Abstract

La présente invention concerne un radiateur à plaque de type à épaulement oblique pour transformateur, et se situe dans le domaine des radiateurs pour transformateur. Deux boîtes d'unité de radiateur à plaque pour transformateur de type à épaulement oblique sont montées en parallèle l'une par rapport à l'autre. Un tuyau de recueil d'huile supérieur et un tuyau de recueil d'huile inférieur sont connectés respectivement aux deux boîtes d'unité de radiateur à plaque pour transformateur de type à épaulement oblique. L'angle inclus β entre le tuyau de recueil d'huile supérieur et un plan horizontal est compris entre 10 et 20 degrés. La structure des deux boîtes d'unité de radiateur à plaque pour transformateur de type à épaulement oblique est ainsi constituée : un corps principal comprend un orifice d'entrée/orifice de sortie de tuyau de recueil d'huile supérieur et un orifice de sortie de tuyau de recueil d'huile inférieur; un canal pour huile est formé à l'intérieur du corps principal; et un point élevé est formé au milieu du canal pour huile, les angles θ des épaulements obliques à partir du point élevé vers les deux côtés se situant entre 13 et 20 degrés. La présente invention offre les avantages suivants : la structure est nouvelle; et après avoir conçu une plaque de transformateur ordinaire de manière optimisée, c'est-à-dire en utilisant un type d'épaulement oblique intégral ou un type d'épaulement oblique double à plaque simple, le rendement d'échange thermique de la plaque du transformateur peut être accru de manière significative.
