【技术领域】
本发明涉及微型音箱领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型 音相。
【背景技术】
在本人已申请的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱专利中, 专利申请号为 201220386162.X, 该微型音箱包括音箱上壳、 音箱中壳, 音箱下壳, 伸缩共鸣 腔。 其中音箱中壳的内部设有凸起和螺丝孔, 凸起用于卡住伸缩共鸣腔, 螺丝 孔和音箱下壳对应位置的螺丝孔柱相适配, 从而实现中壳和下壳的固定, 同时 音箱中壳内部还有设有卡扣, 音箱上壳的内部设有卡环, 在音箱上壳和音箱中 壳组装过程中必须按照特定的旋转方向才能使得内部的卡扣和卡环卡接在一 起, 从而实现音箱上壳和音箱中壳的固定, 如果旋转方向错误, 音箱上壳和音 箱中壳不能卡接在一起, 从而增加了组装时间。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种音箱上壳和音箱中壳组装方便的带 有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 包括音箱上壳、 音箱中壳、 音箱下壳和 伸缩共鸣腔, 所述音箱上壳和音箱中壳的内表面设置有打卡扣。
优选的, 所述音箱上壳内表面的的边缘处设有凸沿, 所述音箱中壳的内表 面的边缘设有凸起, 在所述音箱中壳内表面的凸起上还设置有向外的凸沿, 所 述音箱中壳内表面的凸起和凸沿相垂直。 音箱中壳内表面的凸沿可以和音箱上 壳的内表面的凸沿相卡接, 形成打卡扣, 从而使音箱上壳和音箱中壳固定。
优选的, 所述打卡扣的数量至少为 2个。 至少有 2个打卡扣才能使音箱上 壳和音箱中壳的固定可靠。
优选的, 所述音箱壳体的外表面还设有一 槽。 在拆卸音箱上壳和音箱中 壳时, 可将用力点集中所述凹槽上, 从而方便拆卸。
优选的, 所述凹槽设置在音箱上壳的外表面。 此为凹槽的一种具体设置位 置。
优选的, 所述凹槽设置在音箱中壳的外表面。 此为凹槽的另一种具体设置 位置。
优选的, 所述凹槽设置在音箱下壳的外表面。 此为凹槽的另一种具体设置 位置。
本发明由于在音箱上壳的内表面和音箱中壳的内表面设置有凸沿, 所述凸 沿相卡接, 形成打卡扣, 从而使音箱上壳和音箱中壳固定方便、 可靠。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 包括音箱上壳、 音箱中壳、 音箱下 壳和伸缩共鸣腔, 所述音箱上壳和音箱中壳的内表面设置有打卡扣。
如图 1所示, 所述音箱上壳 1内表面的的边缘处设有凸沿 3 , 所述音箱中壳 2的内表面的边缘设有凸起 4, 在所述音箱中壳 2内表面的凸起 4上还设置有向 外的凸沿 5 , 所述音箱中壳内表面的凸起 4和凸沿 5相垂直。 音箱中壳内表面的 凸沿可以和音箱上壳的内表面的凸沿相卡接, 形成打卡扣, 从而使音箱上壳和 音箱中壳固定。
本实施例中的打卡扣数量为 3个, 当然只要打卡扣的数量至少为 2个, 音 箱上壳和音箱中壳的固定就可靠。
同时在音箱壳体的外表面还设有一 槽, 所述 槽可以设置在音箱上壳、 音箱中壳或音箱下壳的外表面上。 在拆卸音箱上壳和音箱中壳时, 可将用力点 集中所述凹槽上, 从而方便拆卸, 还能起到美观作用。

1、 一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 包括音箱上壳、 音箱中壳、 音箱下壳 和伸缩共鸣腔, 其特征在于, 所述音箱上壳和音箱中壳的内表面设置有打卡扣。
2、 如权利要求 1所述一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述 音箱上壳内表面的的边缘处设有凸沿, 所述音箱中壳的内表面的边缘设有凸起, 在所述音箱中壳内表面的凸起上还设置有向外的凸沿, 所述音箱中壳内表面的 凸起和凸沿相垂直。
3、 如权利要求 1所述一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述 打卡扣的数量至少为 2个。
4、 如权利要求 1所述一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述 音箱壳体的外表面还设有一 槽。
5、 如权利要求 4所述一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述 槽设置在音箱上壳的外表面。
6、 如权利要求 4所述一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述 槽设置在音箱中壳的外表面。
7、 如权利要求 4所述一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述 槽设置在音箱下壳的外表面。
