液晶显示器包括液晶面板和背光模组,其中背光模组又由光学膜、导光板、背光单元及背板等组成。背板作为整个背光模组的主要支撑结构,用以保护背光模组的光学膜、导光板和背光单元等光学元件以及提供背光模组所需的机械强度。为了满足大尺寸液晶显示器的需要,现有的背板一般为整体式背板,其一般采用一体冲压成型工艺制作而成,使得背板体积较大。整体式背板在包装运输的过程中需占用较大的包装运输体积,从而进一步导致产品的运输成本上升。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够收缩的显示器背板及使用该显示器背板的液晶显示器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种显示器背板,该显示器背板包括多个支架,其中至少两个支架之间通过连接槽进行铰接,连接槽包括设置于一支架的端部的滑槽以及设置于另一支架的端部的凸台,凸台滑动保持于滑槽内,凸台和滑槽设置成允许至少两个支架绕垂直于显示器背板所在平面的第一转轴进行相对转动;凸台为圆弧形凸台,滑槽为圆弧形滑槽;多个支架包括相互平行设置的两个第一支架以及相互平行设置的两个第二支架,第一支架和第二支架顺次铰接,以形成一平行四边形框架。

请参照图1至图2,本发明实施例提供一种显示器背板,该显示器背板包括两个第一支架10、两个第二支架20和两连接件40。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴与所述显示器背板所在平面的交点之间的连线形成一平行四边形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,在所述平行四边形框架的对角设置的四个顶角,所述第一支架与所述第二支架之间均通过所述连接槽进行铰接,所述四个顶角处的所述第一转轴与所述显示器背板所在平面的交点之间的连线形成一平行四边形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述凸台和所述滑槽由对应的所述支架冲压形成。
  8. 一种显示器背板,其特征在于,所述显示器背板包括多个支架,其中至少两个所述支架之间通过连接槽进行铰接,所述连接槽包括设置于一所述支架的端部的滑槽以及设置于另一所述支架的端部的凸台,所述凸台滑动保持于所述滑槽内,所述凸台和所述滑槽设置成允许所述至少两个支架绕垂直于所述显示器背板所在平面的第一转轴进行相对转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述凸台为圆弧形凸台,所述滑槽为圆弧形滑槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述圆弧形凸台包括间隔且中心轴分别与所述第一转轴同轴设置的第一圆弧形侧壁和第二圆弧形侧壁,所述圆弧形滑槽包括间隔且中心轴分别与所述第一转轴同轴设置的第三圆弧形侧壁和第四圆弧形侧壁,所述第三圆弧形侧壁和所述第四圆弧形侧壁滑动保持于所述第一圆弧形侧壁和所述第二圆弧形侧壁之间。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述多个支架包括相互平行设置的两个第一支架以及相互平行设置的两个第二支架,所述第一支架和所述第二支架顺次铰接,以形成一平行四边形框架。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,在所述平行四边形框架的对角设置的两个顶角,所述第一支架与所述第二支架之间通过所述连接槽进行铰接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,在所述平行四边形框架的对角设置的另外两个顶角,所述第一支架与所述第二支架之间通过连接件进行铰接,所述连接件穿设于所述第一支架与所述第二支架上的通孔内,以允许所述第一支架与所述第二支架绕垂直于所述显示器背板所在平面的第二转轴进行相对转动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴与所述显示器背板所在平面的交点之间的连线形成一平行四边形。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,在所述平行四边形框架的对角设置的四个顶角,所述第一支架与所述第二支架之间均通过所述连接槽进行铰接,所述四个顶角处的所述第一转轴与所述显示器背板所在平面的交点之间的连线形成一平行四边形。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的显示器背板,其特征在于,所述凸台和所述滑槽由对应的所述支架冲压形成。
  17. 一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器包括权利要求1-16任意一项所述的显示器背板。
