一种饮水装置及设有该装置的冰箱
技术领域
本发明属于家居电器设备技术领域,特别涉及一种饮水装置以及配备有该饮水装置的冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱是现在家庭的必备家用电器,随着科技的不断发展,其功能不再是单一的冷藏、冷冻食物。将饮用水放置到冰箱的冷藏腔中,并直接在冰箱门外取用冰水,即带有小型饮水装置的冰箱已越来越受消费者喜爱,不仅能满足用户直接饮用冰水的需求,也可以提供家庭其他需要用到冰水的场合。
但现有技术冰箱上的这种小型饮水装置存在以下问题:1、水不易密封,需要较复杂的结构才能解决这个问题,且容易导致出水速度慢;2、使用一段时间后,饮水机内部易积累污垢、杂质,从而影响水质;3、长期使用后,饮水机内部积累的水垢,污渍不易清洗;4、固定在冰箱上不易拆卸,占用较多冰箱容积,特别是当用户不需要使用饮水功能时,该装置放置在冰箱内没有发挥作用,反而占用了空间;5、装置结构复杂、成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种带有过滤功能、防漏水且出水速度快的饮水装置,该饮水装置结构简单、易拆洗、成本低,本发明还提供装配有该饮水装置的冰箱,由于饮水装置与冰箱采用可拆卸活动连接,可以提高冰箱的容积利用率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明技术第一种方案为:
一种饮水装置,包括储水盒,所述储水盒包括可拆卸地装配在一起的储水盒盖、内带滤芯的导流盘、储水盒主体,所述导流盘位于储水盒主体内,并设有供水从导流盘流入储水盒主体内的导流口,所述储水盒主体底部设有供水流出的密封出水部件。该饮水装置结构简单、而且安装有滤芯,具有过滤功能。
进一步的,上述方案中,所述密封出水部件包括设于储水盒主体底部的连接管、出水嘴和出水推杆,所述出水嘴与连接管固定连接,出水推杆固定在出水嘴上。
进一步的,上述方案中,所述出水嘴包括套管、下连接管、密封圈A 、密封圈B 、弹簧和芯部,出水嘴的套管一端和连接管通过螺纹连接形成一个密闭的整体,另一端通过密封圈A 、密封圈B ,和下连接管、弹簧及芯部装配到一起,所述密封圈A 、密封圈B为两个不同硬度的橡胶圈,所述芯部与出水推杆连接。通过弹簧对芯部向下的预紧力,保证了密封圈A 、密封圈B 和下连接管的紧密配合。
进一步的,上述方案中,所述导流盘包括导流上部和过滤下部,所述过滤下部设有与滤芯紧密配合的滤芯安装座,所述导流口设于过滤下部的底部。
综上,饮水装置通过控制两个密封圈的硬度和弹簧的预紧力大小,能很好地起到密封作用,防止饮水装置漏水。导流盘内配置滤芯,满足用户过滤饮用水的需求,保证饮水装置的储水盒主体内部的洁净。
该饮水装置内部的组件均可拆卸,方便用户拆卸下来清洗;该饮水装置通过水的本身重力作用出水,且出水部件为机械式,无需任何电器元件,结构简单、安全稳定,节能环保。
进一步的,所述导流盘的导流上部为锥形结构。对加入到导流盘内的水起到很好的导流作用。
本发明技术第二种方案为:
提供一种冰箱,包括冰箱门体,在冰箱门体内上设有上述的饮水装置,冰箱门体外面上设有供盛接从所述饮水装置流出的水的盛接口。饮水装置内的饮用水在冰箱内被降温冷藏,用户可以直接在冰箱门外取用冰水,使用非常方便。
进一步的,所述饮水装置与冰箱门体为活动连接。
优选的,所述饮水装置的储水盒上设有卡扣,所述冰箱门体门胆上设有卡座上,饮水装置通过卡扣卡在卡座上固定在冰箱门体上。
综上,饮水装置为可拆卸式结构,当用户不需要使用饮水功能时,可以拆掉该饮水装置,安装上冰箱门搁架以放置其它物品,充分利用冰箱的容积空间。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
其一,本发明饮水装置具备滤芯部件,满足用户过滤水的需求。
其二,本发明通过弹簧施加预紧力在不同硬度的两个密封圈上,达到密封水的作用;取水时,通过推力带动出水嘴的芯部向上移动,密封圈和下连接管之间产生间隙而出水。通过控制密封圈的硬度和弹簧的预紧力大小,能很好的密封水,防止饮水装置漏水;且该饮水装置出水速度快。
其三,本发明饮水装置成本低廉、结构简单,可直接适用于冰箱。
其四,本发明饮水装置为可拆卸式结构,当用户不需要使用饮水功能时,可以拆掉该装置,以提高冰箱的容积空间。

以下结合实施例及附图对本发明进行详细的描述。
图1至8中,本发明公开一种饮水装置,其储水盒2包括可拆卸地装配在一起的储水盒盖21、内带滤芯的导流盘22、储水盒主体23,其中导流盘22位于储水盒主体23内,并设有供水从导流盘22流入储水盒主体23内的导流口221,储水盒主体23底部设有供水流出的密封出水部件。
图3、图4、图6和图7中,密封出水部件包括设于储水盒主体23底部的连接管24、出水嘴3和出水推杆4,出水嘴3与连接管24固定连接,出水推杆4固定在出水嘴3上。
具体的,出水嘴3包括套管31、下连接管32、密封圈A 33、密封圈B 34、弹簧35和芯部36,出水嘴3的套管31一端和连接管24通过螺纹连接形成一个密闭的整体,另一端通过密封圈A 33、密封圈B 34,和下连接管32、弹簧35及芯部36装配到一起,密封圈A 33、密封圈B 34为两个不同硬度的橡胶圈,芯部36与出水推杆4连接。
导流盘22包括导流上部和过滤下部,过滤下部设有与滤芯紧密配合的滤芯安装座222,导流口221位于过滤下部的底部。导流盘22的导流上部为锥形结构,以更好地对加入到导流盘22内的水起到导流作用。
使用时,首先打开储水盒盖21,将饮用水注入到储水盒主体23内上方的导流盘22里面。当加入的饮用水水质不好时,可以使用过滤功能,即通过配套安装在导流盘22里的滤芯,将水过滤后注入到储水盒主体23中,满足用户过滤饮用水的需求,保证饮水装置储水盒主体23内部的洁净。
出水嘴3主要的功能为密封水和出水。
未取水时,出水嘴3的套管31和储水盒下部的连接管24通过螺纹连接形成一个密闭的整体。密封圈A 33、密封圈B 34为两个不同硬度的橡胶圈,和出水嘴3的芯部36装配到一起,通过弹簧35对芯部36向下的预紧力,保证了其和下连接管32的紧密配合,从而实现密封功能。
当用户取水时,通过推压推杆4,带动出水嘴3的芯部36向上移动,密封圈A 33、密封圈B 34和下连接管32之间就会产生间隙,水从该间隙沿着出水嘴3的芯部36流出出水嘴3。
取水结束,释放推杆4,因弹簧35的预紧力使出水嘴3恢复到密闭状态,从而实现了密封和出水功能。
通过控制密封圈A 33、密封圈B 34的硬度和弹簧35的预紧力大小,能很好的密封水,防止饮水装置漏水。
本发明饮水装置内部的组件均可拆卸,方便用户拆卸下来清洗;该饮水装置通过水的本身重力作用出水,且出水部件为机械式,无需任何电器元件,结构简单、安全稳定,节能环保。
本发明还公开一种冰箱,图8中,在冰箱门体1门胆上设有卡座6上,上述饮水装置的储水盒2上设有卡扣5,饮水装置通过卡扣5卡在卡座6上固定在冰箱门体1上,图1为装配完毕的示意图,饮水装置内的饮用水在冰箱内被降温冷藏。图2为装配好上述饮水装置后,冰箱门体1外面的装配图,图中,冰箱门体1上有盛接口11,出水推杆4外露在盛接口11处,用户取水时,通过推压盛接口11处的推杆4,即可以盛接到从饮水装置流出的水。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮水装置,其特征在于:所述密封出水部件包括设于储水盒主体底部的连接管、出水嘴和出水推杆,所述出水嘴与连接管固定连接,出水推杆固定在出水嘴上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的饮水装置,其特征在于:所述出水嘴包括套管、下连接管、密封圈A 、密封圈B 、弹簧和芯部,套管一端和连接管通过螺纹连接形成一个密闭的整体,另一端通过密封圈A 、密封圈B ,和下连接管、弹簧及芯部装配到一起,所述密封圈A 、密封圈B 为两个不同硬度的橡胶圈,所述芯部与出水推杆连接。

  6. 一种冰箱,包括冰箱门体,其特征在于:在冰箱门体内上设有权利要求1至5任一项所述的饮水装置,冰箱门体外面上设有供盛接从所述饮水装置流出的水的盛接口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述饮水装置与冰箱门体为活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述饮水装置的储水盒上设有卡扣,所述冰箱门体门胆上设有卡座上,饮水装置通过卡扣卡在卡座上固定在冰箱门体上。
