Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer Gleitlackschicht auf einem Werkstück aus Stahl unter Verwendung eines kationische funktionelle Gruppen enthaltenden Tauchlacks und einen Tauchlack hierzu. Um dünnen Gleitschichten mit gleichmäßiger Schichtdicke herstellen zu können, werden dem Tauchlack zur Erzeugung der Gleitlackschicht mit einem verminderten Reibbeiwert ein tribologisch aktives Pigment beigemengt und die Gleitlackschicht in einem kathodischen Tauchlackverfahren unter Gleichspannung bei kationischer Beschaltung des Werkstücks auf das Werkstück aufgebracht.
