[0002] 目前, 市面上多数下水头内部不设置过滤装置, 下水头经常出现堵塞现象, 又因为下 水头上端的翻板是固定的,无法拆卸清理,只能通过拆卸外侧下水 螺母进行下水头内部清理, 操作麻烦且容易损坏下水头; 此外, 部分下水头通过提笼机构防止堵塞, 结构较为复杂且需 要经常清理, 较为麻烦。 发明内容

[0020] 本实用新型机构工作原理如下: 正常使用洗手盆时, 如图 2状态所示, 翻板闭合下, 下水头主体 1内径在封水胶圈 8的作用下完全闭合, 水将被积蓄在吸手盆内; 当需要排水时, 如图 3状态所示, 对翻板边缘进行按动动作, 使封水板 9竖起时, 开启水流通道, 此时堵塞 物将落入滤水件 2内, 从而达到防堵塞的目的; 此外, 如图 3所示, 当封水板 9竖起时, 亦 可将封水板 9通过缺口 7的最大直径处取出, 取出滤水件 2和清理下水头内部。
[0021] 本实用新型机构安装过程如下: 先将密封圈 6—个套装在下水头主体 1的外壁上, 而 后, 下水头主体 1放入洗脸盆或水槽的下水孔中, 再将另一密封圈 6套装在下水头主体 1的 外壁上, 再套上下水螺母 3并旋紧固定, 下水头主体 1下端与其它排水管连接使用。

1. 一种翻板过滤下水器, 包括下水头主体, 所述下水头主体上部内侧设置有弧形凹槽, 其特 征是, 所述下水头主体内设置有可拆卸的滤水件, 所述弧形凹槽开设有至少一个缺口, 所述 弧形凹槽内设置有可通过垂直缺口拆装的翻板。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的翻板过滤下水器,其特征是,所述下水头主体内侧设置有一限位阶, 所述滤水件设置有卡住限位阶的凸缘。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的翻板过滤下水器,其特征是,所述翻板包括周侧中部内凹的封水板, 所述封水板的内凹处嵌套有封水胶圈。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的翻板过滤下水器, 其特征是, 所述下水头主体上部外侧对称设置有 两个密封圈。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的翻板过滤下水器, 其特征是, 所述下水头主体下部外侧螺接有下水 螺母。
