本发明实施例使用配置设备作为传输入网配置信息的中间设备,配置设备 在接收到接入点发送的配置指令之后, 获取无线局域网络的工作信道信息; 通 过无线局域网连接,在预置距离之内在所述工作信道信息上向所述应用终端发 送入网的配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建立无 线网络连接; 整个入网的过程无需用户人工查找并输入配置信息, 只需在配置 设备收到配置指令之后, 将该配置设备放置在应用终端能探测到的距离之内, 即可通过无线局域网连接完成配置信息的传输, 方便, 快捷。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了一种无线局域网络设备的配置方法,用于通过第三方 设备进行入网配置信息的传输。
本文中所称第三方设备是指在本发明实施例的配置方法中,功能上区别于 接入点和应用终端的设备。
在实际应用中,应用终端若需要进入无线局域网络,则需要进行网络配置, 以获得进入该无线局域网络的信任状。 首先,应用终端会向接入点发送配置请 求, 使得接入点对该应用终端发送网络配置; 在本发明实施例中, 引入了第三 方设备(配置设备), 接入点在收到配置请求后, 通知配置指令指示该第三方 设备向该应用终端发送配置信息; 具体请参阅图 1 , 本发明实施例中无线局域 网络设备的配置方法的一个实施例包括:
101、 配置设备获取无线局域网络的工作信道信息;
配置设备获取无线局域网络的工作信道信息;所述工作信道信息指示所述 无线局域网络的工作信道信息;
配置设备获取无线局域网络的工作信道信息,配置设备获取所述工作信道 信息的方式可以有多种, 具体获取方式本发明实施例不作限定。
102、 配置设备获取配置指令;
配置设备获取接入点发送的配置指令,所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设 备向应用终端传输配置信息,以便应用终端可根据所述配置信息与该接入点完 成网络配置。
103、 配置设备向应用终端发送配置信息。
配置设备通过无线局域网络, 在所述工作信道信息上发送所述配置信息, 使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建立无线网络连接。
设置安全功率的目的是为了配置设备可以在目标距离内向目标的应用终 端发送配置信息, 避免配置信息中的信任状或配置密钥泄漏。
具体的, 上述的无线局域网络可以为 WiFi网络; 本发明实施例中的配置 设备可以为接入点的配套设备,也可以为独立的, 具有无线局域网络通信功能 的第三方设备。
本发明实施例使用配置设备作为传输入网配置信息的中间设备,配置设备 在接收到接入点发送的配置指令之后, 获取无线局域网络的工作信道信息; 通 过无线局域网连接,在预置距离之内在所述工作信道信息上向所述应用终端发 送入网的配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建立无 线网络连接; 整个入网的过程无需用户人工查找并输入配置信息, 只需在配置 设备收到配置指令之后, 将该配置设备放置在能探测到应用终端的距离之内, 即可通过无线局域网连接完成配置信息的传输, 方便, 快捷。
在实际应用中, 接入点和配置设备之间可以釆用无线通讯进行消息传输, 请参阅图 2, 本发明实施例中无线局域网络设备的配置方法的另一个实施例包 括:
201、 应用终端向接入点发送配置请求消息;
待入网的应用终端向接入点发送配置请求消息,所述配置请求消息用于请 求所述接入点的配置信息,以便所述应用终端可根据所述配置信息与该接入点 完成网络配置。
在实际应用中,应用终端可以搜索到附近的接入点信息, 如果应用终端尚 未加入到这个接入点的网络中, 向该接入点发送配置请求消息,发起请求加入 无线网络的流程。所述加入无线网络的流程主要为所述应用终端获得所述接入 点的信任状的流程, 所述应用终端获得所述信任状之后, 可使用此信任状与所 述接入点进行认证, 在认证成功后与所述接入点建立无线网络连接。
202、 配置设备扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息;
具体的, 上述无线局域网的工作信道信息包括: 接入点的工作信道信息。 配置设备扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息,将所述接入点的工作信道信息 作为所述接入点与应用终端进行通信的工作信道信息。
可选的, 所述配置设备可以主动监听所述接入点的信标帧, 所述信标帧内 包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息;
可选的, 所述配置设备也可以向所述接入点发送探测请求帧, 并接收所述 接入点返回的探测响应帧,所述探测响应帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信 息。
需要说明的是, 步骤 201可在步骤 202之前执行,也可在步骤 202之后执 行。
203、 接入点向配置设备发送配置指示消息;
在接入点收到应用终端发送的配置请求消息之后,接入点向配置设备发送 配置指令,使得所述配置设备向应用终端传输配置信息, 所述配置信息为所述 应用终端与所述接入点建立无线网络连接所需的信息。
具体的, 所述配置设备为具有 WiFi连接功能的电子设备。
204、 配置设备向应用终端发送配置信息;
配置设备通过 WiFi网络, 以安全功率在所述工作信道信息上向所述应用 终端发送所述配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建 立无线网络连接。
设置安全功率的目的是为了配置设备可以在预置距离内向目标的应用终 端发送配置信息, 避免配置信息中的信任状或配置密钥泄漏。 具体的, 所述预 置距离可以在 10米之内。
示例性的, 在实际应用中, 用户可以将配置设备靠近应用终端, 使得配置 设备和应用终端的距离在该配置设备的有效传输范围之内,完成配置信息的传 输。
205、 应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点进行网络配置。
应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点完成网络配置 ,具体建立无线网 络连接的流程可以根据所述配置信息所携带的具体内容而定,本发明实施例不 作限定。
在实际应用中,配置设备可以通过有线接口(如,通用串行总线(Universal Serial BUS, USB ) )接口与接入点实现静态连接, 配置设备与接入点可以通过 该 USB接口完成各种信息的传输, 具体请参阅图 3 , 本发明实施例中无线局 域网络设备的配置方法的另一个实施例包括:
301、 应用终端向接入点发送配置请求消息;
待入网的应用终端向接入点发送配置请求消息,所述配置请求消息用于请 求所述接入点的配置信息,以便所述应用终端可根据所述配置信息与该接入点 建立无线网络连接。
在实际应用中,应用终端可以搜索到附近的接入点信息, 向该接入点发送 配置请求消息,发起请求加入无线网络的流程。 所述加入无线网络的流程主要 的为所述应用终端获得所述接入点的信任状的流程,所述应用终端获得所述信 任状之后, 可使用此信任状与所述接入点进行认证,在认证成功后与所述接入 点建立无线网络连接。
302、 接入点通过有线接口向所述配置设备发送接入点与应用终端进行通 信的工作信道信息;

在接入点收到应用终端发送的配置请求消息之后 ,若接入点与配置设备处 于静态连接的状态, 则接入点可以通过 USB连接向配置设备发送配置指示消 息, 所述配置指示消息中携带有配置指令,使得所述配置设备向应用终端传输 配置信息,所述配置信息为所述应用终端与所述接入点建立无线网络连接所需 的信息。
具体的, 所述配置设备是一个近距离通信的设备, 支持 WiFi功能。 为确 保通信距离为预设的距离, 可以通过降低功率, 增加功率衰减器, 或者某种特 殊的发送机制(如, 无线电波扭曲方法)将配置设备的通信距离控制在一定范 围内。
所述配置信息可以包含一个用于进行配置的密钥, 简称配置密钥, 所述配 置密钥可以为长度为 128位或更长的比特串,难以被恶意攻击者破解。这个配 置密钥可以是固定设置在配置设备中的,并且接入点中也设置有相同的配置密 钥。例如所述接入点和配置设备在出厂时由厂家同时在所述接入点和配置设备 上设置相同的密钥。 所述配置设备也可以通过 USB连接获取到所述接入点的 配置密钥, 即非原厂配对的配置设备和接入点也可以通过 USB连接进行配置 密钥的重新配对。
可选的, 这个配置密钥也可以是接入点在所述配置指令中携带的, 即所述 配置指令中携带配置信息, 所述配置信息包含配置密钥, 如此, 所述配置密钥 可以总是一次性有效。
若所述配置指令中包含配置信息, 则所述配置信息也可以包含一个信任 状, 所述信任状通常包含一个帐号名和与此帐号名对应的密钥。该信任状只会 传递给一个应用终端, 即一次性有效。
若所述配置指令中包含配置信息,则所述接入点使用一个配置加密密钥加 密此配置信息, 以便所述配置信息通过 WIFI通道安全地送到所述配置设备。 而可选的, 所述配置加密密钥可以固定预置在所述配置设备和接入点两端, 或 者, 接入点通过无线网络将自身的配置密钥发送至目标的配置设备。
304、 配置设备向应用终端发送配置信息;
配置设备通过 WiFi网络, 以安全功率在所述工作信道信息上向所述应用 终端发送所述配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建 立无线网络连接。
所述配置设备使用预置的功率向外发送配置信息,使得所述配置信息的发 送范围在安全距离之内, 所述安全的传播距离小于 10米, 为更进一步地确保 安全, 所述传播距离可以设置为 1米; 例如, 一般地应用终端只能在 1米范围 内正确地接收到配置设备发送的消息, 根据标准中规定接收机的灵敏度 -80dBm, 结合路径衰减公式: 路径损耗= 32.5 + 20 * (1(¾1。(频率) + 1(¾1。(距离)), 路径 损耗以 dB为单位, 频率以 GHz为单位, 距离以米为单位, 进行计算, 假如工 作在 2.4GHz频带下, 这个功率大约为 0.0001毫瓦。
可选的, 配置设备发送配置信息时可以釆用单播或广播方式。如果所述配 置指令中没有携带应用终端的身份标识(具体可以为应用终端的地址信息, 如 媒体接入控制地址), 则配置设备釆用广播发送配置信息; 如果所述配置指令 中携带了应用终端的身份标识, 则配置设备可釆用单播的方式发送配置信息, 明确所述配置信息的接收者是所述应用终端。
305、 应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点进行网络配置。
可选地, 若所述配置信息包含配置密钥,应用终端则根据所述配置密钥与 接入点进行无线保真安全建立 (WiFi protected setup, WPS )现有交互过程或 其它的配置过程,在配置过程中从所述接入点获得信任状等信息; 之后使用获 得的信任状与所述接入点完成无线网络的连接。在所述应用终端与所述接入点 进行配置过程中, 所述应用终端和接入点将使用所述配置密钥相互认证对方, 以确认对方是正确的对方,并在配置密钥的参与下协商临时密钥保护配置数据 例如信任状的传递。 WPS 规范中具体地描述了配置过程, 本发明就不再重复 描述。
可选地, 若所述配置信息包含所述信任状, 则应用终端直接使用该信任状 与所述接入点完成无线网络的连接。
在实际应用中, 若配对的接入点和配置设备处于非静态连接的状态 (即
USB连接断开), 接入点也可以通过无线网络(如 WiFi网络) 向配置设备传 输各种信息, 具体请参阅图 4, 本发明实施例中无线局域网络设备的配置方法 的另一个实施例包括:
401、 配置设备扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息;
配置设备扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息,将所述接入点的工作信道信息 作为所述接入点与应用终端进行通信的工作信道信息。在本发明实施例中, 由 于配置设备和接入点处于非静态连接,而接入点的工作信道信息又有可能发生 改变, 因此, 配置设备可通过扫描更新所述接入点的工作信道信息。
可选的, 所述配置设备可以主动监听所述接入点的信标帧, 所述信标帧内 包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息;
可选的, 所述配置设备也可以向所述接入点发送探测请求帧, 并接收所述 接入点返回的探测响应帧,所述探测响应帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信 息。
402、 应用终端向接入点发送配置请求消息;
待入网的应用终端向接入点发送配置请求消息,所述配置请求消息用于请 求所述接入点的配置信息,以便所述应用终端可根据所述配置信息与该接入点 建立无线网络连接。
在实际应用中,应用终端可以搜索到附近的接入点信息, 向该接入点发送 配置请求消息,发起请求加入无线网络的流程。 所述加入无线网络的流程主要 的为所述应用终端获得所述接入点的信任状的流程,所述应用终端获得所述信 任状之后, 可使用此信任状与所述接入点进行认证,在认证成功后与所述接入 点建立无线网络连接。

可选的,在接收到所述配置请求消息之后,接入点可以向应用终端发送配 置请求响应消息,所述配置请求响应消息用于指示所述应用终端在预置的时间 内接收所述配置设备发送的所述配置信息。
404、 接入点通过无线保真连接向配置设备发送配置指示消息;
在接入点收到应用终端发送的配置请求消息之后,若接入点与配置设备处 于非静态连接的状态, 则接入点可以通过 WiFi连接向配置设备发送配置指示 消息, 所述配置指示消息中携带有配置指令,使得所述配置设备向应用终端传 输配置信息,所述配置信息为所述接入点与所述应用终端建立无线网络连接的 信息。
具体的, 所述配置设备为是一个支持近距离通信的设备, 支持 WiFi功能。 为确保通信距离为预设的距离, 可以通过降低功率, 增加功率衰减器, 或者某 种特殊的发送机制(如, 无线电波扭曲方法)将配置设备的通信距离控制在一 定范围内。
所述配置信息可以包含一个用于进行配置的密钥, 简称配置密钥, 所述配 置密钥可以为长度为 128位或更长的比特串, 难以被恶意攻击者破解。
可选的, 这个配置密钥也可以是接入点在所述配置指令中携带的, 即所述 配置指令中携带配置信息, 所述配置信息包含配置密钥, 如此, 所述配置密钥 可以总是一次性有效。
若所述配置指令中包含配置信息, 则所述配置信息也可以包含一个信任 状, 所述信任状通常包含一个帐号名和与此帐号名对应的密钥。该信任状只会 传递给一个应用终端, 即一次性有效。

405、 配置设备向应用终端发送配置信息;
配置设备通过 WiFi网络, 以安全功率在所述工作信道信息上向所述应用 终端发送所述配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建 立无线网络连接。
所述配置设备使用预置的功率向外发送配置信息,使得所述配置信息的发 送范围在安全距离之内, 所述安全的传播距离小于 10米, 为更进一步地确保 所述距离为安全的, 可以将该距离设置为 1米,根据标准中规定接收机的灵敏 度(接收端能识别出的最小功率值) -80dBm, 这个功率大约为 0.0001毫瓦。 可选的, 配置设备发送配置信息时可以釆用单播或广播方式。如果所述配置指 令中没有携带应用终端的身份标识(具体可以为应用终端的地址信息,如媒体 接入控制地址), 则配置设备釆用广播发送配置信息; 如果所述配置指令中携 带了应用终端的身份标识, 则配置设备可釆用单播的方式发送配置信息, 明确 所述配置信息的接收者是所述应用终端。
406、 应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点建立无线网络连接。
可选地, 若所述配置信息包含配置密钥,应用终端则根据所述配置密钥与 接入点进行无线保真安全建立 (WiFi protected setup, WPS )现有交互过程或 其它的配置过程,在配置过程中从所述接入点获得信任状等信息; 之后使用获 得的信任状与所述接入点完成无线网络的连接。在所述应用终端与所述接入点 进行配置过程中, 所述应用终端和接入点将使用所述配置密钥相互认证对方, 以确认对方是正确的对方,并在配置密钥的参与下协商临时密钥保护配置数据 例如信任状的传递。 WPS 规范中具体地描述了配置过程, 本发明就不再重复 描述。
可选地, 若所述配置信息包含所述信任状, 则应用终端直接使用该信任状 与所述接入点完成无线网络的连接。
下面对用于执行上述无线局域网络设备的配置方法的本发明配置设备的 实施例进行说明, 其逻辑结构请参考图 5, 本发明实施例中配置设备的一个实 施例包括:
信道获取单元 501 , 用于获取无线局域网的工作信道信息, 所述工作信道 信息用于指示所述无线局域网的工作信道;
配置接收单元 502, 用于根据所述工作信道信息, 通过所述工作信道接收 接入点发送的配置指令,所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端的配置请求 后发送, 所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息;

进一步的, 本发明实施例中的信道获取单元 501包括:
第一获取模块 5011 , 用于扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息, 获得所述接 入点与应用终端进行通信的工作信道信息; 所述第一获取模块具体还可以用 于: 监听所述接入点的信标帧, 所述信标帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信 息;或,向所述接入点发送探测请求帧,并接收所述接入点返回的探测响应帧, 所述探测响应帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息。

配置发送单元 503通过 WiFi网络, 以安全功率在所述工作信道信息上向 所述应用终端发送所述配置信息 ,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述 接入点建立无线网络连接。
设置安全功率的目的是为了配置设备可以在目标距离内向目标的应用终 端发送配置信息, 避免配置信息中的信任状或配置密钥泄漏。
示例性的, 在实际应用中, 用户可以将配置设备靠近应用终端, 使得配置 设备和应用终端的距离在该配置设备的有效传输范围之内,以完成配置信息的 传输。
所述配置信息可以包含一个用于进行配置的密钥, 简称配置密钥, 所述配 置密钥可以为长度为 128位或更长的比特串,难以被恶意攻击者破解。这个配 置密钥可以是固定设置在配置设备中的,并且接入点中也设置有相同的配置密 钥。例如所述接入点和配置设备在出厂时由厂家同时在所述接入点和配置设备 上设置相同的密钥。 所述配置设备也可以通过 USB连接获取到所述接入点的 配置密钥, 即非原厂配对的配置设备和接入点也可以通过 USB连接进行配置 密钥的重新配对。
可选的, 这个配置密钥也可以是接入点在所述配置指令中携带的, 即所述 配置指令中携带配置信息, 所述配置信息包含配置密钥, 如此, 所述配置密钥 可以总是一次性有效。
若所述配置指令中包含配置信息, 则所述配置信息也可以包含一个信任 状, 所述信任状通常包含一个帐号名和与此帐号名对应的密钥。该信任状只会 传递给一个应用终端, 即一次性有效。
若所述配置指令中包含配置信息,则所述接入点使用一个配置加密密钥加 密此配置信息, 以便所述配置信息通过 WiFi通道安全地送到所述配置设备。 而可选的, 所述配置密钥可以固定预置在所述配置设备和接入点两端, 或者, 接入点通过无线网络将自身的配置密钥发送至目标的配置设备。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质, 其中, 该计算机存储介质可 存储有程序,该程序执行时包括上述方法实施例中记载的无线局域网络设备的 配置方法的部分或全部步骤。
请参见图 6, 本发明实施例还提供了一种配置设备, 可包括:
输入装置 601 , 输出装置 602, 存储器 603和处理器 604 (配置设备中的 处理器的数量可以为一个或多个, 图 6中以一个处理器为例)在本发明的一些 实施例中, 输入装置 601 , 输出装置 602, 存储器 603和处理器 604可通过总 线或其它方式连接, 其中, 图 6中通过总线连接为例。
其中, 所述处理器 604执行如下步骤:
获取无线局域网的工作信道信息,所述工作信道信息用于指示所述无线局 域网的工作信道; 根据所述工作信道信息,通过所述工作信道接收接入点发送 的配置指令, 所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端的配置请求后发送, 所 述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息;通过所述工作信道信息发送 所述配置信息 ,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点进行网络配 置。
存储器 603所存储的信息包括:
所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备向应用终端传输配置信息,以便应用 终端可根据所述配置信息与该接入点完成网络配置。
所述信标帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息;所述探测响应帧内包含 有所述接入点的工作信道信息。
所述配置信息可以包含一个用于进行配置的密钥, 简称配置密钥, 所述配 置密钥可以为长度为 128位或更长的比特串,难以被恶意攻击者破解。这个配 置密钥可以是固定设置在配置设备中的,并且接入点中也设置有相同的配置密 钥。例如所述接入点和配置设备在出厂时由厂家同时在所述接入点和配置设备 上设置相同的密钥。 所述配置设备也可以通过 USB连接获取到所述接入点的 配置密钥, 即非原厂配对的配置设备和接入点也可以通过 USB连接进行配置 密钥的重新配对。
可选的, 这个配置密钥也可以是接入点在所述配置指令中携带的, 即所述 配置指令中携带配置信息, 所述配置信息包含配置密钥, 如此, 所述配置密钥 可以总是一次性有效。
若所述配置指令中包含配置信息, 则所述配置信息也可以包含一个信任 状, 所述信任状通常包含一个帐号名和与此帐号名对应的密钥。该信任状只会 传递给一个应用终端, 即一次性有效。 若所述配置指令中包含配置信息, 则所 述接入点使用一个配置加密密钥加密此配置信息, 以便所述配置信息通过
WIFI通道安全地送到所述配置设备。 而可选的, 所述配置密钥可以固定预置 在所述配置设备和接入点两端, 或者,接入点通过无线网络将自身的配置密钥 发送至目标的配置设备。
在本发明的另一些实施例中, 处理器 604还可以执行如下步骤: 扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息,将所述接入点的工作信道信息作为所述 接入点与应用终端进行通信的工作信道信息; 具体的操作为: 监听所述接入点 的信标帧, 所述信标帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息; 或, 向所述接入 点发送探测请求帧, 并接收所述接入点返回的探测响应帧, 所述探测响应帧内 包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息; 或,通过有线接口接收所述接入点发送的 所述接入点与应用终端进行通信的工作信道信息。
下面对用于执行上述无线局域网络设备的配置方法的本发明接入点的实 施例进行说明, 其逻辑结构请参考图 7, 本发明实施例中接入点的一个实施例 包括:
请求接收单元 701 , 用于接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息;
指令发送单元 702, 用于向配置设备发送配置指令, 使得所述配置设备根 据工作信道信息指示的工作信道向所述应用终端发送配置信息,所述配置信息 用于所述应用终端与所述接入点进行网络配置 ,所述工作信道信息为所述配置 设备获取的所述接入点所在无线局域网的工作信道信息。
所述接入点还包括:
响应单元 703 , 用于在接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息之后, 向所述应 用终端发送配置请求响应消息, 所述配置请求响应消息包含配置时间信息, 所 述配置时间信息用于指示所述应用终端在所述配置时间信息指示的时间内接 收所述配置设备发送的所述配置信息。
所述接入点还包括:
信息传输单元 704, 用于通过有线连接, 向所述配置设备发送工作信道信 息和 /或所述配置信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质, 其中, 该计算机存储介质可 存储有程序,该程序执行时包括上述方法实施例中记载的无线局域网络设备的 配置方法的部分或全部步骤。
同样请参见图 6, 本发明实施例还提供了一种配置设备, 可包括: 输入装置 601 , 输出装置 602, 存储器 603和处理器 604 (配置设备中的 处理器的数量可以为一个或多个, 图 6中以一个处理器为例)在本发明的一些 实施例中, 输入装置 601 , 输出装置 602, 存储器 603和处理器 604可通过总 线或其它方式连接, 其中, 图 6中通过总线连接为例。
其中, 所述处理器 604执行如下步骤:
接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息; 向配置设备发送配置指令,使得所述 配置设备根据工作信道信息指示的工作信道向所述应用终端发送配置信息,所 述配置信息为所述接入点与所述应用终端完成网络配置的信息。
存储器 603所存储的信息包括:
所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备向应用终端传输配置信息,以便应用 终端可根据所述配置信息与该接入点完成网络配置。
所述信标帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息;所述探测响应帧内包含 有所述接入点的工作信道信息。
所述响应消息用于指示所述应用终端在预置的时间内完成接收所述配置 设备发送的所述配置信息。 进一步的, 所述处理器 604还执行如下步骤:
在接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息之后 ,向所述应用终端发送配置请求 响应消息。
通过有线连接, 向所述配置设备发送工作信道信息和 /或所述配置信息。 下面对用于执行上述无线局域网络设备的配置方法的本发明无线局域网 络设备的配置系统的实施例进行说明, 其逻辑结构请参考图 8, 本发明实施例 中无线局域网络设备的配置系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入点 801 , 配置设备 802和应用终端 803;
所述接入点 801用于接收应用终端 803发送的配置请求消息;根据所述配 置请求消息向配置设备发送配置指令,使得所述配置设备 802根据工作信道信 息指示的工作信道向所述应用终端发送配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述应用 终端与所述接入点进行网络配置,所述工作信道信息为所述配置设备获取的所 述接入点所在无线局域网的工作信道信息;
所述配置设备 802用于获取无线局域网的工作信道信息,所述工作信道信 息用于指示所述无线局域网的工作信道; 根据所述工作信道信息,通过所述工 作信道接收接入点发送的配置指令,所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端 的配置请求后发送, 所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息; 通过 所述工作信道信息发送所述配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与 所述接入点进行网络配置。
本发明实施例的具体操作流程请参阅上述方法实施例, 此处不再赘述。 在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到, 所揭露的装置和方法可以 通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如, 所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分, 实际实现时可以有另外的划分方 式, 例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统, 或一些特征可 以忽略, 或不执行。 另一点, 所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通 信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性, 机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为 单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者 也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部 单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在 ,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元 中。上述集成的单元既可以釆用硬件的形式实现,也可以釆用软件功能单元的 形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售 或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发 明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全 部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储 介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器, 或者网络设备等 )执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前述 的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存储器(RAM, Random Access Memory ), 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以 存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应 所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种无线局域网络设备的配置方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
配置设备获取无线局域网的工作信道信息,所述工作信道信息用于指示所 述无线局域网的工作信道;
所述配置设备根据所述工作信道信息,通过所述工作信道接收接入点发送 的配置指令, 所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端的配置请求后发送, 所 述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息;
所述配置设备通过所述工作信道信息发送所述配置信息 ,使得所述应用终 端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点进行网络配置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配置设备获取无线局 域网的工作信道信息, 包括:
配置设备扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息,获得所述接入点与应用终端进 行通信的工作信道信息;
或,通过有线接口接收所述接入点发送的所述接入点与应用终端进行通信 的工作信道信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述有线接口包括通用串 行总线 USB接口。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述扫描所述接入点的工 作信道信息具体为:
监听所述接入点的信标帧,所述信标帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信 息;
或,向所述接入点发送探测请求帧,并接收所述接入点返回的探测响应帧, 所述探测响应帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配置信息包括: 配置密钥,所述配置密钥用于使得所述应用终端从所述接入点获取与所述 接入点建立无线网络连接的信任状;
或,
与所述接入点建立无线网络连接的信任状。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过工 作信道信息发送所述配置信息, 具体为:
通过所述工作信道信息在预置距离内发送所述配置信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过所述工作信道信 息在预置距离内发送所述配置信息, 包括:
通过所述工作信道信息以安全功率发送所述配置信息,所述安全功率使得 所述配置设备发送所述配置信息的有效传播距离在所述预置距离内。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预置距离小于 10 米。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 8任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配置指 令中包含有配置时间信息; 所述通过所述工作信道信息发送所述配置信息, 包 括:
在所述配置时间信息指示的时间之内,通过所述工作信道信息向所述应用 终端发送所述配置信息。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 8任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配置指 令中包含有所述应用终端的地址信息;所述通过所述工作信道信息发送所述配 置信息, 包括:
通过所述工作信道信息以单播消息向所述地址信息对应的应用终端发送 所述配置信息。
11、 一种无线局域网络设备的配置方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入点接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息;
所述接入点根据所述配置请求消息向配置设备发送配置指令,使得所述配 置设备根据工作信道信息指示的工作信道向所述应用终端发送配置信息,所述 配置信息用于所述应用终端与所述接入点进行网络配置,所述工作信道信息为 所述配置设备获取的所述接入点所在无线局域网的工作信道信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入点接收应用终 端发送的配置请求消息之后, 所述方法还包括:
向所述应用终端发送配置请求响应消息,所述配置请求响应消息包含配置 时间信息,所述配置时间信息用于指示所述应用终端在所述配置时间信息指示 的时间内接收所述配置设备发送的所述配置信息。
13、根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置指令包括: 所述配置信息。
14、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收应用终端 发送的配置请求消息之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述接入点通过有线连接, 向所述配置设备发送工作信道信息和 /或所述 配置信息。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配置指令包括: 配置时间信息,用于指示所述配置设备在所述时间信息指示的时间之内完 成所述配置信息的发送; 和 /或
应用终端的地址信息,用于指示所述配置设备釆用单播的形式向所述地址 信息对应的应用终端发送所述配置信息。
16、 根据权利要求 11至 15任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配置 信息包括:
配置密钥 ,所述配置密钥用于使得所述应用终端从所述接入点获取与所述 接入点建立无线网络连接的信任状; 或
与所述接入点建立无线网络连接的信任状。
17、 一种配置设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
信道获取单元, 用于获取无线局域网的工作信道信息, 所述工作信道信息 用于指示所述无线局域网的工作信道;
配置接收单元, 用于根据所述工作信道信息,通过所述工作信道接收接入 点发送的配置指令,所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端的配置请求后发 送, 所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息;
配置发送单元, 用于通过所述工作信道信息发送所述配置信息,使得所述 应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点进行网络配置。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的配置设备, 其特征在于, 所述信道获取单元 包括:
第一获取模块, 用于扫描所述接入点的工作信道信息, 获得所述接入点与 应用终端进行通信的工作信道信息;
第二获取模块,用于通过有线接口接收所述接入点发送的所述接入点与应 用终端进行通信的工作信道信息。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的配置设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取模块, 具体还可以用于:
监听所述接入点的信标帧,所述信标帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信 息;
或,向所述接入点发送探测请求帧,并接收所述接入点返回的探测响应帧, 所述探测响应帧内包含有所述接入点的工作信道信息。
20、 根据权利要求 17至 19任意一项所述的配置设备, 其特征在于, 所述 配置发送单元具体用于:通过所述工作信道信息在预置距离内发送所述配置信 息。
21、 根据权利要求 17至 19任意一项所述的配置设备, 其特征在于, 所述 配置发送单元具体还用于:
通过所述工作信道信息以安全功率发送所述配置信息,所述安全功率使得 所述配置设备发送所述配置信息的有效传播距离在预置距离内,所述预置距离 小于 10米。
22、 一种计算机存储介质, 其特征在于,
所述计算机存储介质可存储有程序, 所述程序执行时包括如权利要求 1 至 10任意一项所述的步骤。
23、 一种配置设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
输入装置, 输出装置, 存储器和处理器;
其中, 所述处理器执行如下步骤:
获取无线局域网的工作信道信息,所述工作信道信息用于指示所述无线局 域网的工作信道; 根据所述工作信道信息,通过所述工作信道接收接入点发送 的配置指令, 所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端的配置请求后发送, 所 述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息;通过所述工作信道信息发送 所述配置信息 ,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述接入点进行网络配 置。
24、 一种接入点, 其特征在于, 包括:
请求接收单元, 用于接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息; 指令发送单元, 用于向配置设备发送配置指令,使得所述配置设备根据工 作信道信息指示的工作信道向所述应用终端发送配置信息,所述配置信息用于 所述应用终端与所述接入点进行网络配置 ,所述工作信道信息为所述配置设备 获取的所述接入点所在无线局域网的工作信道信息。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的接入点, 其特征在于, 所述接入点还包括: 响应单元, 用于在接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息之后, 向所述应用终 端发送配置请求响应消息, 所述配置请求响应消息包含配置时间信息, 所述配 置时间信息用于指示所述应用终端在所述配置时间信息指示的时间内接收所 述配置设备发送的所述配置信息。
26、 根据权利要求 24或 25所述的接入点, 其特征在于, 所述接入点还包 括:
信息传输单元, 用于通过有线连接, 向所述配置设备发送工作信道信息和 /或所述配置信息。
27、 一种计算机存储介质, 其特征在于,
所述计算机存储介质可存储有程序, 所述程序执行时包括如权利要求 11 至 16任意一项所述的步骤。
28、 一种配置设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
输入装置, 输出装置, 存储器和处理器;
其中, 所述处理器执行如下步骤:
接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息;根据所述配置请求消息向配置设备发 送配置指令,使得所述配置设备根据工作信道信息指示的工作信道向所述应用 终端发送配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述应用终端与所述接入点进行网络配 置,所述工作信道信息为所述配置设备获取的所述接入点所在无线局域网的工 作信道信息。
29、 一种无线局域网络设备的配置系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入点, 配置设备和应用终端;
所述接入点用于接收应用终端发送的配置请求消息;根据所述配置请求消 息向配置设备发送配置指令,使得所述配置设备根据工作信道信息指示的工作 信道向所述应用终端发送配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述应用终端与所述接 入点进行网络配置,所述工作信道信息为所述配置设备获取的所述接入点所在 无线局域网的工作信道信息;
所述配置设备用于获取无线局域网的工作信道信息,所述工作信道信息用 于指示所述无线局域网的工作信道; 根据所述工作信道信息,通过所述工作信 道接收接入点发送的配置指令,所述配置指令在所述接入点收到应用终端的配 置请求后发送, 所述配置指令用于指示所述配置设备发送配置信息; 通过所述 工作信道信息发送所述配置信息,使得所述应用终端根据所述配置信息与所述 接入点进行网络配置。
