  • Rusting is not approved in the silo system which is used for storing cereal group and all facade system should be taken under maintenance due to this hazard for product and human health.
  • Lose of position and flexibility in the mentioned pieces causes a movement gap on the bearer system of silo facade lining material, triggering rusting as the irregular vibration that occurs due to wind, rain and similar natural conditions, decreases resistance against exterior factors.
  • deformed facade lining also causes position lost and all the plates forming the system to have a different angle of reflection under the light. Consequently, the facade loses its visual aesthetics by displaying an irregular and unpleasant view.
  • the goal of the invention is to increase the stability of facade system with silo facade lining material in the silo facade systems, resistance against rusting and preventing the construction of a second silo facade, periodical maintenance and repairs by extending the life time of lining material accordingly.

Steel plates which are used has 0, 01-2 mm thickness, lowers the total cost when compared to other materials used in terms of cost.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque de paroi faite de plaque galvanisée protégée par des plaques en acier inoxydable au niveau de la façade extérieure de silo, l'invention visant à accroître la stabilité d'un système de façade avec un matériau de revêtement de façade de silo dans les systèmes de façade de silo, la résistance à la rouille et empêcher la construction d'une seconde façade de silo, l'entretien et les réparations périodiques par prolongement de la durée de vie du matériau de revêtement. L'invention concerne également l'hygiène en empêchant le contact de produits alimentaires stockés avec la plaque galvanisée. L'invention concerne des plaques en acier inoxydable formées de façon à être montées parfaitement sur la plaque galvanisée, qui sont coupées dans différentes dimensions. Les plaques en acier, qui sont utilisées, ont une épaisseur de 0,01-2 mm, abaissent le coût total par comparaison avec d'autres matériaux utilisés en termes de coût.
