明优选接合套 14由两个半圆柱形套 18组成, 两个半圆柱形套 18包覆 在竖直杆 8上且通过销轴 20与竖直杆 8连接,抱箍 16由两个半抱箍体 22组成, 半抱箍体 22的内壁分别设有上半圆形槽 24、 中半圆形槽 26、 下半圆形槽 28, 中半圆形槽 26的深度大于上半圆形槽 24、 下半圆形槽 28的深度, 形成一个台 阶, 可将接合套 14置入两个中半圆形槽 26围成的空间内, 同时结合套 14的上 下端被上半圆形槽 24的底端、 下半圆形槽 28的顶端抵持住, 两个半抱箍体 22 通过螺栓 30连接成一体, 抱箍 16可通过接合套 14绕竖直杆 8转动。
挂架由分别设于两个侧板 10上的两个支架 100组成,支架 100包括挂板 102、 与挂板 102固定的滑块, 滑块沿侧板 10左右移动。
其中, 挂板 102包括 L形板 104、 倒 L形板 106、 连接 L形板 104与倒 L形 板 106的竖直板 108,L形板 104的顶端开有 U形槽 110,侧端开有葫芦形孔 112, 上端孔大下端孔小, 竖直板 108上开有通孔 114, 倒 L形板 27上开有通孔 116。
其中, 滑块为长条形块 1 18, 挂板 102与长条形块 118之间连接有角度调节 装置 120, 侧板 10的两端沿长度方向开有对称的滑槽 122, 滑槽 122的后壁设 有腰形孔 124, 滑槽 122的前壁贯穿侧板 10的前端,侧板 10的前侧两端通过螺 钉 126固定有保护板 128, 防止在宽度调节时长条形块 118从滑槽 122内翻出, 长条形块 118的一端设有螺孔 130且置入滑槽 122内, 长条形块 118的另一端 设有凹槽 132, 凹槽 132的背壁设有通孔 134, 侧板 10的前侧中部固定有挂板 102。
角度调节装置 120包括上连接件 136、 下连接件 138以及旋转轴 140, 上连 接件 136的前侧端开有螺槽 142, 中部开有腰形孔 144, 下连接件 138的顶端对 称形成有凸台 146, 中部沿垂直方向开有通孔 148, 通孔 148由圆弧面 150和垂 直面 152组成, 下连接件 138的后侧中端开有螺槽 154, 后侧上下端分别设有第 一台阶 156、 第二台阶 158, 旋转轴 140包括中空的圆柱管 160、 固定在圆柱管 160顶端的圆形盘 162, 圆柱管 160的下端设有倒 L形缺口 (图中未示出), 圆 柱管 160穿过上连接件 136的腰形孔 144、 下连接件 138的通孔 148, 且通过倒 L形缺口的垂直面 164与通孔 148的垂直面 152贴合,实现与下连接件 138键配 合连接, 圆柱管 160与下连接件 138之间不产生相对转动, 挂板 102通过螺钉 166穿过通孔 114旋入螺槽 142与上连接件 136固定, 下连接件 138通过螺钉 168穿过通孔 134旋入螺槽 154与长条形块 118固定, 长条形块 118通过螺钉 170穿过腰形孔 124旋入螺孔 130与侧板 10固定。
为了进一步增强圆柱管 160与下连接件 138之间的固定, 下连接件 138的 前侧端设有通孔 172, 圆柱管 160的前侧端设有通孔 174, 一销轴 176依次穿过 通孔 172、通孔 174安装于下连接件 138与圆柱管 160之间。为了更进一步增强 圆柱管 160与下连接件 138之间的固定, 下连接件 138通过螺钉 178穿过一垫 片 180与圆柱管 160的底端旋紧。侧板 10的前侧中部通过支撑块 182固定有挂 板 102。 i
使用时, 两个侧板 10固定在立柱 4的上下端, 长条形块 118置入滑槽 122 内且通过螺钉 170穿过腰形孔 124旋入螺孔 130与侧板 10固定, 再将挂板 102 与上连接件 136固定, 圆柱管 160穿过上连接件 136且与下连接件 138固定连 接,下连接件 138与侧板 10固定连接,再将六个医用显示器分别固定在挂板 102 上, 两个半圆柱形套 18对接包覆在竖直杆 8上, 通过销轴 20与竖直杆 8连接 成一体, 半圆柱形套 18置入半抱箍体 22的中半圆形槽 26内, 然后通过螺栓 30 将两个半抱箍体 22固定成一体, 后盖连接在两个竖直杆 8之间, 如图 14所示。 当需要调节相邻医用显示器之间的缝隙时, 位于中间的医用显示器 184固定在 中间的挂板 102上, 手扶位于外侧的医用显示器 184进行前后和左右晃动, 通 过与挂板 102固定的上连接件 136绕旋转轴 140的圆柱管 160转动, 同时使长 条形块 118沿滑槽 122移动, 实现外侧的医用显示器 184的前后旋转和左右移 动, 使得外侧的医用显示器 184的侧端与中间的医用显示器 184的侧端为线接 触, 消除了外侧的医用显示器 184与中间的医用显示器 184之间的前视拼接缝 隙, 如图 16所示。 另外, 当需要打开后盖时, 将两个保护盖 12分别由抱箍 16 通过结合套 14绕竖直杆 8转动, 此时后盖被打开。
实施例四
如图 18、 图 19所示, 一种六个医用显示器悬挂系统, 其与实施例三的区别 仅在于侧板 10的两端沿长度方向开有对称的滑槽 186, 滑槽 186的前后壁是封 闭的, 滑槽 186的外端是开口的, 侧板 10的前侧两端没有设置保护板 128。
使用时, 两个侧板 10固定在立柱 4的上下端, 长条形块 118置入滑槽 186 内, 然后将挂板 102与上连接件 136固定, 圆柱管 160穿过上连接件 136与下 连接件 138固定连接, 下连接件 138与侧板 10固定连接, 再将六个医用显示器 分别固定在挂板 102上, 两个半圆柱形套 18对接包覆在竖直杆 8上, 通过销轴 20与竖直杆 8连接成一体,半圆柱形套 18置入半抱箍体 22的中半圆形槽 26内, 然后通过螺栓 30将两个半抱箍体 22固定成一体, 后盖连接在两个竖直杆 8之 间。 当需要调节相邻医用显示器之间的缝隙时, 位于中间的医用显示器 184固 定在中间的挂板 102上, 手扶位于外侧的医用显示器 184进行前后和左右晃动, 通过与挂板 102固定的上连接件 136绕旋转轴 140的圆柱管 160转动, 同时长 条形块 118沿滑槽 186移动, 实现外侧的医用显示器 184的前后旋转和左右移 动, 使得外侧的医用显示器 184的侧端与中间的医用显示器 184的侧端为线接 触, 消除了外侧的医用显示器 184与中间的医用显示器 184之间的前视拼接缝 隙。 另外, 当需要打开后盖时, 将两个保护盖 12分别由抱箍 16通过结合套 14 绕竖直杆 8转动, 此时后盖被打开。
如图 22所示, 在实施例 1、 实施例 2、 实施例 3、 实施例 4中, 水平杆 6还 可以设置成包括中间杆 188、与中间杆 188的两端连接的调节杆 190,调节杆 190 与竖直杆 8之间连接有转接杆 192, 中间杆 188、 调节杆 190、 转接杆 192依次 可拆卸连接, 可设置两个支杆 (图中未示出), 一个支杆的一端置入中间杆 188 内, 另一端置入调节杆 190内, 通过螺钉 (图中未示出) 使中间杆 188与支杆 以及调节杆 190与支杆拧紧, 此时中间杆 188与调节杆 190连接成一体, 然后 另一个支杆的一端置入调节杆 190内, 另一端置入转接杆 192内, 通过螺钉使 调节杆 190与支杆以及转接杆 192与支杆拧紧, 此时调节杆 190与转接杆 192 连接成一体,当需要拆卸时,直接将螺钉旋掉,便于更换不同尺寸的调节杆 190, 两个竖直杆 8之间套设有后盖, 用于保护医用显示器的电气线路, 同时避免积 累灰尘, 符合医用卫生标准, 后盖由左右两个对称设置的保护盖 12组成, 保护 盖 12包括依次可拆卸连接的第一盖 194、 调节盖 196、 第二盖 198。 第二盖 198 的上下侧端分别开有 L形缺口 200,两个第二盖 198的顶端之间连接有凹字形板 202 , 两个第二盖 198的上端之间连接有固定块 204, 两个第二盖 198的下端之 间与一加强板 206的一端连接, 加强板 206的另一端固定在中间杆 188上, 提 高了框架 2的整体强度, 便于承受更大尺寸的医用显示器, 位于上方的中间杆 188上固定有 Y形板 208, 立柱 4的上端穿过两个 L形缺口 200与凹字形板 202 围成的空腔 210且与 Y形板 208固定。
使用时, 当大医用显示器、 四个医用显示器或六个医用显示器的宽度尺寸 比较小时, 将原来的调节杆 190、调节盖 196拆卸下来, 在中间杆 188与转接杆 192之间连接更短的调节杆, 第一盖 194与第二盖 198直接连接更窄的调节盖, 然后在侧板 10上固定小尺寸的大医用显示器或并列固定小尺寸的四个医用显示 器或六个医用显示器; 当大医用显示器、 四个医用显示器或六个医用显示器的 宽度尺寸比较大时, 将原调节杆 190、调节盖 196拆卸下来, 在中间杆 188与转 接杆 192之间连接更长的调节杆, 在第一盖 194与第二盖 198之间连接更宽的 调节盖, 然后在侧板 10上固定大尺寸的大医用显示器或并列固定大尺寸的四个 医用显示器或六个医用显示器。实现框架 2、后盖的整体宽度调节, 满足不同尺 寸的大医用显示器或多个医用显示器的悬挂, 节省了大量的人力物力。

1. 一种医用显示器悬挂系统, 包括框架 (2)、 与所述框架 (2) 连接的立 柱(4), 所述框架(2) 由平行的两个水平杆(6)和两个竖直杆(8) 围合而成, 其特征在于: 所述立柱 (4) 的上下端对称安装有两个侧板 (10), 所述两个侧 板(10) 的两端均设有可左右移动的挂架, 所述两个竖直杆 (8) 之间套设有后 盖, 所述后盖由左右两个对称设置的保护盖 (12) 组成。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的医用显示器悬挂系统, 其特征在于: 所述两个竖 直杆(8) 的外侧均连接有接合套(14), 所述接合套(14)外包覆有抱箍(16), 安
所述抱箍 (16) 与所述保护盖 (12 ) 连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的医用显示器悬挂系统, 其特征在于: 所述接合套 ( 14) 由两个半圆柱形套 (18) 组成, 所述两个半圆柱形套 (18 ) 包覆在所述 竖直杆 (8) 上且通过销轴 (20) 与所述竖直杆 (8) 连接, 所述抱箍 (16 ) 由 两个半抱箍体(22 )组成,所述半抱箍体(22)的内壁分别设有上半圆形槽(24)、 中半圆形槽 (26)、 下半圆形槽 (28), 所述中半圆形槽 (26) 的深度大于所述 上半圆形槽 (24)、 下半圆形槽 (28) 的深度, 所述两个半抱箍体 (22) 通过螺 栓 ( 30) 连接。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的医用显示器悬挂系统, 其特征在于: 所述水平杆 (6) 包括中间杆 (188)、 与中间杆 (188) 的两端连接的调节杆 (190), 所述 调节杆(190 )与所述竖直杆(8)之间连接有转接杆(192), 所述中间杆(188)、 调节杆(190)、 转接杆 (192) 依次可拆卸连接, 所述保护盖 (12) 包括依次可 拆卸连接的第一盖 (194)、 调节盖 (196)、 第二盖 (198)。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的医用显示器悬挂系统, 其特征在于: 所述第二盖 ( 198) 的上下侧端分别开有 L形缺口 (200), 两个所述第二盖 (198 ) 的顶端 之间连接有凹字形板(202), 两个所述第二盖 (198) 的上端之间连接有固定块 (204) , 两个所述第二盖 (198) 的下端之间与一加强板 (206) 的一端连接, 所述加强板 (206) 的另一端固定在所述中间杆 (188) 上, 位于上方的所述中 间杆 (188) 上固定有 Y形板 (208), 所述立柱 (4) 的上端穿过两个所述 L形 缺口 (200) 与凹字形板 (202) 围成的空腔 (210) 且与所述 Y形板 (208) 固 定。
6. 根据权利要求 3或 5所述的医用显示器悬挂系统, 其特征在于: 所述挂 架包括 U形板 (32)、 限位件 (34), 所述 U形板 (32) 的两端分别设在所述两 个侧板 (10 ) 上, 两个所述 U形板 (32 ) 之间连接有垂直板 (36)。
