Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an outer insulation panel, and more particularly, to an outer insulation panel and a method of manufacturing the same, which is coupled to the walls of various buildings and used to heat insulation of the building.
  • the construction method for finishing the wall of the building is to attach the finished stone processed with natural or artificial stone to the wall of the building by using fasteners and adhesives, and after finishing plastering on the wall, attach the insulation and spray the stone on the surface.
  • Finished stone is excellent in strength and gloss, but there is a disadvantage that the insulation and sound insulation should be separately installed when the insulation and sound insulation are poor.
  • the finished stone is difficult to install because of the heavy weight, which puts a heavy burden on high-rise buildings, and has the disadvantage of being expensive.
  • the external thermal insulation method is easy to install, less load on the wall of the building because of the use of light weight insulation such as styrofoam, low-cost construction is possible.
  • heat loss through walls of buildings can be reduced, which is advantageous in terms of insulation.
  • Insulation construction is very important for buildings. Insulation is directly related to condensation and has a strong relationship to the energy use of the building and also affects the life of the building. Insulation of buildings is divided into external insulation and internal insulation. The external insulation system is absolutely advantageous for improving the insulation efficiency of the building.
  • heat insulation of the slab portion is not prevented due to the heat insulation of the frame part, whereas the outer insulation wraps the walls of the building, so the heat insulation efficiency is excellent.
