본 고안은 전 세계인이 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용하는 방석이며，특히 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기(악취) 원인을 근절하는 장치를 개발한 신규기술에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기와 악취를 미연에 방지하는 동시 그 원인 (열기—냉기 =0)을 근절하여 치질 발병을 최소화하여 비위생적인 실내 또는 사무실에서 환경공해가 없는 위생적이고, 문화적인 실내와 사무실 환경 조성에 기여할 수 있게 한 것이다. 또 치질 발병률을 10 — 25% 이상 낮출 수 있고 매우 실용적이고 유용한 위생방석 (치질：예방방석)을 제공한다. 실내용 방석 밑바닥과 의자용 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기원인과 병균 등을 근절하고 청결한 실내와 사무실이 될 수 있도록 위생방석 (치질：예방방석)을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있으며，구성된 몸체(2)를 외부호청(4)에 삽입되어 위생방석(1)을 수용하여 방석 밑바닥과 실내바닥 또는 의자바닥 사이에서 발생하는 습기원인을 근절되게 하고, 실내와 사무실에 환경공해가 없는 쾌적한 문화적인 환경조성에 기여할 수 있는 매우 유용한 위생방석을 제공한다.

Description

위생방석(치질:예방방석)
본 고안의 출원은 2012년 2월 1일 특허출원(2012-8641호)하고 똑같은 기술원리에서, 기술의 용도 및 효과 부분변경(습기원인 근절하는 방석)과, 전체 변경(치질:예방방석)하여, 실용신안 출원하고자, 이와 관련하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 전 세계인이 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용하는 방석이며, 특히 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기(악취)원인을 근절하는 장치를 개발한 신규기술에 관한 것이다.
종래 실내에서 사용하는 방석과, 사무실 사무용 의자에서 사용하는 방석구조를 살펴보면 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기(악취)원인을 근절할 수 있는 차단장치가 전혀 없고, 그 문제점은 난방시설이 없는 실내에서 사용하는 방석 밑바닥과, 사무용 의자에서 사용하는 방석 밑바닥에서는 습기원인을 근절하는 방석을 사용하여야 원칙이지만, 현재까지 미개발로 인하여 실내용 방석 밑바닥과, 의자용 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기(악취)와 곰팡이등이 치질 발병원인이 되고, 악취(습기)의 비위생적인 혐오감과 실내, 사무실 환경공해를 유발하는 비문화적인 결점이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 여러 문제점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로 그 목적은 실내용 방석 밑바닥과 의자용 방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기원인과 병균 등을 근절하고 청결한 실내와 사무실이 될 수 있는 위생방석(치질:예방방석)을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 난방시설이 없는 실내와 사무실 의자 등에서 1시간이상 방석을 사용(앉으면)하면 사람의 열기(기체)가 방석 밑바닥으로 스며들고 그 열기가 방석 밑바닥에서 냉기와 만나면(열기+냉기=습기) 만나(+)는 동시 수증기로 변하여 물(습기)이 되고, 그 습기(물)과 곧바로 썩고(열기) 썩어서 곰팡이 등 고약한 악취가 주위의 환경공해를 유발하고 있다. 본 고안의 목적 요지는 구성된 몸체(2)를 외부호청(4)에 삽입되어 위생방석(1)을 수용하여 방석밑바닥과 실내바닥 또는 의자바닥 사이에서 발생하는 습기원인을 근절되게 하고, 실내와 사무실에 환경공해가 없는 쾌적한 문화적인 환경조성에 기여할 수 있는 매우 유용한 위생방석을 제공한다.
실내방석
난방시설이 없는 실내에서 1시간이상 방석을 사용(앉으면)하면 실내바닥과, 방석바닥 사이에서 습기가 발생되고, 실내에서 방석을 지속적으로 사용하면 치질 발병원인이 된다.
의자방석
사무용 의자에서 1시간이상 방석을 사용하면 의자바닥과, 방석바닥 사이에서 습기가 발생하고, 의자에서 방석을 지속적으로 사용하면 치질발병을 면하지 못한다.
사무의자
사무용 의자에서 방석없이 1시간이상 의자만 사용, 또는 지속적으로 사용하면 당사자(사무직)도 모르는 순간 의자바닥과 엉덩이 사이에서 발생하는 습기는 사람마다 체질에 따라 6개월에서 10년이내 치질원인과 발병여부가 결정되겠지만, 사무직 업종에서 치질환자가 가장 많으며 이런 문제점을 감안하여 치질발병을 예방할 수 있는 위생방석(치질:예방방석)을 개발한 것이다.
위생방석(치질:예방방석)
이상과 같이 본 고안은 인류가 거주하는 실내용 방석과, 의자용 방석을 사용하면 그 설명은 다음과 같다.
방석 밑바닥에서 발생하는 습기와 악취를 미연에 방지하는 동시 그 원인(열기-냉기=0)을 근절하여 치질발병을 최소화하여 비위생적인 실내 또는 사무실에서 환경공해가 없는 위생적이고, 문화적인 실내와 사무실 환경조성에 기여할 수 있게 한 것이다,
한편, 치질발병도 10-25％이상 축소가 가능하고 매우 실용적이고 유용한 위생방석(치질:예방방석)을 제공한다.

이하 본 고안의 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 분해 사시도이고, 제2도는 본 고안의 전체 조립 사시도이며, 제3도는 본 고안의 솜(5,6)과 차단장치(7,8)가 호청(3) 내부에 삽입되어 형성된 몸체(2) 외부의 상,하면 사각에 테두리(11)의 상면(11-1)과 하면(11-2)이 고정적으로 고착되고, 구성된 몸체(2)를 외부호청(4)과 결합하여 위생방석(1)이 형성된다. 제4도는 본 고안의 위생방석 내,외부호청(3,4)을 제거하고 차단장치(7,8)의 작용상태를 보여주는 단면도로서, 상차단장치
상차단장치(7)의 상면(7-1)은 특수 얇은 고무판이 설치되고, 그 하면(7-2)[0014] 에는 특수 얇은 면천이 고정으로 고착되어 상차단장치(7)가 형성되고, 상차단장치(7)의 상면(7-1)은 사람의 열기(기체) 또는 상솜(5)으로부터 (위에서) 밑으로 스며드는 열기를 차단하고, 그 하면(7-2)은 일부분의 잔재열기를 흡수하여 제거하고, 열만 저장하여 열을 하솜(6)으로 송열(送熱)하여 방석의 밑바닥을 2-3도이상 온도를 유지하여 항상 건조되어 습기원인을 근절하는 반면에 밑바닥으로부터 위로 스며드는 냉기까지 차단 또는 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.
하차단장치
하차단장치(8)의 상면(8-1)은 화학섬유로 제작한 특수 얇은 방수천이 설치되고, 그 하면(8-2)에는 특수재료로 제작한 얇은 비닐판이 고정으로 고착되어 하차단장치(8)가 형성된다.
하차단장치(8)의 하면(8-2)은 밑바닥으로부터 위로 스며드는 냉기(기체)를 제1차적으로 차단하고 그 상면(8-1)은 밑에서 위로 스며드는 냉기를 제2차적으로 방지하는 반면에 위에서 밑으로 스며드는 열기까지 차단하여 항상 열기와 냉기(열기-냉기=0)가 차단되어 있고, 방석 밑바닥은 습기원인이, 항상 근절되어 악취와 환경공해가
없는 쾌적한 문화적인 실내와 사무실이 될 수 있게 한 것이다.

  1. 상부가 개방되는 내부호청(3)의 상,하면 사각에 테두리(11)가 고정 설치되고, 호청내부(3)에 솜(5,6)과, 차단장치(7,8)가 삽입된 몸체(2)를 외부호청(4)과 결합하여 형성된 위생방석(1)과,상기 몸체(2)의 내부에 솜(5,6)과 차단장치(7,8)가 설치되고, 상차단장치(7)의 작용에 의해 상솜(5)으로부터(위에서) 밑으로 스며드는 열기(기체)를 제1차적으로 차단하는 상면(7-1)과, 열기를 제2차적으로 방지 또는 열기를 흡수하여 열만 밑으로 송열(送熱)하는 하면(7-2)과,하차단장치(8)의 작용에 의해 바닥으로부터 위로 스며드는 냉기(기체)를 제1차적으로 차단하는 하면(8-2)과, 방석(1)의 밑바닥으로부터 위로 스며드는 냉기를 제2차적으로 방지하는 상면(8-2)을 포함한 구성을 특징으로 하는 위생방석(치질:예방방석).
