技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种热水器供水系统,尤其涉及一种具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,热水器在我国得到广泛地应用。热水器主要分为电热水器、燃气热水器、太阳能热水器和空气能热水器四种。电热水器又分为即热式电热水器和速热式电热水器。早期的热水器大多为非恒温式热水器,包括燃气热水器、即热式电热水器和速热式电热水器,它们都是从热水器的热水管中输出高温度的热水,通过用户使用混合水龙头混合冷热水,直至输出温度适合的水流。
[0003] 现有的混合水龙头包括设置有阀门调节手柄的冷热水量调节混合阀组合体,冷热水量调节混合阀组合体内部阀芯的两端分别通过进水密封垫密封连接进水密封连接管螺栓,进水密封连接管螺栓的另一端插接在活接螺母内,并通过活接密封垫密封连接冷水管和热水管,活接螺母上还配有两个装饰盖。现有的混合水龙头冷水进水密封连接管螺栓与热水进水密封连接管螺栓的名义管径大小一致,均为10mm,且大部分都只有一个阀芯,阀芯两端进口分别通过进水密封连接管螺栓和活接螺母连接冷水管和热水管(也有少量的两个阀芯的混合水龙头,其工作原理与一个阀芯的水龙头类似),该阀芯既要用来调节冷、热水的混合量,同时也用来调整冷、热水的流量。也有少数混合水龙头,没有混合阀芯,只有冷水调节阀和热水调节阀,使用者可通过冷水调节阀和热水调节阀来调节冷热水的混合量。这种混合水龙头也是通过进水密封连接管螺栓连接调节阀阀体和进水管。
[0004] 使用非恒温燃气热水器过程中,当冷热水混合时,冷水管和热水管连通。由于现有混合水龙头的冷水进水管与热水进水管的名义管径大小一致,而加热管的阻力大,增大了热水管管路的总阻力,而冷水管管路的总阻力远小于热水管,这样就造成了热水流量减少。当热水的流量小于某一极限值时,燃气热水器加热管内的水温会上升到燃气热水器的限定值。此时,燃气热水器内的自动保护装置会切断燃气的供应,使燃气热水器自动灭火。
[0005] 在使用非恒温燃气热水器过程中还存在另外一个问题,有部分热水器在单独开热水时,当热水流量小于某一极限值时,燃气热水器加热管内的水温会达到热水器的限定温度,燃气热水器的自动保护装置会切断燃气的供给,使燃气热水器自动灭火。有部分非恒温式热水器,当热水的流量大于某一极限值时,燃气热水器加热管内的水温低于热水器限定的温度,热水器的自控装置也会切断燃气,使燃气热水器自动灭火。
[0006] 在使用非恒温式即热式电热水器时,也会出现电热水器停止加热的现象,原因与使用非恒温式燃气热水器相同,在此不再赘述。
[0007] 目前有不少人在网络中反映:太阳能热水器无法用现有混合水龙头调温,其原因是:太阳能热水器对混合水龙头热水端的压力由用水点到太阳能水箱的高度决定,压力比较小,最小的大约是0.03Mpa,而混合水龙头冷水端的压力为系统内自来水的压力,为0.2-0.3Mpa,因此混合龙头冷、热水端压差太大,超过了现有混合水龙头能调节的压差范围,因此不少人因太阳热水器不好调水温而烦恼。现有的恒温燃气热水器,只单独开热水,小孩自己使用总是灭火,总要大人帮助调好水温,否则要浪费许多冷水。其原因是:在热水器的供水系统中,一定的流量对应着相应的压力和阻力,由于压力在每一个供水系统中都是不同的,因而系统的阻力要随压力变化,恒温机的阻力只能靠混合水龙头来调节,由于混合水龙头调节范围大,小孩开恒温机时,他们不会慢慢调,总是把水龙头开到最大,这时由于流量太大,水温太低,远低于设定温度,可能是恒温机内部水阀气阀连动有一定的范围,超过此范围,控制部分切断了燃气供应。
[0008] 因此,现有的非恒温式燃气热水器和非恒温式即热式电热水器在配合现有的混合水龙头使用时,会在多种情况下出现灭火或停止加热现象,使用非常不便。
[0009] 目前,市场上也出现了大量的恒温式燃气热水器,热水器可直接按照用户设定的温度输出热水,可解决非恒温式热水器出现的灭火或停止加热现象,但其内部结构复杂,发生故障的几率高,且价格昂贵。按厂家指导使用方法,恒温式热水器在使用时无需混合冷热水。但在实际使用过程中,由于更换燃气气种,也会出现因水温过高无法使用的现象,用户必须混合冷热水来降低水温。在混合冷热水过程中,恒温式热水器也会出现灭火或停止加热现象,原因与使用非恒温式热水器相同,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,包括热水器,热水器通过管道连接混合水龙头,其特征在于:所述混合水龙头的冷水进水管管口的管径小于热水进水管管口的管径,或混合水龙头的冷水进水密封连接管螺栓的管径小于热水进水密封连接管螺栓的管径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的热水器为非恒温式燃气热水器、非恒温式即热式电热水器和恒温式燃气热水器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头包括冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,所述的冷水进水密封连接管螺栓进水口设置有增阻孔板安装槽,增阻孔板安装槽内设置有增阻孔板,所述的增阻孔板的开孔内径为8mm-2mm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述混合水龙头包括冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,冷水进水密封连接管螺栓的管径为8mm-2mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头包括设置有阀门调节手柄的冷热水量调节混合阀组合体,冷热水量调节混合阀组合体内部阀芯的两个进水端分别通过进水密封垫密封连接进水密封连接管螺栓,进水密封连接管螺栓的另一端分别通过活接螺母连接冷水管和热水管,进水密封连接管螺栓与进水管之间设置有活接密封垫,冷热水量调节混合阀组合体内部阀芯的冷水进水端设置有冷水微调阀。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头包括冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,所述的冷水进水密封连接管螺栓与冷水管之间设置有活接密封垫,所述活接密封垫设有通孔,通孔内径为8mm-2mm。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头包括冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,所述的冷水进水密封连接管螺栓与冷水管之间设置有活接密封垫,活接密封垫上设置有多个通孔,多个通孔的总面积大于等于12.56 mm²,小于等于200.96mm²。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头包括冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,所述的冷水进水密封连接管螺栓进水口设置有带孔补心螺栓,所述带孔补心螺栓螺孔的内径为8mm-2mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4、6、7或8所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头还包括设置有阀门调节手柄的冷热水量调节混合阀组合体,冷热水量调节混合阀组合体内部阀芯的热水进水端和冷水进水端分别通过热水管进水密封垫和冷水管进水密封垫密封连接热水进水密封连接管螺栓和冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,热水进水密封连接管螺栓和冷水进水密封连接管螺栓的另一端分别通过热水活接螺母和冷水活接螺母连接热水管和冷水管,热水进水密封连接管螺栓与热水管、冷水进水密封连接管螺栓与冷水管之间设置有活接密封垫。
  10. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4、6、7或8所述的具有防灭火功能的热水器供水系统,其特征在于:所述的混合水龙头还包括冷水调节阀和热水调节阀,冷水调节阀的冷水进水端通过冷水管进水密封垫密封连接冷水进水密封连接管螺栓,热水调节阀的热水进水端通过热水管进水密封垫密封连接热水进水密封连接管螺栓,冷水进水密封连接管螺栓和热水进水密封连接管螺栓的另一端分别通过冷水活接螺母和热水活接螺母连接冷水管和热水管,冷水进水密封连接管螺栓与冷水管、热水进水密封连接管螺栓与热水管之间设置有活接密封垫。
