本发明提供的携带式防身照明器,包括一控制模块、一切换组件、 一发光组件、 一电源模块、 一移动侦测模块及一警示模块, 其中该控 制模块分别与该切换组件、 该发光组件、 该电源模块、 该移动侦测模 块及该警示模块相连接,在该控制模块判断该切换组件被切换为第一 模式的情况下, 该控制模块即令该电源模块将电力输送至该发光组 件, 使该发光组件以一第一亮度发出一可见光, 以供照明使用; 在该 控制模块判断该切换组件被切换为第二模式的情况下,即断开该电源 模块供应至该发光组件的电力;在该控制模块判断该切换组件被切换 为第三模式的情况下, 该控制模块即启动该移动侦测模块, 当该移动 侦测模块侦测到环境中有物体移动时,该移动侦测模块能向该控制模 块传送一移动警告讯号, 使该控制模块通过该警示模块, 发出一警示 通知, 以提示使用者。 如此, 当使用者于旅馆或其他场所住宿时, 即 便现场的防盗安全设施不足或故障,该携带式防身照明器仍能在发现 有物体(如: 门窗)移动时, 实时给予使用者适当的警示, 有效确保 使用者的人身及财产安全, 达到防盗的效果。
本发明的携带式防身照明器尚包括一光侦测模块,该光侦测模块 与该控制模块相连接,在该控制模块判断出该切换组件被切换为第二 模式, 且判断出该电源模块与一外部电源相连接(如: 充电) 的情况 下时, 该控制模块即启动该光侦测模块, 当该光侦测模块侦测到环境 亮度低于一门槛值时,该光侦测模块能向该控制模块传送一昏暗侦测 讯号,令该控制模块能据以将该电源模块提供的电力输送至该发光组 件上, 使该发光组件以一第二亮度发出一可见光, 且该第二亮度小于 该第一亮度。如此, 该携带式防身照明器能在夜间充电时以低亮度发 光, 进而作为小夜灯使用。
本发明的警示模块是一扬声组件,该控制模块能根据该移动警告 讯号,使该扬声组件发出警报声响,以利用该警报声响作为警示通知。
本发明的警示模块是一警示灯,该控制模块能根据该移动警告讯 号, 使该警示灯发出警示灯号, 以利用该警示灯号作为警示通知。
本发明的控制模块能根据该移动警告讯号,使该发光组件发出闪 烁灯号, 以利用该闪烁灯号示警。
为能对本发明的目的、 结构及其功效有更进一步的认识与了解, 举实施例并配合附图作如下详细说明。
发明人在长期从事安全设备等相关领域的研发及设计中,发现使 用者在外宿于旅馆时,由于旅馆客房的门窗上大多未加装侦测及警报 装置, 故用户无法得知门窗是否被异常开启, 此不仅对使用者造成一 定的心理压力, 更有被不肖人士闯入行窃的虞, 并不理想。 业者虽欲 进一步寻求上述问题的改善方案, 但尚未获得完善的解决办法。有鉴 于此, 发明人乃思及整合移动侦测模块、 发光组件及警示模块等, 设 计出携带式防身照明器,令使用者能以该携带式防身照明器的监控功 能, 侦测并监视门窗是否有被异常移动, 以确保使用者的人身及财产 安全。
本发明是一种携带式防身照明器, 请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 该携 带式防身照明器 1包括一控制模块 10、 一切换组件 11、 一发光组件 12、 一电源模块 13、 一移动侦测模块 14及一警示模块 15, 其中该控 制模块 10分别与该切换组件 11、 该发光组件 12、 该电源模块 13、 该移动侦测模块 14及该警示模块 15相连接。 该切换组件 11可被切 换为三种模式之一,其中第一模式为照明模式,第二模式为待命模式, 而第三模式为警戒模式。请参阅图 2所示, 制造厂商在根据本发明设 计制造该携带式防身照明器 1时, 可将该切换组件 11设计为三段切 换的开关, 且将该开关设置在携带式防身照明器 1的外壳体 100上, 并将切换组件 11 的每一段开关分别对应到一种模式, 如此, 用户仅 需以手指拨动操作该切换组件 11, 即能变更该携带式防身照明器 1 的模式。惟, 本发明并不以此为限, 制造厂商在根据本发明设计切换 组件 11时, 亦可根据实际使用或设计需求, 改变该切换组件 11的造 形及机构, 同样能达成本发明所欲追求的效果。凡本领域技术人员所 能轻易思及的变化与修饰, 仍属本发明的等效变化, 仍不脱离本发明 的申请专利范围。
复请参阅图 1、 图 2 所示, 该发光组件 12 可为发光二极管 ( Light-Emitting Diode, 简称 LED )或其他可供照明的组件, 但此并 非本发明的限制。在该控制模块 10判断该切换组件 11被切换为第一 模式(照明模式) 的情况下, 该控制模块 10即令该电源模块 13将电 力输送至该发光组件 12, 使该发光组件 12以一第一亮度发出一可见 光。 如此, 使用者便可将该携带式防身照明器 1作为一般的手电筒, 以供照明使用。又, 在该控制模块 10判断该切换组件 11被切换为第 二模式 (待命模式) 的情况下, 该控制模块 10即断开该电源模块 13 供应至该发光组件 12的电力, 以关闭该发光组件 12, 使该发光组件 12停止发出可见光。
此外, 复请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 在本较佳实施例中, 当用户切 换该切换组件 11至第三模式(警戒模式) 时, 该控制模块 10即能判 断出该切换组件 11已被切换为第三模式 (警戒模式), 在此情况下, 该控制模块 10即启动该移动侦测模块 14。 当该移动侦测模块 14侦 测到环境中有物体 (如: 门窗等) 移动时, 该移动侦测模块 14能向 该控制模块 10传送一移动警告讯号。待该控制模块 10接收到该移动 警告讯号后,该控制模块 10即通过该警示模块 15,发出一警示通知, 以提示使用者。在本较佳实施例中, 复请参阅图 1所示, 该警示模块 15可为一扬声组件 (如: 喇叭、 蜂鸣器等), 该控制模块 10能根据 该移动警告讯号, 使该警示模块 15发出警报声响, 以利用该警报声 响作为警示通知。 或者, 该警示模块 15亦可为一警示灯, 该控制模 块 10能根据该移动警告讯号, 使该警示模块 15发出警示灯号, 以利 用该警示灯号作为警示通知。 惟, 本发明并不以此为限, 制造厂商在 设计该携带式防身照明器 1时, 亦可使该控制模块 10根据该移动警 告讯号, 使该发光组件 12发出闪烁灯号, 以利用该闪烁灯号示警, 且警示模块 15 (如: 扬声组件) 同时发出警报声响。 如此, 将能有 效避免使用者因沉睡或其他因素而忽略了警示通知,由此大幅提高警 示的效果。
复请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 在实际使用上, 使用者可将该移动侦 测模块 14朝向门窗后,将该切换组件 11切换至第三模式 (警戒模式), 由此, 一旦门窗被开启, 该控制模块 10便能驱动该警示模块 15, 使 该携带式防身照明器 1 能实时发出灯号及 /或警报声响。 如此, 使用 者即可立即得知门窗被开启, 而能尽速采取应对措施(如: 报警等), 有效确保使用者的人身及财产安全。制造厂商在根据本发明所揭示的 技术内容, 实际制造该携带式防身照明器 1时, 可采用红外线移动传 感器(PIR Motion Sensor)作为该移动侦测模块 14, 红外线移动传感 器是一种可以侦测物体移动的电子装置, 分为主动式和被动式两种, 其中主动式的红外线移动传感器, 本身会发射红外线光束, 当红外线 光束被物体挡住后, 红外线光束会反射, 红外线移动传感器即是利用 出射线及反射线来侦测物体的动作。
此外, 在本较佳实施例中, 复请参阅图 1所示, 该电源模块 13 包括一电源连接部 130 (如图 3所示), 该携带式防身照明器 1 尚包 括一光侦测模块 16, 该光侦测模块 16可为一光敏电阻, 惟, 本发明 并不以此为限。该光侦测模块 16与该控制模块 10相连接, 在该控制 模块 10判断出该切换组件 11被切换为第二模式 (待命模式), 且判 断出该电源模块 13通过其电源连接部 130与一外部电源 2相连接的 情况下, 例如: 该电源模块 13与外部电源 2连接以进行充电时, 该 控制模块 10即启动该光侦测模块 16, 使该光侦测模块 16侦测周遭 的环境亮度。 当该光侦测模块 16 侦测到环境亮度低于一门槛值时 (如: 用户关闭室内照明时), 该光侦测模块 16 即能向该控制模块 10传送一昏暗侦测讯号。当该控制模块 10接收到该昏暗侦测讯号后, 该控制模块 10则能据以将该电源模块 13提供的电力输送至该发光组 件 12上, 使该发光组件 12以一第二亮度发出一可见光, 且该第二亮 度系小于该第一亮度。在实际实施上, 制造厂商可将第二亮度设计为 第一亮度的 20-40%, 惟, 本发明并不以此为限, 制造厂商亦可根据 实际使用需求调整该第二亮度。 由此, 当使用者不须使用该携带式防 身照明器 1 的一般照明功能 (即第一模式) 时, 即可将该切换组件 11切换为第二模式,并将该携带式防身照明器 1连接至一充电座(外 部电源 2) 上。 如此, 当使用者熄灯就寝后, 该发光组件 12即能以 较低的亮度 (第二亮度) 发出可见光, 以作为小夜灯使用。 换言之, 使用者能根据不同的用途, 自由地切换该切换组件 11, 使该携带式 防身照明器 1不仅能作为一般的手电筒使用,且能在夜间充电时以低 亮度发光, 而能充当小夜灯使用。
如此, 当使用者于旅馆或其他场所住宿时, 即便现场的防盗安全 设施不足或故障, 由于该携带式防身照明器 1 内建的移动侦测模块 14能侦测环境中的移动物体, 且该携带式防身照明器 1能在发现有 物体(如: 门窗)移动时, 实时给予使用者适当的警示, 换言之, 当 使用者将该携带式防身照明器 1的移动侦测模块 14朝向门窗, 并将 切换组件 11切换为第三模式 (警戒模式) 后, 该携带式防身照明器 1即能对门窗进行监控, 有效确保使用者的人身及财产安全, 并达到 防盗的效果。 不仅如此, 由于本发明的结构简洁, 不仅有利于小型化 及轻量化, 更能在兼顾操作便利性的前提下, 便于使用者随身携带。 按, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 惟本发明的技术特征并不局 限于此, 本领域技术人员可轻易思及的变化或修饰, 皆应涵盖在本发 明申请的权利要求范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种携带式防身照明器, 包括:
一切换组件, 能被用户切换至一第一模式、一第二模式或一第三 模式;
一发光组件, 能在接收电力时发出可见光;
一移动侦测模块, 能侦测环境中物体的移动;
一警示模块, 能被驱动, 而发出警示通知;
一电源模块, 能提供电力; 及
一控制模块,分别与该切换组件、该发光组件、该移动侦测模块、 该警示模块及该电源模块相电气连接;当该控制模块判断该切换组件 被切换为该第一模式的情况下,能输送该电源模块提供的电力至该发 光组件, 使该发光组件以一第一亮度发出可见光, 供照明使用; 当该 控制模块判断该切换组件被切换为该第二模式的情况下,能断开该电 源模块供应至该发光组件的电力;当该控制模块判断该切换组件被切 换为该第三模式的情况下, 能启动该移动侦测模块, 且该移动侦测模 块侦测到环境中有物体移动时, 能向该控制模块传送一移动警告讯 号, 使该控制模块通过该警示模块, 发出警示通知。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该警示模块 是一扬声组件, 该控制模块能根据该移动警告讯号, 使该扬声组件发 出警报声响, 以利用该警报声响作为警示通知。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该警示模块 是一警示灯, 该控制模块能根据该移动警告讯号, 使该警示灯发出警 示灯号, 以利用该警示灯号作为警示通知。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该控制模块 能根据该移动警告讯号, 使该发光组件发出闪烁灯号, 以利用该闪烁 灯号示警。
5、 如权利要求 2、 3或 4所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 包括 一光侦测模块, 该光侦测模块与该控制模块相连接, 在该控制模块判 断出该切换组件被切换为第二模式,且判断出该电源模块与一外部电 源相连接的情况下, 该控制模块能启动该光侦测模块, 当该光侦测模 块侦测到环境亮度低于一门槛值时,该光侦测模块能向该控制模块传 送一昏暗侦测讯号,令该控制模块能据以将该电源模块提供的电力输 送至该发光组件上, 使该发光组件以一第二亮度发出可见光, 且该第 二亮度小于该第一亮度。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该移动侦测 模块是一红外线移动传感器。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该光侦测模 块是一光敏电阻。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该电源模块 包括一电源连接部,该电源模块通过该电源连接部与该外部电源相连
9、 如权利要求 8所述的携带式防身照明器, 其中, 该第二亮度 为该第一亮度的 20-40%。
