在 3GPP PCC架构中,移动设备建立的每一个分组数据网( Packet Data Network, PDN ) 连接都对应一个互联网协议 -连接接入网络 ( Internet Protocol-Connectivity Access Network, IP-CAN )会话, PCRF实体向 SPR/UDR提供移动设备的用户标识和 /或 PDN标识来获取对 应 IP-CAN会话的策略和计费控制信息, 其中移动设备的用户标识可以为国际移动用户识 别码( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, IMSI ), PDN标识可以为接入点名称( Access Point Name, APN ), 而 SPR/UDR以每 PDN的粒度向 PCRF实体提供签约信息, 也即在 SPR/UDR中,移动设备的 PDN相关的签约信息的存储形式为 IMSI+APN。特别的,在 3GPP Rll BBAI ( Broadband Access Interworking, 宽带接入互联) WI中, 移动设备的分流连接 也对应一个 IP-CAN会话, PCRF实体向 SPR提供 IMSI和 NSWO-APN( Non-Seamless WLAN Offload-Access Point Name, 非无缝 WLAN分流接入点名称 ) 来获取应用于该分流连接的 策略与计费控制信息。
如图 2所示, 移动设备的分流连接的 IP-CAN会话建立流程为:
S201、 移动设备的接入认证;
5202、 BPCF实体发起 IP-CAN会话建立请求;
5203、 PCRF实体向签约数据库发出签约信息请求消息; 消息中包含移动设备的 IMSI 和 NSWO-APN ( NSWO-APN用于标识该 IP-CAN会话对应的是分流连接)。
5204、签约数据库向 PCRF实体返回签约信息回应信息;其中包含移动设备签约的 PCC 规则信息。
5205、 PCRF实体向 BPCF发送 IP-CAN确认建立指令回复;
5206、 向 TDF ( Traffic Detection Function, 流量检测功能)请求会话建立;
5207、 TDF回复确认会话建立。
其中 S203和 S204为 PCRF实体向 SPR获取签约信息的过程。
3GPP PCC 架构中, 当建立固定接入会话 ( fixed access session ) 时, 宽带网络网关
( Broadband Gateway, BNG )也会为该会话建立到 PCRF实体的 IP-CAN会话。 固定接入 会话包含两种情况: 固定设备(如个人计算机)到宽带网络网关之间的固定接入会话, 以 及本地网关到宽带网络网关之间的固定接入会话。 本地网关到宽带网络网关之间的固定接 入会话可看作固定接入线路到宽带网络网关的固定接入会话。
以固定设备到宽带网络网关的固定接入会话为例, 如图 3所示, 固定设备的 IP-CAN 会话建立流程为:
5301、 固定设备的接入认证; BBF AAA ( Authentication Authorization Accounting, 认证、 授权、 计费)对其进行认证 , 宽带网络网关为固定设备分配 IP地址。
5302、 宽带网络网关发起 IP-CAN会话建立请求; 宽带网络网关向 PCRF实体提供签 约标识, 接入线路标识符, 等信息。
5303、 PCRF实体从签约数据库 SPR中获取固定设备的签约信息;
5304、 PCRF实体进行策略决策;
5305、 PCRF实体将 PCC策略发送给宽带网络网关; S306、 宽带网络网关执行 PCC策略。
其中, BBF接入的签约信息是 FFS ( For Further Study, 需要进一步研究)。
由上述步骤可知, 对于固定接入会话的 IP-CAN会话, PCRF实体如何从 SPR/UDR中 获取固定设备或固定接入线路的策略相关的签约信息, 目前尚无解决方案。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种获取签约信息的方法及装置, 以实现策略与计费规则功能实 体从签约数据库中获取固定设备或固定接入线路的策略相关的签约信息。
一种获取签约信息的方法, 包括:
策略与计费规则功能 PCRF实体确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息;
PCRF 实体向用于存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息的签约数据库发送包含所 述固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息的签约信息请求消息;
PCRF实体接收所述签约数据库发送的与所述标识信息对应存储的签约信息。
一种获取签约信息的装置, 包括:
确定单元, 用于确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息;
发送单元, 用于向用于存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息的签约数据库发送包 含所述固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息的签约信息请求消息;
接收单元, 用于接收所述签约数据库发送的与所述标识信息对应存储的签约信息。 本发明实施例还提供一种策略与计费规则功能 PCRF实体, 该 PCRF实体在硬件上包 括处理器及数据收发接口, 其中:
所述处理器被配置为用于: 确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息; 向用 于存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息的签约数据库发送包含固定设备或固定接入 线路标识信息的签约信息请求消息; 接收签约数据库发送的与标识信息对应存储的签约信 息;
所述数据收发接口用于实现处理器与固定设备、 固定接入线路及签约数据库之间的数 据通信。
本发明实施例提供了一种获取签约信息的方法及装置, 在签约数据库中对应固定设备 的标识信息存储固定设备的签约信息, 对应固定接入线路的标识信息存储固定接入线路的 签约信息, 当建立 IP-CAN会话时, 策略与计费规则功能实体向签约数据库发送包含标识 信息的签约信息请求消息, 进而获取与标识信息对应存储的签约信息, 实现了策略与计费 规则功能实体从签约数据库中获取固定设备或固定接入线路的策略相关的签约信息。 附图说明 图 1为现有技术提供的一种融合的 3GPP PCC架构示意图;

图 6为本发明实施例提供的一种固定接入线路建立 IP-CAN会话方法流程图; 图 7为本发明实施例提供的一种获取签约信息的装置示意图。 具体实施方式 本发明实施例提供了一种获取签约信息的方法及装置, 在签约数据库中对应固定设备 的标识信息存储固定设备的签约信息, 对应固定接入线路的标识信息存储固定接入线路的 签约信息, 当建立 IP-CAN会话时, 策略与计费规则功能实体向签约数据库发送包含标识 信息的签约信息请求消息, 进而获取与标识信息对应存储的签约信息, 实现了策略与计费 规则功能实体从签约数据库中获取固定设备或固定接入线路的策略相关的签约信息。
固定接入会话包含两种情况: 固定设备 (如个人计算机)到宽带网络网关之间的固定 接入会话, 以及本地网关到宽带网络网关之间的固定接入会话。 本地网关到宽带网络网关 之间的固定接入会话可看作固定接入线路到宽带网络网关的固定接入会话。
因此, 在存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息时, 可以将固定设备或固定接入线 路的标识信息与固定设备或固定接入线路签约信息对应存储, 可以根据固定设备或固定接 入线路的标识信息获取签约信息。
具体的, 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供一种获取签约信息的方法, 包括:
5401、 PCRF实体确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息;
5402、 PCRF 实体向用于存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息的签约数据库发送 包含固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息的签约信息请求消息;
5403、 PCRF实体接收签约数据库发送的与标识信息对应存储的签约信息。
其中, 固定设备的标识信息可以为: 网络访问标识符 NAI; 固定接入线路的标识信息 可以为: 固定接入线路标识。 当然, 本领域技术人员也可以釆用其他标识信息作为固定设 备或固定接入线路的标识信息, 只要所选的标识信息能够唯一标识相应的固定设备或固定 接入线路即可。
签约数据库可以具体为: SPR或者 UDR。 当然, 本领域的技术人员可以釆用其他可以 使用的签约数据库。 通过该获取签约信息的方法, PCRF 实体向签约数据库发送包含固定设备或固定接入 线路的标识信息的签约信息请求消息, 进而获取与固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息对 应存储的签约信息, 实现了策略与计费规则功能实体从签约数据库中获取固定设备或固定 接入线路的策略相关的签约信息。
通常情况下, PCRF 实体在接收到宽带网络网关发送的消息后, 确定需要建立固定接 入会话, 进而确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息, 此时, S401中 PCRF实 体确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息具体为:
PCRF 实体接收到宽带网络网关发送的携带固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息的消 息, 并确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息。
当然, PCRF 实体可能在其他情况下确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信 息, 并进行签约信息的获取。
较佳的, 由于固定设备或固定接入线路签约的 IP业务网络类型多样,对于固定设备和 固定接入线路,可以增加一个 IP业务网络标识, 用于和固定设备的签约标识或固定接入线 路的签约标识共同标识固定接入会话对应的 IP-CAN会话。
IP业务网络可以是运营商的 IP业务网络, 也可以是因特网。 在对固定接入会话进行 较粗粒度的策略控制的情况下, 对于某个固定设备, 对应的 IP业务网络标识只有一个, 此 时, 只要在签约数据库中对应存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识与相应的签约信息 即可; 在对固定接入会话进行较细粒度的策略控制的情况下, 对于某个固定设备, 对应的
IP业务网络标识有多个, 此时, 可以进一步在签约数据库中对应存储固定设备或固定接入 线路的签约标识以及 IP业务网络标识与相应的签约信息, 以便于根据 IP业务网络标识更 准确的选择适合的签约信息。
此时, S402中的固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息具体包括: 固定设备或固定接入 线路的签约标识以及固定设备或固定接入线路签约的 IP业务网络标识。
此时, 签约数据库中固定设备的签约信息的存储方式如表 1所示:

具体的, 当签约数据库为 SPR时, 本发明实施例提供了一种具体的建立固定设备到宽 带网络网关 IP-CAN会话的方法, 其中 IP-CAN会话是固定接入会话的一种, 如图 5所示, 该方法包括:
S501、 固定设备的接入认证; BBF AAA通过固定设备的 NAI对其进行认证 , 宽带网 络网关为固定设备分配 IP地址。
S502、 宽带网络网关发起 IP-CAN会话建立; 宽带网络网关向 PCRF实体提供固定设 备的 NAI , 接入网络的 IP业务网络标识等信息。
S503、 PCRF实体向 SPR发出签约信息请求消息; 消息中包含固定设备的 NAI和 IP 业务网络标识。 5504、 在 SPR中根据 NAI和 IP业务网络标识查找固定设备的策略相关的签约信息, 并返回给 PCRF实体;
5505、 PCRF实体进行策略决策;
5506、 PCRF实体在 IP-CAN会话消息中将 PCC策略发送给宽带网络网关;
S507、 宽带网络网关执行 PCC策略。
如图 6 所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种具体的建立固定接入线路到宽带网络网关 IP-CAN会话的方法:
S601、 固定接入线路的接入认证; BBF AAA通过固定接入线路签约标识对其进行认 证。
S602、 宽带网络网关发起 IP-CAN会话建立; 宽带网络网关向 PCRF实体提供固定接 入线路签约标识, 接入网络的 IP业务网络标识等信息。
5603、 PCRF实体向 SPR发出签约信息请求消息; 消息中包含固定接入线路签约标识 和 IP业务网络标识。
5604、 在 SPR中根据固定接入线路签约标识和 IP业务网络标识查找固定接入线路的 策略相关的签约信息, 并返回给 PCRF实体;
5605、 PCRF实体进行策略决策;
5606、 PCRF实体在 IP-CAN会话消息中将 PCC策略发送给宽带网络网关。
5607、 宽带网络网关执行 PCC策略。
如图 7所示, 本发明实施例提供一种获取签约信息的装置, 包括:
确定单元 701 , 用于确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息;
发送单元 702, 用于向用于存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息的签约数据库发 送包含固定设备或固定接入线路标识信息的签约信息请求消息;
接收单元 703 , 用于接收签约数据库发送的与标识信息对应存储的签约信息。
其中, 固定设备的签约标识信息可以为: 网络访问标识符 NAI; 固定接入线路的签约 标识信息可以为: 固定接入线路标识。 当然, 本领域技术人员也可以釆用其他标识信息作 为固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息, 只要所选的标识信息能够唯一标识相应的固定设 备或固定接入线路即可。
签约数据库可以具体为: SPR或者 UDR。 当然, 本领域的技术人员可以釆用其他可以 使用的签约数据库。
通常情况下, 确定单元 701在接收到宽带网络网关发送的消息后, 确定需要建立固定 接入会话, 进而确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息, 此时, 确定单元 701 具体用于:
接收到宽带网络网关发送的携带固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息的消息, 并确定 需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签约信息。
当然, 确定单元 701可用于在其他情况下确定需要获取固定设备或固定接入线路的签 约信息, 并进行签约信息的获取。
较佳的, 由于固定设备或固定接入线路签约的 IP业务网络类型多样,对于固定设备和 固定接入线路,可以增加一个 IP业务网络标识, 用于和固定设备的签约标识或固定接入线 路的签约标识共同标识固定接入会话对应的固定接入会话。
IP业务网络可以是运营商的 IP业务网络, 也可以是因特网。 在对固定接入会话进行 较粗粒度的策略控制的情况下,对于某个固定设备,对应的签约 IP业务网络标识只有一个, 此时, 只要在签约数据库中对应存储固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识与相应的签约信 息即可; 在对固定接入会话进行较细粒度的策略控制的情况下, 对于某个固定设备, 对应 的签约 IP业务网络标识有多个,此时,可以进一步在签约数据库中对应存储固定设备或固 定接入线路的签约标识以及 IP业务网络标识与相应的签约信息, 以便于根据 IP业务网络 标识更准确的选择适合的签约信息。
此时, 发送单元 702中的固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息具体包括: 固定设备或 固定接入线路的签约标识以及固定设备或固定接入线路签约的 IP业务网络标识。
当固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息为固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识时, 接 收单元 703具体用于:
接收签约数据库发送的与固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识对应存储的签约信息。 当固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息为固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识以及 所述固定设备或固定接入线路签约的 IP业务网络标识时, 接收单元 703具体用于:
接收所述签约数据库发送的与固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识以及固定设备或 固定接入线路的 IP业务网络标识对应存储的签约信息。
本实施例中获取签约信息的装置为策略与计费规则功能 PCRF实体, 该 PCRF实体在 硬件上包括处理器及数据收发接口, 其中:

当固定设备或固定接入线路的标识信息为固定设备或固定接入线路的签约标识时, 所 述处理器具体被配置为用于:

本发明实施例提供了一种获取签约信息的方法及装置, 在签约数据库中对应固定设备 的标识信息存储固定设备的签约信息, 对应固定接入线路的标识信息存储固定接入线路的 签约信息, 当建立 IP-CAN会话时, 策略与计费规则功能实体向签约数据库发送包含标识 信息的签约信息请求消息, 进而获取与标识信息对应存储的签约信息, 实现了策略与计费 规则功能实体从签约数据库中获取固定设备或固定接入线路的策略相关的签约信息。
