  • all second classifiers have been trained before performing the method of the invention.
  • the corresponding second classifiers are not trained beforehand but only on demand, i.e. in case that the respective classifier CL2 shall be applied to the partial measurement vector.
  • This embodiment of the invention may be used in case that the response time for identifying core sen- sors is not a critical target.
  • the number of second classifiers used in the method of the invention may be very large.
  • a straightforward calculation leads to the result that (2 n -l-n) first and second classifiers shall be constructed for n sensors.
  • the technical system may be divided into several sections, each section only including a part of the classifiers where the method of the invention is applied separately to each section.
  • sensors in different cross-sections can be identified and processed sep- arately based on the method of the invention.

  • a multi-dimensional classification method not only determines whether a complex technical system shows a normal or an abnormal behavior but also gives information with respect to core sensors. Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné au traitement de mesures d'une pluralité de capteurs installés au niveau d'un système technique. L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de mesures d'une pluralité de capteurs (S1, S2, S3, S4) installés au niveau d'un système technique (1), les mesures étant représentées par un ou plusieurs vecteurs de mesure (MV) pour un ou plusieurs points temporels, un vecteur de mesure (MV) au niveau d'un point temporel respectif comprenant un signal mesuré (p1, p2, …, pn) pour chaque capteur (S1, S2, S3, S4) de la pluralité de capteurs (S1, S2, S3, S4). Un premier classificateur (CL1) permettant de sortir une condition de fonctionnement normal ou anormal du système technique (1) est appliqué au vecteur de mesure (MV) pour un point temporel correspondant. Dans le cas d'une condition de fonctionnement anormal sortie par le premier classificateur (CL1), des seconds classificateurs (CL2) permettant de sortir une condition de fonctionnement normal ou anormal sont appliqués à des vecteurs de mesure partiels (MV') comprenant un sous-ensemble d'au moins deux signaux mesurés à partir du vecteur de mesure (MV) jusqu'à ce que tous les vecteurs de mesure partiels (MV') principaux en dehors des vecteurs de mesure partiels (MV) soient identifiés. Un vecteur de mesure partiel (MV') principal comprend la fonctionnalité selon laquelle un second classificateur (CL2) appliqué au vecteur de mesure partiel (MV') principal sort une condition de fonctionnement anormal. En outre, le vecteur de mesure partiel (MV') principal comprend la fonctionnalité selon laquelle aucun vecteur de mesure partiel (MV) plus petit qui comprend un sous-ensemble des signaux mesurés (p1, p2, …, pn) à partir du vecteur de mesure partiel (MV') principal n'existe, où le second classificateur (CL2) appliqué au vecteur de mesure partiel (MV) plus petit sort une condition de fonctionnement anormal. Tous les capteurs (S1, S2, S3, S4) qui possèdent des signaux mesurés (p1, p2, …, pn) dans les vecteurs de mesure partiels (MV'') principaux sont identifiés comme des capteurs principaux.
