Abstract

The present invention relates to a gel type broth composition and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to: a gel type broth composition solidified and concentrated by using an agar-agar which eliminates the inconvenience of having to extract materials for a long time when preparing broth at home and is enabled to be used conveniently in order to reproduce a broth taste within a short time; and a preparation method thereof.
