Abstract

The invention relates to the field of aerospace engineering. The present rocket engine uses the surface material of celestial bodies as a working fluid. The surface material is completely or partially ground and placed in capsules having an electromagnetic shell. Said capsules are accelerated in an electromagnetic accelerator. In the end part of the accelerator there is mounted a feeder that contains additional working fluid, for example beads of frozen hydrogen. The invention enables simplified fueling of rockets on other celestial bodies and provides additional thrust.
